Worst place to buy uniforms. You have ro do long lines. I paid my order in advance and when i went to pick up the lines was to the door. Advised staff of ny irder been allready paid and did not care. Will definitely will express my dissapointment to the schoolIf there is other options will decinetely try it next year. If have more option will avoid this place

There are many of us who pay for more than a month and are left waiting. They do not answer calls, messages or emails. It has been a disastrous experience and they still owe me uniforms. VERY IMPORTANT fact classes start MONDAY and nothing yet

They do not have all the uniform sizes and when you ask they tell you that it takes 3 to 4 weeks. Im still waiting for my daughters uniforms. If you buy uniforms here, I recommend you go early at least 2 months before when you will need it. You call and they dont tell you with certainty, apparently they dont have good tracking of the real-time status of the uniform. They only tell you that it is not ready that it is in the workshop yet. It is a pity that these companies have a monopoly and you cannot buy the uniform elsewhere. Well disappointed. It hurts much that the experience is damaged when the ladies who attend you were very kind in helping me to see more or less what was the size that I should ask for. I ask God that it fits well because if I have to ask for another size and they dont have it in the store, Ill be annoyed. Until December and I will still be without uniforms.Update: 7/10/21 The uniforms that I paid for the first week of August have not yet been delivered. Today they told me that the iron had been damaged. I dont know if they only have one. I do not understand how a store that is exclusively the only one that has school uniforms in Caguas only has one plate.

A disgusting store. !! They charge you for uniforms in full (not layaway) and they never give you full ones. More than 1 month waiting for 2 shirts that never arrive. They always give you a different excuse. They tell you to pick them up one day and when you arrive they are not available. Its the same every year, but this year they bounced the ball. How can you charge me for shirts that you dont have? One thing is that they ask me for a deposit and another is that they have already been paid for more than 1 month. Unacceptable. !!
