Try finding your part on eBay first. Selection here is good, but youll pay a small fortune. He just makes up the price for things on the spot. I turned down buying a few items and I think he jacked the price on what I did need. Tried to talk me into selling my used parts for store credit. Glad I turned that down after seeing what he was charging. He was Nice enough to show me a bike in the attic similar to the one on building.
Has anyone out there paid $80 for one roll of header wrap? Cycle warehouse believes that a few feet of fabric is worth its weight in gold. They have a fairly large selection of various parts, at a high price. Anyone ever seen a 2007 motorcycle recently worth $7000? Cycle warehouse has multiple old bikes priced like newer ones.

More parts than you can possibly imagine but there is a reason for that, The prices are ridiculously high. And don’t even think about asking for anything because you’ll be asked “well did you look”. Just go on the internet and find what you need and buy from another company, prices will be cheaper and you can find exactly what you’re looking for.

I bought a bike there. Nice bike, but it was almost empty on gas. So I stopped at Sheetz 3.9 miles away. The bike wouldnt start after getting gas, so I had to push it to a parking spot. Called AAA, and when we opened the battery box, we found a melted lead on the battery, which only usually happens when it is left loose. To be fair to the mechanic who checked out the bike, he did have to jump start it a lot, and now we know why. So the AAA driver took me to a motorcycle shop he knows, and we got a battery for $95.00They are refunding for the new battery.
Have about anything you need. Most of the staff are great. Prices seem high until you remember its IN YOUR HAND now.

Bought a new to me bike a month ago.. took several attempts to get Jennifer to even return my phone call, once I got there the bike was filthy and had a check engine light on, I was advised they could only scan Harleys... its the worst possible location to test ride.. one way alley and non-stop traffic, bought the bike anyways just to be told after all the paperwork that we had to drive yet somewhere else to the the notary stuff and get a plate.. even though it says NOTARY on the front of the building. She said ( Jen) that they would clean the bike up while I was making arrangements to get it home later that day, when I arrived some hours later and she said Whoops I forgot to have them clean it up. And to end it on that note when I got home I realized that the motorcycle was not even inspected would never do business at Butler cycle again and would urge anybody else if they could possibly make a purchase to do it elsewhere.

Unless you buy from eBay, for this company and you get the wrong part you will only get refunds from eBay . company states no refunds.hard pill to swallow when you put $1500 on the wrong part.totaly messed up.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Filing system needs an overhaul.. Purchased a trike kit from Ebay & parts were missing when I showed up to pick items up, drove 5 hrs back home & NEVER got a call about missing parts. I had to call them & just got the run around saying were trying to find them, we dont have no use for them.. Well if you post something to eBay you should have the merchandise.Attached is the response I get in my email..

Got a new back tire for the bike was a pretty good experience delt with the owner and got to walk around the warehouse was cool seeing all the different bikes and bike parts they have.
My husband ordered a trike kit on ebay, we drove 5 hours to get it, get there and they dont have the parts and couldnt find them. Drive back and they never called or searched for the parts. My husband tried to call them and they gave him the run around. Now my husband has no trike parts to build his trike. They are really unorganized and very unprofessional.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, drove from Virginia to get parts, was told to get there at 10a at opening and talk with the the owner Chris, finally made time for me at 1230, then sold me exhaust for my 2005 Softail then come to find out when I get home, they are for a Sportster. Have been calling for 2 weeks now about getting a refund or exchange, no call back or communication, they took my money and over hundred dollars worth of parts I traded them for store credit. Was told by a female in returns that Chris would have to authorize the return, then talked with Gary from parts and he said I would not be stuck with the pipes, 2 weeks later....nothing. Messaged again today and said I was going to contact the BBB, and got a text message back almost instantly from some one that said to bring them back in and they will exchange them for another set, they forgot once again I’m 5 hours away in Virginia. Stay away, they have no respect for there customers, once they have your money they don’t care.

Had the privilege of working with Jenn in sales, Lisa in accessories, and the owner Chris. Jenn and Chris helped me tremendously when my lender repeatedly dropped the ball and screwed up my paper work. They went over and above the normal call of duty to make sure Everything worked out. Lisa was a great help with picking out a beautiful leather jacket at a very fair price.... and didn’t even laugh when I needed a 4x helmet!! I seriously would recommend visiting them if your thinking of getting on 2 wheels! The selection is amazing!

Great place, good people, bought oem Harley shocks for a 1986 softail there a week ago my bike has not ridden this good in 34 years since it was new.Going to buy another pair of shocks this Saturday to keep for a spare replacement set.

Fun place to check out bikes but in my opinion they are about 5 to 10% higher priced than they should be. And they dont budge. I know its all part of keeping the doors open though and my advise to you is go ahead and splurge a little and maybe the doors will still be open 20 years from now. Its all up to you motorcycle enthusiasts!

