The place location is great. Most of the employees work with you.Sad to say there is a bad apple in the group. His dad is a local mechanic.

They are very helpful. Specialized parts must be order. Which put you back on you vehicles repairs. In anyway is better than any dealers.

Bad service attendance women. Talking very loud amd wont change my account because is a shared number with another customer. I said that it was not fair because the other user does not have.that number and therefore not using the account. I ask for him to be removed and it was denied in a bad tone. Would rate 0 stars but cant. I will go to the online account on web site and delete him my self if in can.

In addition to being very expensive and far from being competitive with local auto parts distributors, the staff is for the most part less than knowledgeable. There are exceptions to every rule of course and I come across two persons that actually understand the business and a knowledgeable in their own product line.A simple question as to whether or not they carried Stabil a fuel stabilizer and gasoline long term storage (up 2years) product used for generators and emergency supplies.The question resulted in a perplexed I dont know response from the associate, I was unfortunately stuck with. Fortunately for me it was one lone voice from the back that said yes of course we do and proceeded to explain the use of the product to my attending associate. In a country that is prone to power outages from weekly to every other day during the stormy season I was dumbfounded at the complete lack of knowledge.As I mentioned earlier this coupled with exorbitant prices for some of their parts for example $17.50 each for a crankcase oil stopper as compared to $2.55 for all four at a local auto parts store. Should have been the nail in the coffin for this establishment.The only saving grace today was that they did have the product, although 40% more then what it should be (everyone else was out), so you can call it desperation.1 Star for being open, 1Star for having an abundance in stock (-1 star, pricing might have something to do with that) and 1 star for the one person that knew what was going on...

A bit pricey, but it pays for their excellent service!

I went to buy oil and filter for my car. A manager or a person with a different uniform attends me and tells me that he is going to sell me a combo, he leaves and leaves me at the box for a while, he arrives at the box and the other box is going to serve a person who came after me.
