Messed up moms oil change. Oil leaked all out and ended up having to replace the oil pan completely. went back in to get refund it was An act of congress. Will not go back.
Cabot Walmart TLE.Tori Hanna my brother took the company van to get an oil change. He had converters in it. We are a legal and registered buyer of converters. Apparently an employee in the TLE department thought it’d be a good idea to call the cops because they had a van with “stolen” converters in their bay. Now we are unsure if the converters are going to be taken into custody or not. But we want to k ow why was it any business of the employees to call the cops over. Why not just ask my brother for his core buying license? We called talked to a manager and have not heard back yet.
The lady was very polite,friendly and helpful. Had what I needed.
Didnt have the oil filter for my car but kept us waiting for an hour to get the car back so we could leave. I called to Rita the manager on duty at the time was a waste of time. She just didnt understand why we would be upset about waiting an hour for nothing.
Went in to simply get 4 tires installed on my truck. I went up to the desk and checked in, was told theyd Get right to it (Spoiler: Get right to it they did not). So an hour later I figure its almost done. Go up there and apparently they havent even gotten to it. Okay. TWO HOURS LATER and they still havent touched it. Said I had enough and wanted my keys. After getting argued with I finally got them and left. Not getting my business.
Handed the tire guy my wheel key.... he lost it. Lady asked me where it was I told her I handed it to him. I Was there an hour before they started. Then it took an hour.....the walmart tire guy said we couldnt get the machine calibrated. He said I dont know if its the old balancer machines or if they didnt know what they were doing and if my wheel shakes take it somewhere else besides walmart. some lady tire shop worker was arguing with the guy that lost my key in front of us customers about who gonna do what... it was terrible. I will never use walmart again. If I do ill buy tire and go somewhere else for the service... didnt even want to give it 1 star
Zero stars. Please do not take your vehicle here. They will mess it up and then blame you for having a older car. Even if that vehicle is well taken care of and was running absolutely fine when it was taken in.
It was a complete fiasco. We left the vehicle, said they would get right on it. Went to pick up the other vehicle to bring it in. Gone for 35 minutes, they hadnt even started the first vehicle. What started at 1:00 pm did not get finished until almost 7 pm. Seriously! If you have to make appointments, then honor the appointments.
The nicest young man helped me my tire was almost flat and every air machine in Cabot was broken he was great as they were just opening for the day. He wouldnt even take a tip from me. WOW what a great place.
Crazy slow service. Lots of employees seemingly just wandering around. But prices are good...
Horrible service. Very Rude Manager Tina and cashier, I was told wait time twice now and bot times I got askfor my keys back due to no service.
Rudeness. Since theyve reopened, customer service has gone downhill. If it wasnt for the convenience of the Cabot location, Id go somewhere else. Do better.

Went in for oil change. When I picked my car up I noticed it sounded different. I got out to open the hood and there was smoke coming from under the hood. They had left the oil cap off and oil sprayed everywhere under the hood and all over the windshield. All they did was spray the engine off. They did not clean under the hood where the air intake for heat/AC is or clean the windshield. After store management got involved, the problem was corrected and the car was detailed and the cost of the oil change refunded. Very poor management and handling by the auto care staff.

The initial person failed to understand the difference between synthetic and non synthetic and proceeded to mark us down for non synthetic high mileage after I specified synthetic 3 times. They failed to sticker the car and did not do the reset of the maintenance light. There was confusion for a few minutes as to if any oil had actually been changed.
Hands down the best Wal Mart service center I’ve visited. I travel a lot and usually use Wal Mart service centers due to convenience and central record keeping for my vehicles. I had a tire issue and Tre the service manager went above and beyond to fix my issue and make sure I was happy. I wish more people conducted customer like Tre and the crew at the Cabot Wal Mart service center. Happy with all of them.
If I could give zero stars, I would.. called ahead to make sure the center was open and verified the closing time.. I was informed that the center closes at 7pm. I drive nearly 20 minutes to the center, arrive at 6:15 to be told that they could not do a patch on a tire. This is on a loose tire at that. The counterman quickly dismissed me with no regard for care of the customer. Funny to think how a business that has 45 minutes remaining until the time I was told they were to closed turned away a sell. I wonder how much money the company looses from this type of service. Im sure if the executives out that down to paper with a pen, they would find alot of revenue lost on their p&ls.. if I were anyone looking to use this center, I would highly recommend locating a different company.

