Eliot Figueroa supervisor of customer service did an amazing job at helping us buy a generator from Florida to Puerto Rico, so that a family member could pick up the item. He made the process enjoyable, stress free and simple. I would definitely go through the process again with him. The service members that assisted me in the begging that work in the garden department were also very helpful and professional.
