Always out of so much stock, groceries. Too many employees not actually working. Lack of training or lack of supervisors ??? Not crazy about self checkout . I thought self checkout would help keep prices down 🤔. Electric carts are very seldom charged enough to complete grocery shopping, for two . They are usually at one door, and employees apparently cant figure out, they need some at both doors. Sure wonder just what the managers are doing! Not watching whats going on, or needs done . Sorry !!

Well I live with multiple sclerosis and I went here like three times now, every time I could not find a power chair. My daughter had walk through the store to find one and every time she seen one in an aisle it was dead or she would find one and it died before I got half my shopping done..So if you need a chair good luck.

Shelves were being stocked. Nice to see the variety of items being put out on the shelves. Appreciated all the help we received at the checkout when it came to returning the 5 gallon jug from a friends water dispenser and locating a replacement jug at the front of the store. Then getting another regular 5 gallon container refilled at the back of the store.

They have most of what you need, the space is underutilized for what they should have though. Floor layout could be much better. If they moved the veggies to the side and had the entire floor moved to where the veggies were for grocery and spread everything else out they would have more space for items they dont have.

I enjoy walmart because I usually know where everything is, but... There shelves are empty more times than not. Plus they need more registers open..

The store was a mess today, I feel so bad for the people who work in the clothing department, customers destroyed the clothes, seriously people put the clothes back how they were....the shelves are empty in the grocery department in some sections. But with shipping issues it is bound to happen. Looks like they need some better management and more workers. Houghton Lake Walmart is so much nicer...

I was shopping in the bedding department when I left my purse on a shelf, I continued to shop for about 20 minutes before I realized I had left it back on the shelf! By the time I made my way to customer services my purse WAS there !! Everything intact!! To the walmart employee who returned it GOD BLESS YOU!! You should be very proud for doing the right thing!! I dont know who you are but GOD does!.. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!!

Well one problem is with the power chairs. I do so appreciate the fact that you have them!! But the last 3 times I had chairs they went dead after just a few minutes and quite a few employees walked right by with no assistance offered, even if I asked that was just wrong and I only have one leg Iknow it is a hard time to find good help

Clean store hard to get help where needed. I was in tool area an finally found 1 person to help for a quick minute then he disappeared faster than I found him. Went to grocery section where I seen like 5 workers standing around talking.

It had what my wife needed for our home. Lots of Insurectionist hats, shirts, and stickers. Glad my 9yrs old wasnt with us. I dont think this is a good place for ppl of color to shop. This place had this Army vet on edge the moment we stepped out of the car. We wont be going back to Cadillac, Michigan, anytime soon.

9 out of 10 shopping trips theres no carts inside so not only do I have to go back outside and fetch a cart but I also have to ring up and bag my purchases. I feel they should be paying the customers to shop there.

The floors at the self-checkout on the pharmacy end were dirty. Hell look like someone had dropped a bag of cherries in front of the check out one of them and they were all over the floor. I also noted that their self checkout registers were also not very clean especially at that one register. Next time I will take a picture. The other problem I usually have is that theres they dont keep their carts charged up. He was saying that after people use them they would at least turn them off but no they leave them out in the parking lot turned on so that doesnt next person comes along cant use them. That is not your fault I realize it but you should have someone be a little more diligent about getting them in.

It would be a lot better if they had more actual cashiers instead of self check-outs.

Purchased two very large screen tv, the guys putting them in the truck were great, but it took like 45 min just to get help to begin with.

The guys in the photo lab are awesome. I highly recommend these guys to help with you photo projects.

Several items, varying in type of merch., consistently out of stock. Never associate or baskets on the floor. Unclean and unfriendly. Slowest place repeatedly to get checked out from. Customer service and money gram and pharmacy departments are an exception.

Bakery is amazing! Came for a last minute birthday for twins and the got everything done and perfect!

Got ball and hitch for truck needed new three way ball so got them all! 45 dollars out the door baby thats 3 balls on insert with pin for 45 dollars buy the way lol yeeees ssiiiirrrrr

Went shopping and in the back to school section, i was trying to find a specific item and the worker there aftering asking her what im looking for said, Im not sure, it should be there.... hmmmm. I wasnt very happy on the fact her customer service SUCKED! I work retail and seeing that was the worst expirence ever, I was antsy after that and wanted to get the hell out of there cuz nobody had the time to help. Walmart does NOT care about the customers, more worried about taking our money!! HATE shopping anymore!!

They were out of alot of stuff on my list this time I was very disappointed. I still had to go to meijer to get the stuff they were out of so I think Ill just shop at meijer so I dont have to go to a different store

Had all but one item on my list. Had my first bad experience with a cashier.😕 Its so hard to find help so I didnt complain to management but under ordinary circumstances I would have.

Love the clearance here, the cameras everywhere are a little off putting as they ding to make you look at them and makes me feel like it might be a high crime store, other than that always clean, stocked and calm, checkout is pretty speedy and prices are good

Awesome staff lines are a bit long thanks to the self checkouts being cards only but that aint on the employees thats all Walmart other than that keep up the great work guys

Customer service is nonexistent. Been waiting 20 minutes for assistance with a large item in sporting goods. Every employee I speak with says “not my department”. I will go elsewhere and spend more money for better service.

