I recently move to PRFrom Texas .. I had with me three pairs of shoes on clearance.... total appropriately 123.00 dollar ..I had a cupón where it says paid any formSpend 75.00 get a 30% offSo to my surprise the young lady said the cupón doesn’t apply... on clearance:( so I left behindone pair of shoes on the counter.Is this a new policy?

Well stocked. I did window shopping but whenever I was curious about merchandise. They were detailed even though they knew my intentions that day were not necessarily to make purchases. The supervisors also are very attentive to the customers.

Great sales and clearance items. Very good selection and modern styles. Personally I wasnt too happy since they didnt have my size(possibly due to it being a common size) in various shirts i would have liked to use, but overall the store is very clean, organized and the employees are very helpful.

Never pick up the phone. Been calling for over a week and no answer. What kind of customer service is that. Benn waiting for more than a month for a jewery repair and no call from them nor they pick up the phone.

Plaza centro jc penney,what a dissaster! Nobody on the floor..was making a $60.00 purchase and cashier offered me the jcpenney credit card because i denied it when payin with my debt/credit card he said the machine wasnt working and i had to pay only cash which i didt have on me.I worked retail and xmas time employees are pushed to sell creditcard but this is not the way to do it Sorry! first and last time! Btw no name tag either.

Prices are relatively good, after using store coupons, however, discount clothe racks were too tight together and some on the floor, Plaza Centro, Caguas, P.R. store.

Quick visit here just pick some socks.Didnt have much an assortment of fineware but solved the problem.Wasnt too crowded to my delight and checkout was quick.My impression was that it looked somewhat a little rundown and old but maybe its me after visiting a much finer store in the same mall.This is a big shopping center and to get to it was a little difficult due to the congestion of traffic at one of the main entrances. Had to turn about and navigate in the opposite direction and circle around to gain access to the store from parking. Would maybe recommend parking at the other entrance and walk thru the mall as a quicker route. Need the excercise anyways.
