Love this location, glad they put one into Butler. Lone can be really long though which is understandable because there are no other Starbucks near by.

Great service, the staff was very nice. Both the inside and outside were beautifully decorated and it was very welcoming. Some of the best bake goods Ive ever had and the food came very quickly.

I order the same coffee every time and this one was pretty bad 👎They ran out of egg whites for the egg bites which is also like the only Gluten-free option available so I was upset I couldnt get anything to eat. Love Starbucks overall but very displeased with this visit and the staff.

Good coffee and service, but this is the third time in the past month that I drive all the way up here just to see that they’re randomly closed for no reason and have papers taped to the doors saying they have limited hours with no explanation. “5-10am are our hours now” that’s not even a full shift for workers..... it’s a shame. I’m not going to keep wasting gas just to see if they’re open. I used to love Starbucks :(

Always offering great service, and they work hard to make the moment right! The people below crying about weird hours forget that retail workers are very much human and are susceptible to illness, as well they forget that we are still in a PANDEMIC! Maybe putting two and two together will help you figure out how that all correlates. :) Anyway, I enjoyed my visit.

Fast and friendly, orders always correct. I wouldve given 5 stars but my complaint with this location is that they keep weird hours. More often than not when I show up they are closed during the hours any other location would be open (late morning, early afternoon). Not sure the reason for this.

Orderd two drinks, a Mocha Frappe with no wipped, and the Cookie Crumble Mocha Frappe. He made both drinks Mocha Frappes. I told him I ordered a Cookie Crumble Mocha Frappe, he mumbles sorry and took the drink back, 3 minutes later I got the same drink but with cookie crumble sprinkled ontop. That barista needs to learn how to make a drink right the first time. I dont even want to know what he would have given me if I asked him to fix it again.

My least favorite Starbucks. They’re barely open. When they are open, it’s hit or miss to use the online mobile app. Sometimes you can use the mobile app, but then can’t go in the store to pick it up and have to wait a half hour in the line for the drive thru. My first experience with the store being closed, I ordered online on my way to work, got to the store but wasn’t allowed in to pick it up and I didn’t have a half hour of time to wait so I called and let them know and they refused to give a refund or anything but they didn’t show on the app that you couldn’t pick it up inside. I absolutely HATE this Starbucks, but unfortunately it’s the only one near Butler. The coffee is great, it’s the hospitality that sucks.

Starbucks is usually great and they always tell you when they are going to be closed prior to the date. I went to get some today and they had signs all over the windows saying they were closed for today. I drove a half an hour out just from my house to get some before work. Kinda sad.

I do not frequent this location often but when I do I am always pleasantly surprised at how friendly staff are and how amazing my drink is every time! My only complaint along with many other reviewers is the odd hours.

Ill have a mocha Carmel latteccino nade with skin milk no whipped cream, please put that in a grande cup but put the same amount of coffee that youd put into a tall, that way theres amount an inch of extra room on top to stir in my own nutmeg without spilling any coffee at all

Taking a break from this Starbucks. Im not sure if it is unorganized, lack of staff, or a mixture of both. The last several times I have ordered and paid online only to go into the store for my pickup, but then having to wait an extended time for my order. Today was no exception. I ordered on the app at 1:16. It said my order would be ready at 1:29. I waited until 1:29 to enter the store...no order ready for me. I waited for 10 minutes inside the store and finally showed my order to an employee and that I had paid through the app. They had no record of my order. I had to waste additional time until I finally got my order. It was 1:46 when I finally walked out of the store. I thought ordering and paying online should be a seamless transaction, and has been at other locations, but with the store in Butler, it has been nothing but a hassle. It will be awhile before I go back.

