Ohh where do I start?I went in to look at and purchase some trim (baseboard and crown) on Saturday 09/26/2020. After receiving ZERO initial assistance I had to ask where their trim options were and they pointed to a display. Upon finding what I liked they told me they dont use that trim company anymore and handed me a brochure of the new company? I found something comparable I liked and proceeded to get a price and order. The gentlemen stated he has to call the company to see if its available before placing an order so he took my name and number and said he would call on Monday. The following Tuesday I called them after no call and he told me emailed them, but would send a follow-up email again. The next day (Wednesday) he calls and gives me a price, I told him that would work and he stated I would need to come in and pay prior to them ordering it. I then went in immediate Saturday 10/03 and nobody there knew what I was talking about, I had to FIND THE NOTE myself on a clipboard at the front counter (what a joke). Upon looking at the note the guy says we have 8000ft of this in back, we can dont need to order? I said of this specific LB11 right here (points to brochure). He says yep and proceeds to polace order and take my money and set up delivery for Tuesday 10/06 of the 900FT of trim.I get a call today 10/05 at 7:14am that they are at my gate to deliver the trim (I have already left for work) and call my wife to notify her so she can let them in. The driver then drops of 900ft of dented up trim that is the WRONG trim? half primed and half not? wrong profiles and everything. The driver said mam I dont load it, I just deliver it, you can return what you dont want. What an absolute headache! this has been from the very beginning. Called today to notify the store of the incorrect trim and they said the trim we requested had to be special ordered and would let me know when it comes in. IF they make it right, I will update this review accordingly.

All I can say is they have a young guy with glasses on the yard, and you better hope he helps you he is the only one that knows what customer service is. The language that some of them have is horrible. I didnt hear the F word that much when I was in the military. Was seating in the yard wait to get loaded the guy loading me was hurt trying to use one arm to load over 100 boards. He asked another guy he in a minute as he keep talking to one of their tuck drives. Call the office they said they would let me talk to a manager I guess he didnt want to talk it rang about 3 times and went to voice mail.

I don’t know why they sell items there. They obviously don’t care about the individual customer. I went in to make a purchase instead of going to Home Depot. Big mistake. I looked for 10+ minutes without being offered any assistance before I found what I was looking for. Then I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to ring me up. Once an employee did make up to the counter, he was more interested in answering the phone than helping me. They weren’t busy, there were only 3 other customers in the building. Very disappointing experience when I’m trying to support a local business

The price was better than Whit Davis. My husband had to bring his measuring tape when picking up the trim. The guy in the trim room didnt have one. You would think they would have tapes everywhere when dealing with lengths of wood. Overall, it wasnt a horrible experience.

Needed to rent a concrete saw. Called ahead, they had it waiting at the counter for me. Fast friendly service.

Chris Cobb and all the guys are so friendly, helpful and attentive. They care about your project whether its big or small. Customer service at its best. Kayla Cooper is fantastic. I refer all my friends to her for flooring and design help. She has a great eye and can quickly help you achieve your design vision.

We walked in looking for a storm door, store had no less than 5 or 6 staff members there and not one said hello. We stood alone looking at the storm doors, found brochures and were looking at them then decided no one was interested in helping us. We were there at least 10 minutes. As we were walking out the door someone said “y’all need help with something”.... no thanks, we are going to Whitt Davis... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ordered a single piece of molding on a Friday, told I would get a call when it comes in Monday. No call, stopped by and nothing. Front desk was useless and watching YouTube videos. Told to come back Wednesday it would be ready. I asked if they would call me, they said they should. Wednesday no call, so I called and they didnt know what I was talking about. Finally told it would be here Friday, and they would call. Again, no call that day so I again called. Again, they were confused. They said it would be here on Monday and they will call. We shall see, wont be using them again. Amazon would have been better and cheaper.
