It was normal. Nothing bad or super interesting. It didnt have everything that I wanted on stock, wasnt disappointed though. There aint many pc part stores around here. Its to be expected and as i said very normal.

They have a large variety of hardware including networking equipment which is hard to find. Staff is not too friendly though.

Fatal. They are cheeky. They bought some cables and they were not the ones that were needed, they went to change them and they did not have the one they needed, they went to reimburse us the money and they did not fully reimburse them, they stayed with $ 4 dollars. When only a week had passed since the purchase and the cables were as they were not given. Its a robbery tied up. Terrible.

Terrible! I do not recommend it! Terrible equipment, they dont let you know anything and they claim to know about computers!I took my CPU in for a RAM boost and the only thing the expert team managed to do was damage the MOTHERBOARD. They were not responsible for the damages committed.

Bad service. They do not make the diagnoses well and when you return the pieces they intend to retain 20%.The title of technician is too big for them.

It had not occurred to me to write it here but just so you know a few weeks ago my PC was damaged. Overnight it stopped recognizing the HDD and SSD. When I turned it on, it sent me to the BIOS directly. I tried to change the SATA cables, change where they connect to the mother board, do whatever there is but nothing worked for me.I figured it could be the HDD that burned but had no way of testing it so I took the PC to PR Technology Caguas. They charged me $ 27 to verify it and they told me that it took 5 days, after 5 days the technician calls me and tells me that it is the motherboard that burned ... it did not make sense to me but I believed it because at the end of the day he is the technician. They recommend a motherboard to buy that cost like $ 180 with IVU.I come home with the new motherboard and begin to assemble it. When I finish mounting it I connect it and I got the SAME. It took me to the BIOS directly and it did not recognize the HDD or SSD. Luckily I borrowed a laptop from my mother-in-law so I took out the HDD and plugged it into my PC and guess ... it worked. The motherboard was not the problem so I decided to change the motherboard again and hand over the one they sold me.The next day I am going to hand over the motherboard to get my money back, I calmly explain what happened and that nothing I just wanted my money back to buy HDD and SSD with them because then Im already there. But then the manager comes out I suppose and tells me that they take 20% of what it cost to return ... I tell him that I understand that the receipt says that but that I do not buy this because I wanted to but because THEY did a wrong I work and they sold me something that was not but he without looking at me continued saying that it says it on the receipt and that those are their terms.So because Im a sucker, I bit my tongue and left with $ 140. I wanted to tell you this so that you know and be careful with PR Technology and so that you know how they work. They do not know what they are doing and when they verify the PCs what they are doing is sloppy

I took my MacBook Pro to replace the speakers and they delivered the MacPro with the keyboard that wont turn on ... Worst customer service! The employee told me that if he found a keyboard over there that he would change it ... as if my Mac were any crap ... And the cost to repair extremely expensive! I regret not taking my Mac to an Apple Authorized Dealer. Please! Do not take your Apple computer to a place that is not authorized. Definitely cheap is WELL EXPENSIVE!NOT RECOMMENDED!!! 👎🏼