Bought a used motorcycle there in February motor leaked oil clutch was out of it of it they passed it off to me as a good reliable bike and now its sitting there again for the 2nd time for a new clutch they are in the business to rip honest people off would not buy a thing of them again
Great selection of parts and motorcycle. I purchased a motorcycle April 2018. Drove it home and had it several weeks when my neighbor noticed it was not inspected. Called store and was told they dont mention it cause most dont inspect anyways and they do not do inspection. You would think they would mention it. Yes I should have noticed but was excited about getting a new to me motorcycle and did not look. The bike was supposed to be ride ready when we picked it up. Rather pay the small inspection fee than the hefty fine for not having it. The store representative seems less than caring about the situation. I will not visit again and will recommended others not as well. Take care of your customers. This was our second motorcycle purchase and last.

Super upset I called to come buy a bike that I found in there inventory I drove 1.5 hours with 4500 cash for 8k bike after the credit company first commonwealth denied my application I told the lady I would just pay all cash and she told me the bike had to go through service or what not and she would call me Saturday and never called me very upset so I went to another dealership got approved for a brand new Harley and was treated like gold and still didn’t buy anything yet it’s like the lady didn’t even care to deal with me very upset bc I want the bike they have and after dealing with this i will never go back all bc I was prejudged bc of a bank denied me a loan but 13 Other banks at the other place said yes and she didn’t believe I would pay cash when I brought her 4500 cash very upset with the pre judgement
They worked hard trying to find a seat for older road king . But had to buy a new one .
Came in with a random broken throttle cable from an old patch work bike. They figured it out in a few minutes and the part came in that week. Cool dudes, easy atmosphere, and alot of parts
Beware! They sell damaged good as new. Poor communication. Purchased a NEW rear tail light and got a scratched up tail light. I expressed to them when paying that I needed it ASAP. I am selling a Harley and have a buyer and need part fast. As soon as part came in I notified them of problem w/ picture. It took 3 -4 days to get a reply. Now a week later they said send more pictures or send back for inspection then replace. What part of ASAP didnt they get? New means New, not damaged good. After wasting my time and my buyer, I decided to repaint and use part. I expressed to them I didnt have the luxury to wait for them to approve a return, inspected it and then send out a replacement. Summers are short here in the Rockies and riding time even shorter. Buyer would get discouraged if bike was not ready and buy elsewhere.

Got everything you need for motorcycles
I bought a 2001 dyna wide glide have never had more problems with a bike. Had the bike worked on 2 times within a week and once because it couldn’t even make it home and the second because it wasn’t running right and the primary was dripping oil. I have decided not to go back and get the bike worked on them even through the warranty because the bike still drips oil like crazy out the primary even after getting it “fixed”. It’s sad that I spent as much money there as I did because I got totally screwed, and I’m not going to get into the title issues with the bike. Would not recommend you buy anything from here nor would I let them work on my wheel barrow.

I was a cash buyer and couldnt buy a bike if I wanted to .. needless to say I left very unhappy .. Maybe have a price sheet on used bikes for your employees !!

Be careful when buying used as-is; check out Kelley Blue Book. They were 500 above and refused to come down. The mirrors were broke and it ran like crap, it had been sitting a year and I believe it came from a auction. Oh they were nice, but I believe they could have put more effort into making the bike roadworthy. Granted it was only a Yamaha and Harleys are where their money is but who know, if I would trade this in later on a Harley. I should have done a better job of checking it out. Over all, not impressed.

To all national and international online buyers: Beware of this shop. I bought HD decals on their ebay store that were declared as new but got a damaged pair that was definitely used. Any kind of communication is not possible. They do not respond to any kind of messages. It is now a paypal case. I never experienced such a bad customer service.

Drove out there and it wasnt just around the corner. Nobody cared at all that i wandered around just trying to figure out if anybody in there could help me out. Finally found someone who would take my money but it seemed like a chore to them. Then they cant find the parts someone had in there hands the day before. The next day they call me and said they found them. They take my money, happy to do so this time... 21 days later i finally find out they sold them the next day to someone else and had no record of me at all. They said ill get my money refunded but i dont know what i can believe

Lots of parts, helpful staff but way to exspensive. Went digging for tripple tree bolt cap, found one used with minor but noticable scratches in the chrome and a couple of pits starting. 15$ ! No thanks. I was wondering how can you have so much stuff now i see why.
Two time see parts on your Facebook page text them they tell me they have the parts driver Over a hour to get their stand there for 20 minutes then tell me they don’t have the part that I seen on your Facebook page don’t waste your time going there, and Don’t waste your time buying a used motorcycle from them they’re usually junk I bought one, Lost money and regret that I ever step foot in that place

Worst place to do business with I got a rim that was supposed to fit my 09, of course didnt fit, tried to contact them by phone to see if I could get the right part, never called me back, Everytime I called there parts division there were never there. I sent the rim back and asked when I was going to refund my money they charged a 20% restocking fee. There customer support representative was very disrespectful and hung up on me after I was concerned about not getting my full refund back. Will never do business with them again. I urge anybody that is thinking about doing business with them to stop they are horrible.
