Really nice in person. $2000 down, but after you drive off the lot your car messes up. My whole transmission slipped and my alternator went out. When you try to call and tell them it took at 3 days. Just go somewhere else where the actually care about the customer.

Umm yeah I’m in search of getting a house and didn’t want a hard pull on my credit report. I make well enough but soon as I called to ask questions on how it works and if the inventory was updated on the website the lady that answered was short and rude. They are so unprofessional it does not make any sense. They sell nothing but bad cars. They lie and say nothing wrong with the car & then you get it and can’t even get home. I honestly feel bad because some people (like myself at one point) have no other alternative & have to deal with these clown dealers, & overpriced car lots in Cahokia, if possible, save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere, ANYWHERE besides ANY carlot in Cahokia. If you do buy from Cahokia car lots(as Ive made purchases from 4 diff lots in Cahokia over the past 15 years, all being a pain in the butt) take a highly certified trusted mechanic with you to do a thorough inspection before you give them a dime!

We found a great vehicle but we had to look though a lot of bad ones to find it! Their coustomer service was good so we are very pleased! We will be returning and recommending them.

The car sells man puts on a good act of caring about the car your buying as far as being reliable, I should of known something was up when he test drove the car instead of letting me,but I needed a car bad being on disability with doctors appointments and a new grandson at home plus other transportation needs . As soon as I got the car got 20 minutes down the street I went to roll my window down it was off track needed repaired, I started having more problems the asb and no traction light came one the check engine light came on, I called them up to see what could be done after calling many times they answered the phone put me on hold, I was on hold for a long time then got disconnected,when I tried to call back after that it went straight to a voicemail.. when I went to make my first payment I mentioned the problems the car was having I was told to read my contract I bought the car as is theres nothing they would do, a couple months later the car started wobbling bad come to find up the suspension was all rusted underneath the tierod and bushing needed replaced along with the wheel bearings, so then I asked about a trade in I was told I have to pay the car off and depending on the shape of the car they might do a trade in . The car has been one big problem after another Theres 6 payments left and its not even worth it Im done with it come get the pos.

You buy what you pay for. Of course the cars need more work done but thats up to the customer. You can get low down payments and flexible car notes. I would give them 5 stars but each car has its own problem.

This car lot is horrible, poor customer service and the reason their slogan is NO QUESTIONS ASKED stands out because of it. Id recommend that if you purchase a vehicle from them, pay your notes before the due date, because if you dont theyll tell you they cant take your payment over the phone just to repo your vehicle (same night), as well as theyll drive your vehicle while its in their possession, and dont leave anything in it because theyll steal it and Management will cover whoever their thief is (SMDH). SAD BUT TRUE.

I had to give a family member a ride to get their car that they came and got because they claimed they did not receive payments which they had been sending in this WHOLE TIME, she even had receipts that they did send in. NOT ONE TIME did they call and say hey youre behind on your payments after several months of supposedly not receiving, they just came and picked up and THEN left a voicemail when they were picking it up VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I can not even be late on my car payment and my car company is calling me seeing what is going on on why its late. But this company waits SEVERAL months with supposedly not receiving and doesnt inform you of ANYTHING about supposedly not receiving until theyre picking it up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

I bought my G6 here and everyone was super nice. My salesman, Tony, was very helpful. It was very fast too. I had all my paperwork done 20-30 minutes after the test drive.

Your better off going to Craigslist. Trust me the car you purchase will still be dirty from the pervious owner. They put junk on the lot as if they really worked on it. Brought a car they said I only had to replace one thing. Took it to a mechanic the day after i brought it and he said they should have never had it on the lot. The cost to repair there lies was $2000. STAY AWAY. THEY ONLY CAR ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY.

1st thing I asked was can I write a check, the money would be in the bank as soon as I sign loan papers Tuesday morning. They said no problem. Found a truck. Was there from 9 to noon. My bank closes at noon on Saturdays. They called the bank and talked to my loan officer and he confirmed what I said. Then they said no they dont take checks.. waisted 3 hrs there. Will never deal with them again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have reported them to the BBB. My daughter purchased a car with $1500 down and $240/monthly for a year. Day 2 the car would not start. We had to have it towed and found that the starter and the battery was no good. Contacted this dealership and was told she would have to put down another downpayment for a different car and they would not take the car back to fix it. We have contacted an attorney who is currently reviewing documentation. Thank goodness my husband was there as a witnesses that the issue with the starter was not discussed. Sick people working here. We are taking them to court.....not for money but no matter what state you operate.....you can not perform in this matter.

