Poor customer service at Roger Electric store at Caguas. Employees arent helping their customer to solve their needs with courtesy and positive attitude. I will never come back to buy any item at this store. Corporate leaders should train their managers and first line employees on how to provide a better customer service.

I am an English speaker living in Puerto Rico. I needed to purchase equipment from Rodger Electric. I speak some Spanish and tried my best to get by during several calls. I was polite. Each time the representative blatantly hung up on me. My money is just as green as the next guy. Management should look into customer service at the Caguas branch a make the necessary changes so they do not lose more business.

It is attended by order of arrival by queuing at 6 feet apart and taking the temperature upon entering. They serve you at counter von Plexiglas. Fast and knowledgeable. They open at 8am.

Bad and lousy customer service the girl who answers the phone no cordiality does not know anything about what is in the store does not make the effort to go find out if what the customer asked by phone they have it in the store they only transfer you and after a while it comes back to you and transfers you again after a while of waiting they hang up the phone you call again and they do the same to you for me they dont see my face in that place again 😬😡
