Ordered a product online, said they had 7 in stock. This product was on sale at 62% off so it was a great deal. After 2 days of waiting, I received a call that they cant find these 7. This was ordered as a gift for someone and now there is no gift and I have to wait 5 days to be refunded. Poor inventory control and no attempt to offer an alternative product in its place will lead me to do all my shopping at Lowes.
As usual customer service sucks and when you ask about something you get a role of the eyes, workers watch me load wood on cart and unload it to my truck by myself. Only a handful, if that, can actually help when you ask a question. And some new guy with green hair is the only cashier lately that is so helpful and looks like he actually likes his job.
Very chaotic, almost frantic. Overcrowded and unorganized. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable.

Bought a refrigerator whoever wrote up the delivery didnt put the haul away on ticket or installation . Pillar group their delivery service left the old refrigerator in the kitchen wouldnt even take to garage. Then lied to me and said that they had arranged for the haul away on another day. Did not show. Called and the assist manager told me they couldnt do that. Arranged another day. I also paid for the install of the water line because person at desk said had to do that for the warranty, That was a lie also. Plus the warranty is worth nothing anyway. Customer service is extinct across the country there is no work ethic anymore. This is with almost every company and has been going on for years. Owners of companies need to know this and make consequences.
Not to sound sexist but Home Depot is definately a mans playhouse. I love shopping there.
Staff is slightly better than other Home Depots. They still go out of the way not to get close enough for you to stop them if they think you need help.

Had countertops installed. They left raw board & they will not contact me. Ive filed case with corporate. They charged me $450 for trash removal. Complete ripoff for them putting in my trash can plus 2 boards & 3 trim boards. Told me to put out on trash day. Do not do business with them.

All I wanted to do was purchase an Electric Clothes Dryer. I knew which one I was after. The sole person working in appliances was with another customer. She would not acknowledge our presence even when I stood right by her desk. After 10 minutes, we went to customer service and they paged for customer needing assistance in appliances. Still she would not acknowledge us. After 15 more minutes, I went and stood beside her while she continued helping the original customer. She continued to ignore me. I went up to customer service and they told me if I waited they would try to get someone to help me. We left and purchased the dryer elsewhere.I know she was busy but at least tell me it will be a minute or somehow acknowledge my existence.
Their own manager tells the customer to use the saw for employees only to cut products.... told the customer to go use the saw we informed him we need a code he proceeded to give us a hacksaw hand held never once was he aware in the slightest the liabilities he put this company in. They will hear from bottom to the top about thisHundreds Ive spent inside this store. Never again.
The Cabot Home Depot was a delight. The store manager is one of my customers. I had never drive out to Cabot when I needed something for a repair. After my wife had a couple of issues at the paint dept of the NLR home depot, we decided to drive 20 miles farther to Cabot. Glad we did. The young man that did our paint samples, and we got a lot of them, remixed a couple because it didnt look right to him. Pride in workmanship. Dont see that anymore. Going back next Monday for the gallons of paint. I will make the drive from now on.

May 22 I paid 35.00 to have 3 bedrooms measured for carpet . June 1 i paid over 1000 for carpet and pad . Today is June 14 and still no call or text or email from anyone to install carpet . It was a free install . At this point home depot has stopped returning my calls I was scammed out of 1000.00 how is this legal? I dont even have the carpet stay far away from them I usually use lowes this was my first time with Home depot lesson learned.
Gardening Review: I have only been to the gardening section of this store and I am comparing it to Walmart, Cabot Gardening; Jacksonville, Lowe’s; and Fort Smith Lowe’s and Home Depot. This store came out on top. The plants are well taken care of and well organized. The prices are really reasonable. I came here first bought some plants went shopping at the other local stores and came back and bought more. One note: they seemed a little short staffed.

