Natalie was my receptionist & optician. Becca & Sally were my technicians. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. Everyone who assisted me was kind & helpful, courteous & professional. I have already recommended Dittman Eye Care to my Mom.

Dittman Eyecare in Butler is hands down the best in the area! Caitlyn is always so friendly as soon as we walk in. Sabrina knows exactly what shes doing and her bubbly personality is contagious! And Dr. Dittman is the absolute best. He pays attention to every word you say, every question and concern. He has done wonders for my sons myopia and we couldnt be more grateful. The staff at Dittman Eyecare is always so nice. AndI love that Dr. Dittman cares to get to the root of my concern. Natalie went out of her way and adjusted my glasses… and I hadn’t even realized that they needed adjusting! Barb was super about sharing information regarding the new blue lenses they are getting, and Kelsey was spot on, helping me remember the protocol we used in the past. Five star perfect visit!

Everyone at Dittman made my first appointment there today so enjoyable. Dr. Nock is exceptionally kind and personable, took the time to ask several questions and explained everything he was doing and what he saw. It was my first appointment, and I scheduled an appointment for my young daughter later this month.What I REALLY loved was how kind and respectful the ladies at the front desk were. I need a new prescription, but was NOT pressured AT ALL to buy frames from them. In fact, one of the ladies offered several times to print out my script so I can look elsewhere as well. The last (chain) office I was at gave me such a difficult time when I asked for my script, so this was so very refreshing and appreciated.I was also very impressed with office atmosphere… it is so clean, bright, and airy.Very impressed with Dittman and I’m glad I went today. This will be my new office!

I had an eye exam with Dr. Brandtonies and she is extraordinarily thorough (in a great way). I also took advantage of their promotion offering a free pair of glasses and lenses when you purchase a year supply of contacts (youre going to pay roughly the same for glasses and lenses anyway, so it makes zero sense to not take advantage of this special). I cannot recommend this office enough. Not only were they thorough, professional, and kind, they also offer a good variety of products and services at very reasonable prices. Additionally, there is plenty of parking near this location (Butler). I highly recommend it. Absolutely the Best Eye center around! They are so professional! the staff is amazing, they make you feel right at home they take the time and explain everything to you about your eye problems . outstanding doctors and I would never go anywhere else this is my second time there and they are absolutely wonderful great customer service will help you with any of your needs and answers any questions that you have about your appointment and what’s going on with your eyes! The receptionist was Barb wonderful checked me right in .the technician Skylie was absolutely amazing and Dr. Nock was absolutely professional he took so much time explaining what about what’s going on with my eyes I would go to no other doctor besides him he is number one in Butler I would never go back to Dr. Balorious ever that office just heard you in and heard you out no explanation from them so that’s why I found Dr. Nock to be wonderful professional and very outstanding!!

Excellent exam and services at Dittman Eyecare, Butler. Hubby and I recently had exams and glasses done and were both impressed with the wealth of knowledge of Dr Dittman and staff . Today, I had a specific glaucoma test and Tear Care procedure to improve the amnt and quality of tears, have suffered with dry eyes for years ! Kelsey was very efficient and super kind, Barb, at the front desk is friendly and welcoming and helpful as well ! Highly recommend

I was originally thrilled to find Dittman rather than go to a chain. My first experience hadnt been good, they stated they didnt have any eyeglass tools to tighten a loose screw. But my 2nd visit was good, they were helpful, though their selection of frames seemed limited. After finding an acceptable pair we were both happy. 6 months later when l returned for an adjustment, bringing along a pair of broken sunglasses bought elsewhere, l felt my needs werent really addressed. Their general theme was, other than adjusting my first pair, we cant help you. There was no referral to a frame repair place. Saying that l could glue it, there was no offer to glue the sunglasses. Somewhat disappointing. I had expected that a community based establishment would have been a little more helpful.