Couldnt find a swimming pool anywhere except WALMART they had 1 got super lucky.12x 4 ft deep $230 not bad. Most 4ft deep pools everywhere else were over $500

This is a HUGE Walmart. Wasnt expecting this to be such a large store. This location falls under the category of, If they dont have it, you dont need it. Wish I had one like this in my town.

This Walmart was a pleasant surprise. Most of my shopping Walmart .com last 2 yrs.The store is clean and has helpful customer service. Lots of self check out lanes.The downside is the hit or miss stock. And the search for stock on chaotic messy shelves.Recent search for pool items and the aisle/shelves looked like the zombie Apocalypse had arrived.More stars would have been given but some shopping trips are unsuccessful because of this stock issue.

I was amazed they actually I had a cashier so I didnt have to do my own bagging. And not to bad of wait. I hate doing u scan when I have a full load of groceries. I work my job all day. Last thing I want to do is someone elses job and not get paid for it.

Most of the workers are courteous and patient and kind. The bathrooms are good. The store is clean. I was a little disappointed because there were no off-brand pull-ups on the shelves. Once when I went there to return pop cans the worker that was on duty was sort of nasty to me. Maybe she was having a bad day we all do.

Easy locations of everything I needed. Was in automotive department so parked at service center entrance. Attendant at service center was not friendly at all.

Had to go inside to pick up curbside order. It was ok but curbside means just that. What if I wasnt dressed to go inside. They said it was because of storm but the storm was was over when I got there.

Some of there employees have really bad attitudes. Im not sure what there deal is. Anyway, the store is nice inside, and have everything I need so.... Its Wal-Mart what do you expect?

The employees were all very kind and helpful. The gentleman working at the bottle return helped me get a cart for my kiddo and cans to go in while i waited and even stopped someone from cutting in front of me in line. I was touched. Retail is hard work! anyone that goes that extra step is outstanding in my book. Thank you very much sir. You brighten my day.

I will never shop at the Cadillac store. My son lives in that area. After a visit, I went to the storeIm handicapped. The motor cart died on me. I asked 4 people for assistance and all of them said they couldnt help me. None of them had inner store communication. The woman at the self checkout was down right nasty and rude. I hobbled out of there.

Many people shopping. Lots of empty spots/boxes on the shelves. Hard to find what you are looking for.

Walmart bottle return is the worst all the machines are always full or malfunctioning and no one or no button to push for help. What a joke.

Went there to get vegetables and fruit flies were on everything walked out. Was afraid to purchase. Disgusting!!!!Must have been at least 50 fruit flies in one bag.Im done shopping there forever for any produce.

Store was very dirty, shelves were empty and that was at 7:30 pm on a Saturday. Dont know if its because of COVID-19 but maybe they should have some of their shopping employees stock the shelves instead

They didnt have masks to hand out. I forgot mine, which I know is on me, but on the rare occasion that happens I can usually count on Walmart to have my back. This time i had to go in without a mask while customers and employees glared at me. Sorry guys but hey, if youre wearing a mask then youre safe, calm down.

The staff dont know where anything is most times it seems, sometimes your waiting around like where you get the paint mixed, sometimes theyre there, sometimes theyre not lol, overall the products are usually good, i never buy clothes there though, at least for myself because the clothes never change year after year, but everything else is OK, food, house hold items, great value for sure, service aint that good, always one cashier has a attitude like they dont wanna be there, just keeping it real

At 60 years old I was unable to reach the box of coffee on the bottom shelf, all the way back. There was an associate filling orders on the aisle. I asked if she would help me. She didnt answer, just kind of glared at me. She finished what she was doing and walked down by where I was. I asked again for help and pointed out where. She got a hook tool and got it out for me. I thanked her profusely. She never spoke a word. Glared one more time and walked away. I appreciated that she did help me. Was not friendly in any way.

Overall they keep things in stock so when you something this is a one stop shop they got everything from food to fun!

Slow service, not enough cashiers on duty. Expect longer than necessary waiting in line to checkout.

This place is usually dirty and the night staff (stockers) are unfriendly. We were in last Thursday night and one of the stockers (didnt catch his name)says to the other (Kristina)we need horns so we can honk at people to get out of the way and the other stocker says no not those kind of horns more like bull horns so we can hit them. I really was not impressed, excuse me, my four children and husband for shopping.

Great place it is the only place I grocery shop, except for Family Dollar. Once in a blue moon sav-a-lot.

Tried to return a cell phone that they sell with service that doesnt work on the back of the wall it says they have a 90 day return policy with or without a receipt but on cell phones apparently its only 14 days and I had a receipt very displeased with the company

Just drive to Traverse City or Big Rapids, going to this location especially for store pickup is equivalent to sitting in the parking lot and staring at the sky. The likelihood of them being on time or being polite when youre inquiring as to the situation is non existent.

They need more regular checkouts. It makes some people with disabilities more difficult to use the self checkouts. I, for one, dont like the self checkouts. Also, when you CAN find someone, they are usually very helpful when you cant find something or have questions about a product. I also find it difficult for short people, as myself, to reach alot of grocery products because the shelfs are to high.

Too much not on the shelves, the store looks like its going out of business at the one on midland, miCorporate needs new managementThe stores can only do what Corporate tells them to do

I was embarrassed to see such a messy poorly managed and maintained store. There was merchandise strewn all over. No employees in sight. This place has never been so bad.

Really displeased with cashless self check outs. Waited behind an order over $300.00 with 2 items in my hand. Would miss my friends that work there, but gonna rely on Meijers first. Often out of shopping carts too.
