Walmart is messing up!! Im calling to get exams and glass for a family of 5, paying cash. Answer the phone!Its ringing and ringing, a guy answers just to put me on hold..so now I gotta go in there and schedule the appointment in person.

Impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Then they left me on hold for 30 min when phone disconnected. You have to have an appointment to pick up glasses but getting the appointment is Impossible. Typical walmart only caring about the $$$$$

This place was great up until recently. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady had a rude tone with me. I couldn’t find my insurance card in my wallet when she asked for it over the phone. asked if I could bring it with me to my appointment or if it’s on file. She told me that she had a line and to answer my phone when she calls back. I had to go to work so I cannot really promise that I will answer my phone... might be looking into other places.

I had a wonderful experience at the Vision Center for my daughters exam. Granted, they are currently short staffed... they spent their time with us and helped us with getting our needs taken care of. They have been polite and professional with me and my child.

So I just called to make an appt w/the eye dr for my daughter who is having vision problems. The phone just rang and rang, no one ever picked up. And its the middle of the day! What kind of a business is this? Ive had multiple problems with bad customer svc here before and vowed to never come back. But I figured it would be easier to get her in somewhere thats shes been seen before. If your a new patient it can take weeks to get in. I give up. All the other reviews on this place are true! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

We have visit this eye doctors several times, each time we have gone they have always gave us issues with our insurance, not to mention how rude they have been. This last time we were running a little behind, when we got there they told us the doctor would not be able to take our daughter because they had another appointment. They told us we would have to come back another day. The receptionist wasnt even polite about it, my husband told her we would take your business elsewhere, She said GOOD! We will no longer be coming to this location.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional, I could go on and on but it was a disgusting experience so I went to Visionworks and got an appointment the very next day with competent, professional staff.

The lady who answered phone has a very rude tone. I asked to make an appointment and got attitude in a very angry and sarcastic tone well I’m busy it will be a while sooooo..... then I said I will hold. So just got curiosity even tho I knew the phone wouldn’t be picked back up I set it down to see how long it would actually take, at 19:32 I hung up. I’ve went there every year at a Walmart location until now. Up until the last two years I’ve never had an issue

The one woman was very rude (Sue) and it makes the whole business look bad, she needs to be told about her attitude or work in the back. It turns people away when the staff is rude and inconsiderate. The one staff member ( Lisa) is very helpful and was doing a big portion of the work but unlike Sue, she was pleasant and helpful.

Where are the people that work here? I have been waiting more than 40 minutes to see somone to order glasses for my son. The exam was done in 15 minutes, then nothing after that. I suspect this happens all the time since the staff doent have a sense of urgecy at all. The customers are starting to really pile up. Thank God I am next. I hope....

Slow and rude service. Makes you feel like you are bothering them when you walk in the store. They will give you every reason possible that they can not help you and that you need to come back another time. They even lied to us and said they didnt have the paperwork.

There is one tech in particular at this vision center who is rude and belligerent to just about every customer. I have had several run-ins with her and have vowed never to return. However, if i can time it right, I can manage to get the one tech who is very helpful and considerate. Otherwise I wont ever use this place again. Like others who have commented here, the one tech even says good riddance to you if you say you will never return. I cant image some regional manager or marketing director allows this behavior to continue. When you have this many negative comments all around a single issue, you know its true and immediate action is required to preserve the business.

Very slow service ..... i made an appointment 2 different times. The second time at least got an appointment card but both times I got there for the appointment and went to check in I was told I didnt have an appointment... I went in because I needed my prescription for glasses they said only the Dr could get it. I waited for a half hour just to ask them 20 minutes into the wait the Dr goes on break for an hour.. so they take my name and other info down and said they would call me when it was ready 3 days later no call......Needless to say never going here again

Horrible customer service, rude employees, disorganized, hold times on phone can reach 20-30 minutes or more, doctor try’s too up sale you too the more expensive pairs of contacts. Employees who answer the phone aren’t helpful & act clueless too every question you ask.

It took an hour to order my elderly mothers glasses. You stand there while employees are socializing in the back room. I saw one man walk out because no one would help.him. They ask the dumbest questions on a form they want filled out. The one guy took off with my moms Medicare card and we had to ask to get it back. Horribly SLOW service, and non helpful employees. These people need customer service training. I will find a different, and real eye doctor for mom. Walmart vision center in Butler, pa sucks.

Took forever in person to schedule an appointment. Called a few days later to reschedule and was on hold nearly 10 minutes! Cancelled appointment, not rescheduled!