We’ve been using Dittman EyeCare for years now. We see Dr. Nock. We are a family of five - all wearing glasses and/or contacts.Dr. Nock and the entire staff has been professional and friendly. They have helped coordinate our vision coverage to the best advantage of my budget.Dr. Nock has taken great care of our eyes and vision. He and the staff (especially Amanda) moved heaven and earth to get us in to see a specialist when my middle daughter was found to have some problems. They continue to watch for progression of her condition.If you are looking for an office that is the complete package - look no further.

We had been to the same eye doctor for years. However, last year i was told that our daughter had divergence insufficiency. That being said, I wanted a place that had better technology then the current eye doctor. She is only 10 so i wanted to make sure that this was something that was not going to be detrimental to her growth. Therefore, we went there knowing that they had higher technology to determine if there was anything further to be concerned about. From the minute we walked in, Nicole was phenomenal. She checked us in and gave us our paperwork. When we went upstairs with another girl, she mentioned that if our daughter was not able to have the drops for dilation she would help our daughter with them. Well when it came time, the other girls called Nicole up to do this. She was phenomenal and explained to our daughter that she is going to do it the way she does for her daughters. She got them in and on the first shot! The eye exam went well and there were no problems. My daughter did not need anything other than an exam so we were blessed in that area - for her at least!

The Cranberry Township Dittman team was excellent as it was our first visit with them since moving to western PA. We entered the exam room within 3 minutes of entering the door. Both my spouse and I were able to be seen at the same time and the front staff expertly explained how my insurance policy works since I we were previously seen my military optometrist while serving in the US Army.

The entire staff there was welcoming and accommodating. The two women at the front desk seemed attentive to not only my needs, but the needs of all patients there. My Technician, Devon, was knowledgeable, caring, and informative with the questions I had. I had a female optometrist taking care of me this time, and she made my experience comfortable while getting my eyes checked.Before buying I got 2 weeks of trial lenses. I purchased a year supply of daily contacts. 7 days from purchase I had my contacts. So overall, I had a great experience.

From the moment I walked into the store with my son, we were welcomed, treated with friendly, knowledgeable staff and generally taken care of. While the receptionist, technician and doctor were all note-worthy, Krystle was the star of our visit. She was patient, kind and readily answered all our questions and went the extra mile in calculating the best value for us. Without a doubt, this place puts its customers best interests first in finding glasses that fit, perform and are affordable.

Dittman Eyecare is absolutely wonderful! I have been a patient of Dittman Eyecare since I was a young child. This year for my annual appointment Krystle took care of me, she was training a young man named Devin. He seemed a little nervous, but was doing an excellent job. Just goes to show how well Krystle was doing as well. The entire team together including Caitlyn who was the receptionist the day I visited are very well trained at what they need to do! Fantastic work everyone, keep up the good work!

I love this office! I am always greeted by smiling, happy faces. And all 3 doctors are fantastic. Each has a different technique but all have the same goal- customer success. I have had wonderful experiences with each of them. My most recent visit was with Dr. Dittman, as usual he addressed my needs and helped me with my vision issues. Amanda and Tasha are wonderful. Called to see about making an appointment - asked if they were accepting new patients and was immediately asked what insurance I had!! Didnt ask about me, or why I needed an appointment ... first on the list is money. Disappointed, but realize most places are like that now. My next call was to an awesome office interested in learning my needs and how they could help!

I had my first eye appointment in a few years here. The entire staff was phenomenal and extremely helpful. Crystal was also the best tech I have worked with. She explained every step of the way and never once talked down to me when explaining the process or what the process was for. Overall it was. A great experience and I will be going back.

All the staff was wonderful. Chi belle and Leah were the techs that helped me and were warm and friendly. Dr Brandtonies was the doctor and she listens like an old friend. She’s worked very hard to help me improve my vision and comfort. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review was due to an unexpected expense.

