I ordered a part. They sent the wrong one. Said it was my problem. Two months later part came in. Never waste your time with theses jaskasses.

Bought a UTV here. Waited two months for my registration. Finally contacted Ritenour to get a copy of the registration application. They emailed it to me. They completed it incorrectly putting in for registration that only allows you to use the vehicle on your own property. I contacted DCNR and they just received the application on June 6, 2021. I purchased the machine on April 1. I met with a manager who only wanted to make excuses. I still have no registration to ride off my property. July 13,2021. Nearly 4 months of warranty gone. Asked them to extend my warranty due to their screw up with registration. Manager said she would speak with her boss. Still havent heard from her. Been over a month. Finally got to ride the machine at a friends camp property.. The machine overheated and had to be parked. Called Ritenour 3 times over the next week to talk to service about getting it fixed. Left three messages for a call back. Didnt ever receive one. Called a fourth time and spoke with service manager. Appointment scheduled. Regretting purchasing the vehicle there. Wish I could get my money refunded and go elsewhere. Would not recommend anyone purchase there.

Today, I received my new Wright Stander B - 52 and the whole process was so smooth and easy. Randy Strong was very helpful and patient to show us a few different options and made the process a breeze. The unit was delivered quickly, the unit was clean, full tank of gas and ready to go. Couldnt be happier with the process.

Very knowledgeable people that know their products. The parts department is well stocked. If they dont have the part you need they can usually get it to you in about a week.

Great luck finding the parts I need and the service work they do is great.

The winter maintenance special at Ritenours is worth every dime! I have been getting my lawn tractor tuned up every winter for many, many years - ever since I originally purchased the tractor at Ritenours over ten years ago. They even pick it up and drop it off. Nick and his staff of technicians fine tune it and keep it running flawlessly year after year without breakdown or any problems. In fact, it continues to operate at peak performance and I give Ritenour Equipment Center all the credit for keeping it going for me! Makes my lawnmowing worry free; best investment I have ever made!

Ritenour Equipment by far out performs everyone in this industry. From Rick and Rob all the way down to the guy who washes the equipment are the best. I own a commercial lawn service company and anytime I have an issue with my equipment, Nick the service manager, bends over backwards to make sure that it gets fixed that day or shortly after so that Im not without. For instance... I had a mower go down yesterday. I called Nick immediately and he said bring it in now. It was fixed by the next day. Its nice to have a company you can depend on and not wait 2 weeks for someone else just to look at it. They seriously treat you like family and that the dollar you spend there, means something. I am grateful!!!

Never buy a tractor at Ritenour Equipment Center!. Bought a new zero turn. The arm broke when it got stuck in the mud. They fixed the tractor never letting me know that I would have to pay for my new tractor to be fixed. On top of it the general manager was rude and disrespectful.

I recently purchased a mower at Ritenours equipment center. I went in thinking I knew what i wanted but, the sales team told me the pros and cons of the mower I wanted. In the end they saved me money by buying a better mower for a lower cost. I will definitely be buying another mower from them again.

A great selection of equipment from 100hp tractors to string trimmers and everything in between. They have a Great parts and Service department as well. Don’t buy anywhere else without giving these guys a shot!!

The best place in the address to get you yard equipment and tractors. It is family run. Prices might be a hair high(though not very much and they might negotiate) but the sell super quality stuff like mowers. They include better warranties and do repairs right at the shop. Sales staff is friendly and helpful.

We have considered Ritenour’s as a 5-star business for over 10 years for servicing our yard equipment as well as timely pick up and delivery. With such great service we have now extended our purchases to new tractors as well as cordless equipment for landscaping. Troy and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable. Stopped in on a Saturday just before closing. They stayed open while they not only explained the tractor I was looking at, but took me back to the garage to show me. Easy financing and sales associate that know their stuff. Delivery of the equipment was a great help for us. Would recommend them to anyone!

If I could give them a zero, I would.Our Brand new UTV has been in and out of their shop repeatedly every single month for the past 6 months for weeks at a time. Drivers don’t even get it off their flatbed without something going wrong again and they take it back. Service department refuses to produce the service records so we can take our machine to an actual mechanic. Not to mention all the issues we had before we even obtained possession of the machine. Worst dealership and service department ever.As a contractor, I will ensure that all other contractors we know are aware of the debacle and miserable service we have received.