Got there 20 minutes before they opened and 3 hours later my tire was done but not installed. Had to i stall my self or more time was spent there. Was my worst experience ever. I have bought several tires there before and had great service. Dont know if i will return because of this.
Went to pickup my key before closing as they had called saying oil change was done. I get there in time everything was closed up. I walk to customer service where a nice elderly employee helped me by trying to track my keys down. Two mangers were up front and told this employee to call sporting goods and walked off. Needless to say I finally got my key almost an hour later by the same 2 managers that blew us off in the beginning. No apologies either!! I didn’t complain as I just wanted to go home. Today I smell something and took my car into a tire shop near me in LR and they tell me there’s way too much oil in there so now I have to go back to Cabot Walmart and have them remove some oil. This has not been the first mishap they have done and I keep thinking it will be better next time. Well I seriously believe there will never be a next time for me or my family.
Got an oil change and my back tail light fixed this passed Saturday. Dropped it off at 10am and it was done by 1:00. Last night my husband was following me home and noticed my back tail light was never fixed...yet we were charged for it. I thought I had a receipt but turns out I threw it away. I called to see if they kept records of it and the guy who answered the phone said they dont and I would need the receipt to get it fixed. He was courteous in trying to get me in as soon as possible but I am 38wks pregnant and dont have a lot of time to drop off my car when Im still working full time in North Little Rock and even if I did, I would still have to have a receipt. I am giving them one star because any other automotive place would keep track of their records.
Told 2 different people which tires I wanted. Waited 3 hours only to find out they put on something other than what I chose. Also tried to charge me for a fuel system service I did not ask for. Dont go here for anything automotive.
Auto care center in cabot put a used filter on my truck and the wrong oil weight, will not use their services again.Their customer service is lacking as well...Auto care center in Jacksonville scratched my new rims while installing them.😤However, jville auto care center does a decent job on oil changes and regular tire services
Would never let these morons touch my truck, and they couldnt get the tires I wanted, however I almost always buy batteries here
It would be helpful if they actually open on time instead of 30-45 minutes later.
Went for a High Mileage Oil change....Shouldve walked away when this guy didnt know how to open the hood latch of my Volvo Xc90(5 min search... then asked someone)RESULTS = Oil Leak due to PINCHED Oil Filter O-Ring in the Oil Filter CapAlmost wasted money taking to a shop to get looked at until expertise eyes who caught glimpse of the PINCHED O-Ring.Sad advise: please check your vehicle upon getting service at Wal-Mart TLE(Tire&Lube) Especially Euro Manufactured Vehicles.....I will give props to the service manager, though it is too late, for trying to attempt to fix the prior service team members, whom is no longer there, mistake but after an hour wait to be told that he cannot remove the filter cap and to go to another shop then bring the receipt for reimbursement of services. . .It has been an evening with a mixture of Pros & Cons.......SMH

Every time you go and try and get an oil change they always say it will be at least three hours and sometimes up to six hours to get a simple oil change. This tire and lube is one of the most awful ones I have ever been to.
My tires clearly state max psi: 44, I took my car to get an oil changed and they checked the tires (that I had JUST (2 weeks ago) taken to this location to be patched) and the psi was 60. If you have to get your tires serviced here, check your psi. That could’ve killed me had I hit a bump hard enough, careless in every aspect. VERY disappointed. Walmart, that’s a law suit if someone dies because your people aren’t READING what’s in front of them.

Very poor service I watched the tire guy for 30 minutes just talking to other co workers took an hour to get one tire put on I had to to put on but it took too long and had to go get my daughter from school so I just left with one tire put on then I went to Vaughns tire and had it the other one put on in about 10 minutes

Not good charge for a extra quarter of oil so I to make another trip so didnt have to much oil in my truck . Both times took to much time

DO NOT EVER GO TO A WALMART FOR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE!!I have never gotten any kind of service done at a Walmart auto service center, and for good reason. I have, however, been an ASE Certified auto technician for quite a while and worked as a Dealer Service Technician as well as in other various automotive fields for many years. Regardless of where im working, or which gas station parking lot im sitting in, there is someone having issues with their vehicle related to work that was performed at a Walmart. From loose and/or improperly inflated wheels, loose oil filters or drain plugs, even just simpley no oil at all after a supposed oil change. It is horrifying the amount of times ive seen a car with issues that came from Walmart. Please... PLEASE never take your car here unless it is your very last option and even then only do the bare minimum to get you going and down the street to a dealership. Theres a reason the service is cheap. Dont risk having your wheels fall off or your engine destroyed because some idiot with no business anywhere near someones vehicle forgot to tighten something. Someone i know who actually use to work there actually told me that the people who work there are all the idiots and lazy degenerates that couldnt even stock shelves correctly so they sent them to the auto center instead of firing them. Think about that.....

This place is terrible. The workers sit around and do nothing. After waiting 4 hours, they will still talk to you like an idiot if you ask how much longer. They also have no idea what they are doing, lie about putting air in tires, not filling oil, not replacing caps, etc.

You get what you pay for. They snapped one of my brush guard lights off, and didnt tell me. I found it in my passenger seat floor half way home. Went back and showed the manager and they offered to pay to get it fixed.
Generally a very busy store. The auto department may say it will take hours however you probably wont be there that long.
Add about an hour to an hour and a half to the time they tell you if they are replacing your tires