Dr. D is such a nice guy. He really takes the time to listen to you and provides great feed back. His exams are thorough and done in a relaxed setting. He works to be sure you leave happy and satisfied with your lenses and overall visit. Shannon is a gem. She is always answering my questions with her knowledge and grace, and making me feel comfortable with whatever she is bringing my way. Dar is the WOMAN. She walks with you telling you exactly how she feels about a frames you are trying on. I love that she knows right away and isnt afraid to tell you that the frames do not suit your face or your style. I recently just visited dittmans eye care in butler and they were absolutely amazing. They made my appointment quick and as soon as possible. When I got there Caitlin checked me in and Chloe took me upstairs to do my contacts. While seeing the doctor Chloe was amazing and helped keep my two year old son calm and entertained. She even gave him a lollipop and he loved it. They made it so easy for me being a single mother to go to the doctors without chasing my son. The staff was completely amazing and so friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone for any eye care they need help with.

Really enjoyed my experience here, even if Dr Nook wouldnt lie to my wife that the glasses were purely ornamental. It was my first eye exam that I remember having and I got a lot of information about my eyes. I appreciated Amanda voicing her opinions when I was picking out frames, sometimes people can be reluctant to comment, but you could tell she was giving her honest opinion. The office is so nice inside, it really looks different than what youd expect outside, its a new office in Cranberry Twp and extremely well done. I have always had a good experience at Dittman Eye Care. My receptionist, Barb, was very helpful rearranging my appointment times, my eye technician, was Chloe, was also super helpful, not only doing a great job, but also helping to put me at ease after I left my ATM card in the machine. I have been going to Dittman Eyecare since they opened in Butler. The staff is always very friendly and they work efficiently to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The doctors are wonderful and will answer any questions you have. They are very down to earth and detail oriented. I would highly recommend them.

What a wonderful experience as a new patient! From the check-in with Barb, who had pulled all of my insurance information before my arrival, a thorough pre-test with Noah, fantastic care by Dr. Dittman and his scribe Becca, to checkout with Caitlyn and Michael, I am so glad I made the switch from my former eyecare practice to Dittman Eyecare.

The girls that work in the office are so helpful and kind. I had Dar helping me pick out glasses ... she was so helpful and honest, took so much time with me! The office staff all got along so nicely, helping one another without question..Dr. Dittman these girls are top notch!

So I will start from the appointment, took over a half hour past my appointment to get into theexam room. I ordered regular glasses and prescription sunglasses. Despite being in network with my insurance it was very expensive. Then it took around a month before my regular glasses showed up,, too long,but no sunglasses! I wait some more and call and was told they were being shipped that day or the next. Wait a week nothing. I call again leave a message, two days later they call me back and now my frames are backordered! They can have lenses shipped to them and cut to a different pair of frames, wait again they call and the lenses are there. I set up an appointment for thursday, they call Thursday and cancel, the only one that cuts lenses is off. I set a new appointment for the following monday. They call Friday and cancel that appointment! At this point enough is enough and I cancel the sunglasses. I expect a FULL,,FULL, refund on these overpriced sunglasses and no b.s. about restocking charge or anything like that. Nothing about my dealings here was done in a timely manner or reasonably priced either. I did like dr Dittman once I got to see him.* Response to owner, you neglected to mention you had my insurance information the day I made the appointment and I showed up over half an hour early to take care of anything . Also your staff did tell me they were running behind! You also didnt mentioned the 2 appointments I had for the sunglasses that were canceled or my regular glasses that took a month to get here.

5/9/2019 was my first visit to Dittman Eyecare. I had a new exam and fitted for new glasses. I’ve had glasses for almost 10 years, this office was the first time I had felt completely comfortable. Dr Brandtonies was very informative. Talking me through every aspect. Everyone from the receptionist, Barb, to the Technician, Kara, all the way to my optician, Nicole made me feel at home. Definitely recommend Dittman Eyecare!!