Never again will I be a customer and this was my 1st time even being a customer because I always use Lowes. I ordered for my husbands fathers day gift on the 9th to have it delivered to the house before Fathers Day, still have not got the order I was supposed to have gotten it on 15th. So I tracked the order on the 17th to find out that they canceled my order and did not inform me anything about the cancellation. No email, no call, no text! So I call the store and the store tells me oh well they dont have any in the state of Arkansas theyre on back order at the manufacturer. I bought a Robi tablesaw for $190, they told me the only thing they had in stock was $750. So I went on Lowes ordered the same thing, better name brand for $20 more, did store pick up because I was afraid that shipping would not get it here by Sunday the 20th and guess what my order was ready for store pickup in less than 20 minutes.
This location is always well stocked with products and great staff!
Could find lots of hardware and parts I want. Wish there are more choices. Same goes to garden. Open up garden to individual sellers to expand variety.

Their website said a product was in stock. I drove 32 miles and 45 minutes to get there. The product was not in stock. I wasted 2 hours and $25 in gas for nothing.
I shop frequently, but only because they are the only store in town if you need materials on the weekend. They are overpriced, rude, and lazy as the day is long. My wife and I loaded 36 bags of quikrete while 4 employees chatted and watched us do it. They never offered help. Use the local lumber yards if you have the choice.
Love the store and all the seasonal holiday decorations. Not great customer support...while getting a breaker, I had to flag down 3 people who then called over the loud speaker...and still waited another 17 minutes before I was assisted. Also, I was on the store site looking at the breaker I needed and it said 6 were in stock, but the dude who assisted me said they dont even carry them?

I’ve been going to Home Depot since I was a kid when my dad would take me. Since then, as an adult, every time I’ve needed assistance at Home Depot, I’ve been assisted by a member of their staff who seems to genuinely care. I’m offered advice when I need it and they go out of their way to be helpful—with a great attitude, at that. Also, I love how involved in the local community they are. For example, I enjoy tanking my 7-year old son to their Saturday craft building sessions. This is where Home Depot hosts a craft project for kids. My son will proudly wear his apron provided by Home Depot while doing his project. Great products; but, hands down what makes Home Depot great is the people they employ and the standards to which they hold themselves as a company.

Never a shortage of employees on the floor ready & willing to help. Store is clean & tidy. The only negative thing I have to say is that they stock some merchandise too high. I got hit in the face with a pack of sandpaper today after nudging it down off of a very high peg. Other than that, this location is great!

The woman at the paint desk was very helpful. I was getting kitchen paint, and she assited in helping choose the finish after I explained what the situation was with our peeling cabinets and such.Got home, tripped over the dog and dropped an entire gallon of paint on the tile(thankfully) floor. Managed to salvage some of it, but ill have to go back and get some more soon. Im hoping they can match the color since the code on the lid was destroyed after it got soaked in paint.

Very friendly staff for the most part. I have a problem with the items that I select not having a price on them, and Im not willing to carry the items to the service desk for a price check. That is my concern with the store and I am sure that my husband would have more concerns about the same thing. He has problems with the items not being in their computer system and them wanting him to go get the prices. I cant even tell you how many sales they have lost due to that situation. We are there to shop, NOT to be their price checkers.

I recently relocated to Arkansas and came to Cabot with my husband to look for a patio table and grill! The young blonde guy was very helpful . We wanted to purchase it and come back with a truck the next day to pick it up . Once he took us over to Kylie O it was a terrible experience! She was rude rolled her eyes seemed bothered and couldn’t complete our will call because we were paying cash ?? We waited at least 35 minutes while her supervisor tried to help ! Meanwhile Kylie o rolled her eyes at us was rude and when u made mention of her being rude she rolled them again and told my husband have a nice day sir ! I said and ma’am and she screamed ma’am . I have never been treated so rudely somewhere I am paying my hard earned money My husband is a veteran and I am new to Jacksonville! I will be telling everyone I know a out the rude treatment we received at Cabot!

Horrible customer service. Asked for wood cutting services 3 times. Waited 20 minutes. Several employees walked past and just looked in my direction, didnt ask if I needed help. When I asked a 3rd time, the lady continued about her business and said I heard ya. Extremely rude. This is exactly why I shop at Lowes.
