Since the Kittanning location was out of our dog food, I called the butler store. They told me there was a bag on the shelf and a pallet of it in the back if that was gone. I made a trip over and there was none on the shelf. The associate said she would check the back. She told me I would have to wait until the next day when they opened the pallet. I explained the person on the phone told me I could get it that day and my dog didnt have food, not to mention making a trip from another store. All she said was, sorry. Totally unacceptable service. I ended up paying twice the amount at Petco.

The service at this store is terrible. The one guy whom I assumed was the manager, watched as I struggled to get a long and heavy item onto a flat cart with bad brakes. He offered no help to me nor to his sole cashier, who had a long line of customers.

I took a 100 pound propane tank to get filled and they filled it up and didn’t give it back to me because I was in an suv. Not coming back here.

The two gentlemen assisting me were not terribly knowledgeable about chickens but the admitted it also. What they lacked in expertise they made up for in willingness to try to find me an answer. The store was big with a large selection to chose from. Staff was very patient (i bought 22 chickens and my 8 year old son had to pick out every one). The facility was clean and prices were fantastic.

Easy atmosphere & occasionally has great sales. Employees have always been helpful.

This branch is way more helpful than the Cranberry location. Employees are more eager to assist.

A family member requested that I stop at this establishment to pick up an item for them. The item was available and at a reasonable price. The staff was both helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

Went specifically for chicks and ducklings. I was happy with the entire experience. Josh was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable, he greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Trey at the register also helped make our trip pleasent. I would recommend this location, you can clearly see the chicks and ducks are well taken care of and the employees value their positions.

They have most anything one needs to raise chickens or for your dogs or cats. They even have farm or work clothes for men and women. They have hardware and even some toys.

Im building an addition onto my chicken coop. They had the hardware I needed at a reasonable price.I like the bargain racks they have near the entrance. Theres a few inexpensive tools in there that are good quality. Their not vicegrips and not Erwin channel locks are good buys. They have some brand told in there at good prices too.

Everyone should visit TS at least once a month. Their inventory is amazing, the staff is top notch and theyre dog friendly!

Decent store with a nice array of outdoors/agricultural items. Plus in the springtime you can buy peeps and different baby animals there!

Good, fairly lg selection of reasonably priced animal foods to all kinds of pet meds. Even have animal shots every Sat at very inexpensive prices. Good quality products. Only gave a 3 because clothing prices and tools seem over priced but average for the quality. Lots more products than an Agway.

Very neat and clean store. Nice toy selection for kids who like farm toys, hunting and recreational sets like campers, boats, hunting set ups. Their shoe selection has always been lacking but it cpuld be because of the demand.

Great store for most items needed. The Staff has always been very helpful, just wish their stock would include small machined screws/nuts, sae & metric etc... if I could leave partial stars I would have left 4.8.

Wish they would stick to a good brand of wood pellets for heating. The TS brand were horrible. Not sure about the pine pellets yet. I really like the Green Supremes by Lignetics. Hopefully they will continue to carry them. I also take my dogs to get there shots. Usually tractor supply has what I need at a reasonable price.

My go to store for animal feed or yard and garden items. Always friendly and helpful staff. We probably stop there once a week.

OMG the bathroom was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Ok, its not a restaurant, but seriously, it was horrible.

I was told I was required to have a cart upon walking in and that my toddler had to sit in the seat. He is a couple pounds over the weight limit for it. Lawsuit waiting to happen, since I was discriminated against for being a single mom as the employee threatened to kick us out if I did not comply I will never again shop there.