Ive been going to Dittman Eyecare for the last six years. My latest appointment for an annual exam and new contacts was, as usual, a great experience! From the moment I walked in the door, the receptionist, Chloe, welcomed me and assisted with getting me checked in. Nicole was my technician and made sure that I was comfortable during the initial checking of my eyes. Dr. Noch was my eye doctor during my visit today. He was made sure to inquire of any issues that I may be having and patient with my questions. All three of these individuals were very friendly and went out of their way to make my eye appointment a positive and relaxing time. I appreciate the importance that they placed on patient care.Over the last six years, Ive never had a bad experience at an appointment or with the products (contacts and glasses) that I have purchased. Ive had Dr. Dittman and other receptionist and technicians at past appointments and they have all been caring and friendly, even if they werent the staff member that was waiting on me that day. I highly recommend the Dittman Eyecare Butler location.

Extremely friendly staff. They were most helpful and professional as well as affordable. Dr. Nock was very accommodating to my specific eye care needs. But most notably, they were willing and able to immediately see me the same day upon scheduling my appointment.

Wait time is HORRIBLE every time. For example.... appt time is 4:15..... at 4:55.... still no doctor! Time to change optometrists.... taking 5 family members elsewhere

Our first visit to Dittman Eyecare. I switched because our previous eyecare place wanted to charge a crazy amount of money just to sit in a room with my son and explain to him how to put contacts in. I guess it is a require service for new contact lens patients. But Dittman was much cheaper. Checking in with Barb was easy and fast. And she greeted us with a smile. I have worn glasses my entire life so as my insurance has changed I have seen many different eye doctors. This place is by far my favorite. It’s clean, they have a HUGE frame selection, they have weekend and evening hours, amazing technology, and they are so good with my three kids.Caitlyn was able to squeeze me into the schedule to save my a trip while we were in for my son, and Nicole was so down to earth and patient with me and my Autistic son. We’ve seen all the doctors there but Dr. Dittman took his time and talked to us and explained what would help us and what we could pass on to keep us on our budget.

I went to get an exam and eyeglasses on 10/6/2018. They took such good care of me and took the time to explain in words I understood. The technician Krystal was most informative in explaining my eyes and what the numbers meant associated with my prescription. and Danielle the person who makes appointments was very kind and patient while I muddled through to figure out a good date for my follow up appt. Thank You Ladies. and Dr. Dittman is as pleasant as can be. making me comfortable with the exam. I will recommend to everyone in a 100 mile radius to Go See Dr. Dittman got all your eye needs. they are exceptional.

Always a great experience. Just finished up my 11:45 appointment and staff was extremely polite and helpful. Thanks to Caitlyn, Lauren and Dr. Nick for making my appointment quick, easy and enjoyable.

I am HUGELY disappointed with this office and their staff! Paid for my sons glasses to be replaced. Told it would take 2 weeks. 6 weeks and 3 phone calls later Im told oh yeah your out of warranty now. So oh well I guess? My son has to go without glass and has done so for weeks! That is a terrible way to go about business especially when dealing with children! I do not recommend!!UPDATE: 1.2.20 Dr. Dittman was true to his word. I called and he returned my call. After much discussion my son will get the glasses he needs. Dr. Dittman explained the mix up that occurred and much to his credit not many doctors will take the necessary steps to make things right. Thank you Dr. Dittman. I will change my stars as well. I appreciate this.

I had my annual eye appointment this past week. As usual, the staff were very fast to acknowledge I was there and so very friendly. I didnt talk to Barb much, but she was very friendly for the couple of minutes that I dealt with her. From the time Chloe took me upstairs to the end of my appointment, Kara and she had me laughing the entire time. I always have Dr. Nock who is always extremely nice and always gives great suggestions on glasses, vitamins, foods to keep my eyes healthy, etc. Michele did a wonderful job of helping me pick out glasses. She gave me great suggestions on how to narrow down to one pair of glasses...which I will definitely use for future reference. Hands down...the best staff!!!

Had my annual eye exam and ordered new glasses. Everyone in the office that helped me was very efficient, friendly and very patient with me when it came to selecting a pair of frames. Thank you Michelle, Krystle, Dar and Dr. Brandtonies for all of your help.

