Bill was able to explain the testing procedure and the results thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a hearing evaluation.

Had my first visit with them 03/03/2021, I needed help pairing my aids to my phone, ( even though I did not purchase them there) extremely nice and professional, they took the time to pair and show me how if it happens again. They didn’t pressure me to get new ones, explained their services and made me feel very comfortable. I will be going there for all my services and annual check up

Dr. Yost was thorough and helpful. Went in thinking he would just try to sell me hearing aids, but quite the opposite. He was truly concerned about my hearing status and educating me on my tinnitus. Greatly empathetic to my b fears and concerns.

I wanted my hearing checked because I am having issues in loud places. The staff at Hearing Life were pleasant, informative, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Tre was excellent. He checked my hearing in a sound proof booth and with background noise. Good news, I do have a slight hearing loss, it was recommended that I have my hearing tested every 1-2 years unless I notice a significant change.

My dad was treated with the utmost courtesy and care. His hearing loss is significant without his hearing aides. He just thinks the world of Bill who helped restore his hearing.

It is a little hard getting use to when i go into my apartment my bird goes crazy she screaches very loudly when i take them out she is quiet could they be possibly be hurting her ears

I called inquiring about hearing aid replacement parts. I wasn’t able to make it there before they closed but the sweet lady who I talked to on the phone went above and beyond to do everything she could to help. I didn’t catch her name but she was answering the phone at around 4pm eastern time on 4-23-18 😌 if you are in the market for new hearing aids or anything to do with hearing aids, this is the place to go