Extremely rude service. Older heavy set caucasian man was unfriendly and unwelcoming to say the VERY least. I’m glad I did not decide to get a car from them. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! they ripped me off ! I purchased a vehicle from here this month and right after we drove off the lot we started having issues. Turns out I need to put almost a grand worth of work in it and I just bought it ! I went to get the car inspected and to get a safety and emissions test to get my plates for it. I fail both the safety and emissions test with that car. And u can not return it or get ur money back or even trade it in for another one. So I was out 1200!!! Worst decision ever. If i could rate american motors and kennedi auto sales of cahokia no stars i would they are the same place basically. Kennedi auto sales sold me a car that had fire damage done to it from the previous owner. Was completely unaware of the damage untill 2/27/2019 when i went to a GM repair shop, the maintenance person told me it was caught on fire once before because certain parts where melted or burnt. Put $900 down for 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix on 9/20/18. I got a carfax history report done which was $40 bucks and the fire was not on the history report because it wasnt reported but was done by the previous owners. Neither of these places should be in Buisness because of carelessness. Will report this to BBB

5/25/16 RIP OFF, Byers beware!! My Son just bought a vehicle from this place and the moment he drove off the lot and got on the highway to go to work the check engine light came on. He took the car to auto and they did a diagnostic test and the result: Bad transmission, thermostat, fuel level circuit sensor and alternator. The next day he took the car back and they told him to basically to kick ROCKS but also had the nerve to tell him they will fix it for x amount of dollars!! BULL CRAP They wouldnt trade nor give him his money back. What happen to 3 day return policy!!!

DONT GET A CAR HERE!!!!!!! I got a car here on 3-13-2012 they recommend that I get the car I got cause theyll lower the down payment. (They knew the car had problems so thats why they lowered the down payment). I thought I was getting a good deal, so I got the car. The car had all problems. I spent over $700 to get the car fixed and it still couldnt pass emissions. Poor service Ill never go there again!

Lied about the mileage. I test drove the car he claimed the breaks were sticking and agreed to fix them before bringing the car home. I paid the down payment and picked the car up the following day. In between that time he ripped out the nice radio that was in the vehicle and replaced it with an old broken radio. Three days after purchasing the vehicle it broke down at a gas station. I believe they poorly refurbish cars to last a couple days collect a down payment and repo them when people stop paying BC the car had broken down. They poorly refurbish it again to last a couple days and collect the next down payment and so forth. They are scam artist do not buy their broken cars.

Smh... Two men assisted me today. One guy basically implied that I shouldnt expect quality since Im paying cash. Which is crazy. Its common for a car lot to sale a vehicle for less than the original price when someone is cashing out. Anyway,They brought 2 cars to me. One was squeaking, raddling and was completely filthy on the inside. The other had two flat tires and the engine light was on. The guy said that it could be anything, maybe a gas cap. Wow! I walked to see two more.The other two wouldnt even start. Not to mention, a key got stuck in the ignition on one of the cars.I understand the chance we take in buying used cars. And that you get a better quality vehicle with more money. But this situation was outrageous.The 2 stars are for the man who drove the car to the front for me so that I wouldnt have to walk in the rain. Also, they did attend to me very quickly. But the one guys customer service was weak. And those cars..... Smh

I hate this place forreal. I supposedly got the deal of the day and i got the car and kept going back for repairs for the 30 days of free labor and nothing was ever fixed. They so called fixed my locks and i got locked out the next day and had to break in to my own car, check engine light on, blowers out, fuel assembly broke, need new tires, my car is wobbling all over the road, it scraps when i back up, ignition timing is off and scraping, need a windshield wiper motor, my thermostat dont work, a key was broke in my trunk and i have to see a half key, heat is out, and need an alignment. I was there almost everyday for those thirty days and on my last visit the day before my thirty days after i kept asking about what parts i needed and what all i needed to do all of sudden the mechanic finally told me i needed all this stuff done . Im pissed

They towed my car for being 2 weeks late on payment. When i went to get my car my gas was gone. My wallet and the cash i keep in my arm rest was all gone. My sister phone was gone also.

Just recently purchased an impala from them, it just started having problems a week ago, which is also a week after I got the car, I took it up to them and got it serviced, they had my car from 9am -7 pm . Only for the radiator that they “replaced” ($125) to start leaking engine coolant . Not only was it leaking engine coolant, but instead of DEX coolant, which is the preferred coolant for my vehicle, there was universal green coolant . So they very well have destroyed my car . I’ve damn near gone broke trying to get this car in shape .. which I put 1900 down for . :(