Great service with very friendly professional staff. Chinelle is great and very helpful. Amanda always has a smile, Barb is very happy and helpful, Nicole is always eager to help, and last but not least Doctor Brandtonies is friendly, funny, personable and professional. I cant wait to go back and see them all! Best place to go for all your eye care needs!

Everyone here is absolutely amazing! We brought our ten month old son and from the moment we walked in we felt so welcomed. The receptionists were wonderful, our nurse was amazing, and Dr. Nock was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and great with our son. I would not choose to go anywhere else.

They always listen to what you have to say. They are very knowledgeable and personal. I feel very comfortable when I am there. They are both professional and fun to be around. I would recommend them to any one and have done so in the past.

They are so slow. You have to wait at least 30 minutes after you appointment time before they even take you upstairs. And then you still have to wait for the doctor. I don’t recommend this office.

The nicest women you could possibly ask for. This is a really wonderful place to take children for an eye exam. The optometrist gave my daughter dino drops for her toy dinosaur with, uh, dry eyes, and the other ladies made my older daughter perfectly comfortable with the big change of getting her first pair of glasses. Everyone there is patient, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommended!

I just returned home my appointment at Dittman Eyecare in Butler, PA. I was warmly greeted by Caitlyn at the reception desk who always, amazingly, knows who I am. My technician today was Chinelle, who was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. Dr.Dittman was as he always is, very professional and competent when dealing with me during my appointment. He takes all the time needed to answer any questions or concerns. My last contact of the day was with Dar. I decided to purchase new glasses and Dar was there to help me. She spent time with me to help me pick the coolest frames and also worked with me to get the exact pair I wanted at the best price imagined. With her knowledge and patience, I was able to take advantage of a special program and purchase two pair for almost the price of one. We had fun during the whole process and I never felt hurried. As usual, when I stop at Dittman Eyecare, I feel like Im the only customer in the place. Awesome experience.

Great place to get a thorough eye exam, getting in and out in a timely manner even with having your eyes dilated. Technician- Krystle and Dr Brandtonies explained every step of the exam. I highly recommend.

I almost never do surveys unless I have a bad experience. BUT I had an excellent experience with your office yesterday. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the front desk to helping me work with new contacts. Dr. Nock was very friendly and professional and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. Every person in that office from beginning to end was super pleasant and helpful.

The service from Caitlyn the receptionist and Kara & Leah the technicians are above any I’ve had at any Dr’s office or store. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome. They explain everything they are doing and everything they want you to be doing so it’s a fast and easy process. Dr. Dittman and Dr. Nock are very professional, friendly and very kind. It’s a delightful experience to get my yearly checkup and get fitted for contacts or glasses.I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

I have always been completely satisfied, for years, to entrust the care of my eyes to Dr. Dittman and his staff. At Dr. Dittman’s office you are not treated as a “number”. You are always given the personal attention you deserve. Dr. Dittman uses state of the art equipment to check the complete health of your eyes, and he, along with his assistants are completely competent, personable, efficient, and organized. Our very first experience with Dittman Eye Care was amazing. My husband called this morning because our 2 year old was complaining about his eye. They got us in the same day, within a few hours. Everyone was so kind, and nice, and super understanding of our 2 year old. No one even batted an eye or cringed while he was throwing a fit, like toddlers do. Everyone helped and did everything they could to make him comfortable and feel relaxed.I would definitely recommend for anyone to visit this office (Butler) the next time they need an eye appointment. We definitely will!

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They gave me advice on the frames that fit my face, repaired my old glasses while I waited, and helped me get the best deal. Very impressed.

I see Dr Knoch there. He is very caring and personable. I am currently being watched for glaucoma. His exams are very comprehensive. Excellent cair manners and talks to the patient to re assure them what the best treatments are for the condition. Girls are very sweet and helpful during the exams as well. I would and have recommended their practice to many.
