I was happy to see it very busy. I was sent down to complete an exam, which was canceled, so I stopped by for a blizzard. It was as yummy as I hoped. Then I left happy and got back on the road.

Me and my dog went for ice cream on a day that it was in the 90s. So very hot. I ordered my puppy a baby amount in a cup. The VERY RUDE employee told me I could only get that amount in a cone only. Not in a cup. Continued to be rude and gave me a dirty look when I explained my puppy couldnt eat the cone. Id pay for whatever I just needed a cup. Finally I did get what I ordered but will never revisit this dairy queen location. It was a first.... and definitely a last.

Charming classic DQ! Very clean and always well stocked with freezer items, ice cream sandwiches, dilly bars, etc.

I just went here yesterday evening. While enjoying my blizzard, I felt something hard at the bottom of my cup. Assuming it was nothing, I continued to enjoy my tasty treat, until I finally reached the bottom.. I found these 2 pieces of metal at the bottom of my cup!!! I couldnt believe my eyes. I will never go here again because I have a daughter who thankfully this didnt happen to!! The employees here are negligent in there responsibility to provide the public with SAFE TO EAT ice cream. Tell all your family and friends to stay away or risk CHOKING ON METAL PARTS.

Its always good but they need to put signs out to tell the people to go to one side to get waited on. That system worked good during the covid days.

Wow!! Blizzard shakes that actually have a very nice amount of ingredients!! Glad I went with the small, my buddy got the large and couldnt finish his. Very nice location, easy in and easy out onto roadway. Surprised this DQ isnt more busy. I highly recommend and we will be back!!

My family and i come here all the time. In the past its been great service great prices awesome employees. Today i cant say the same. The employees were acting like they were on a playground. Not listening to customers and jumping around. Messing up orders. And one employee didnt have a mask on. Im sure theres no management in the building..

Saturday evening at 730pm. Stood at the window for 10 minutes. 2 girls giggling in the back. I walked away for 1 min. Went back and stood for another 5 minutes. NO SERVICE! I definitely will NEVER take my family there again. Too many other choices with service.

I’ve always went to this Dairy Queen but the last two times I have went, employees have had a nasty attitude towards paying customers. Ice cream is still good, but you almost feel awkward and unwanted for just ordering some ice cream.

Employees were not wearing masks. I waited in line and then when I saw what was going on inside I left with no ice cream :-( This place does not care if you get Covid-19, apparently.

Unless you want to wait in a line for over 30 minutes I do not recommend getting a cake pre ordered from this location!!

This place needs help. I went to get a medium blizzard. It was mixed so much it was a milkshake. Blizzard are to be so thick they are to give them to you upside down. They dont know how to make cones right. all side ways. 4 people their and it still took forever. The place was dirty. They all need retraining. They werent even using the metal sleeves IN the cups to mix. I d6 know if the owner doesnt care or if the teenager just do whatever they want. but Like I said before, This place need help.

This DQ is outstanding. You get your moneys worth and they dont mind making something for a person thats not on the menu with the blizzards as long as its on the board of stuff in blizzards.

Poor Management, Good Icecream

So glad the snickers blizzard is back even if it is for a limited time. I didnt know it was possible, but there was too much candy in my blizzard. Thats how all 3 in our order were. I would definitely recommend that you give them a try.Update 9/30/20I still say they have the best blizzard around. However they have really raised their prices. We used to come here all the time. I ordered 2 small blizzards and 3 baby blizzards and the total was over $32. I was told well you ordered 5 blizzards. Honestly I can take my family for icecream to other local places for around $18-$20 on average. I cant afford to go here for these prices.

It was awesome! All their ice cream is delicious. Also, a awesome thing is that they add more toppings to your ice cream and it is just great!

My family and I having been going to Dairy Queen for well over 40 yrs. No matter what we order - it is always good! And trust me - we have tried almost everything at least once! It may be just nostalgia - but we have always enjoyed a stop there.

Delicious dairy queen ice cream but not dairy queen prices nor sizes! They ONLY take cash so probably why they can give larger amounts of ice cream. Ive never had a bad experience here. My kids were surprised by amount of ice cream you get for the size and cost. As long as it is owned by the same people I will continue to come to this ice cream shop.

Staffed by young kids who are well versed in socializing, but severely lacking in any kind of customer skills. I had to wait a half hour for 2 blizzards. While waiting, I watched 3 customers walk away because of poor customer service. I can only assume that the owner/management is not present or they have no clue either.

Good portions and price. Down fall they Do Not accept any card for payment. Not even a DQ gift card. Cash Only

This Dairy Queen is the BEST one I have been to. My daughter Zoey and I go at least 2 times a week. We love the ice cream, we love the people, and the owner is always there with a smile.

Hands down the best Dairy Queen! Their sizes are bigger than other Dairy Queens for the same price. Also, their blizzards have more candy mixed in.

Had way more Blizzard flavors and a bigger menu than a normal Dairy Queen. Doesnt serve hot food. Great place.

Its Dairy Queen. Whats not to love? Just be sure to expect a long line if your there on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday afternoon. Your also going to have those people in front of you who order a blizzard or two and end up (I should know because Im one of them. Sorry, good flavor takes time.) clogging the whole line.

I ordered the cotton candy blizzard...they were out of the special cotton candy sprinkles. So they substituted with regular ones. Not good...tasted like was.

Nice for a quick snack but i think kinda chinsy on candy in blizzards. The dairy queen in butler pa just past the drive in gives huge portions. You get more moneys worth than grove citys

The cones always look like a child made them. You never get the same size twice in a row. While at the drive thru window, one of the workers used the F word. The worker at the window did yell at them.
