I bought over $1,000.00 in tile and trim 3 weeks prior to the COVID shutdown. Although about a year has passed since I have been able to return to PR to finish the remodeling, I realized I bought the wrong size trim (about $60), so I brought it back to exchange for the right size as a store credit with the receipt. The salesman, Foster, refused to even give a store credit for the right size, and told me it is their policy not to exchange or refund. I will be buying from The Home Depot in the future, where you can exchange, if needed.

I walked in and a redheaded person very kindly welcomed us and we started looking. When trying to ask for the price of a product, we saw that she was busy and we asked a lady with black hair. The store was filling up and this lady told me in a dry tone: they are with you right now. Total we went and bought the slabs later. If there is a full store, I hope the companion helps the staff. Terrible service, no matter how much you mention its your priority.

Slabs rare, beautiful and unique. Of good quality. It has a design area for shops as such. The staff is very attentive.

Recently, I made a change from a linear drain and had to be given a credit; The saleswoman told me that she could not give me the same one because she did not have the invoice. He clarified that the purchase was made in the same week. I allege that it was paid with a debit card. The saleswoman insisted; Vanessa who needed the bill. When asking for the manager there was not one available, according to the salesperson. That is why it is better to buy at the meta store because I would not have had a problem with my credit. The employees have an arrogant attitude, their clothes are not appropriate for the work they do and they have no manners