Starbucks has some the the best hands-down coffee but, the waiting time is pretty bad. The waiting time is bad cause of the popularity this place gets. If your a caramel lover, get the Caramel Ribbon Crunch with extra caramel over- all 4/5

I work at Aspen, so we share a plaza. Im there quite frequently and have zero complaints on a normal day. However, I went in on my day off and the fire alarms happened to be going off. One had mentioned there were 2 people with a key and neither would come in. To be honest, Id have shut the place down and not worked until she did. Very unprofessional that youre trusted with such a responsibility and cant even help when its your duty. On a side note, These girls were PHANOMINAL. They paid no mind and kept working like the busy bees they are!

This is an excellent place of business. The staff here is the Best!! However, the drive thru situation needs work. There has to be a solution to the traffic jam that sometimes is caused. Some drivers are not able to follow the pattern and it causes problems. Love Pumkin Spice time of the year🧡

Just went through the Butler Starbucks drive thru. We had excellent service with Emily & Brady (I think, sorry). We are not normally Starbucks goers but this was a super trip! Thanks for the great afternoon refresh!

These workers are absolutely amazing I have a really bad blood sugar issues and they took the time to talk to me at the window and created something absolutely amazing and delicious just for me and I feel so special because there are very very limited things I can have I hope all of you get a raise you are so amazing

It’s happened twice here that they give you a drink 2/3 full and they tell you it’s just how the drink is made. But every other Starbucks fills the cups to the top or at least close. Here it’s a whole size difference missing from the drink you might as well pay for the next size down, when you ask about it they don’t give much answers they just say it’s how the drink is made

Today I woke up and I was having a terrible start to my morning I decided to go to Starbucks in Butler pa to get a Cinnamon almond milk macchiato because this is one of my favorite drinks at Starbucks. I went through their drive thru to find out they were out of almond milk and I said that okay that a bummer cause you make the drink with 2% milk instead they lady said yes and I got my drink and left. I pulled into work to look at my drink to realize that they wrote me a message on my drink. Instead of putting my name on the drink they wrote sorry Im so complicated. I thought that this comment was really RUDE because I wasnt being complicated they were because they didnt have the ingredients to make the drink! I wont be going back to this Starbucks!

Stop here about every other week to treat myself and coworkers. Love their food and coffee drinks. Teas are my go to in the warmer months. Friendliest employees at any coffee shop here locally. Always connecting on a personal level. Id venture in more if not for the higher cost.

The new drink is so bad leaves a bad taste in my mouth I wish i could give a 0 star but it gets runny in 2 minutes it is too sweet too. I feel like I have a cavity. the tie-dye doesnt stay it turns yellow in 1 minute like FIX YOURSELF.

Coffee was fine, but the last time we were there, they completely forgot our food order and we waited excessively long for something that probably just had to go in a microwave. No apologies, no reason given for not completing our order... Overall experience was very so-so.

Stopped at this Starbucks this evening and was extremely disappointed...took a while for someone to appear out of the kitchen/backroom and all I got was a cup of regular coffee and it was lukewarm at best. I thought maybe it was close to closing time but just checked and they were still open another hour. I have been here many times and am a pretty regular customer of Starbucks and really have never had this problem. Have to say I was extremely disappointed.

One of the worst run star bucks I have ever been to. The people who work there get my orders wrong and every time I go there when I get off work they tell me their out of the type of coffee I want or the machine is down. Literally every time. And I LOVE Starbucks but HATE this one

We were in there for the first time today and it was one of the greatest experiences! The employees went above and beyond helping the very indecisive two of us decide what we wanted to eat and drink. They were patient, helpful, kind, and had great senses of humor. I couldnt be more pleased!!

After two tries they could only produce plain black tea that was the color of ginger ale. They argued that with me that it was how black tea was supposed to look! Their tea concentrate they were using even looked too weak to be tea. It tasted of slightly off water, but nothing else.

I usually dont stop unless there is a good deal. The few times I have eaten here it has been healthy good food. Customer service is good and it always has been clean.

This Starbucks is very good. Very fast with the online ordering. Other Starbucks I tend to have to wait for my order to complete; however, everytime I visit this store, my order is quickly at the ready!

Love the service and coffee. I just dislike their WiFi connection. Sometimes it’s working fine for about 5 minutes, then all of a sudden nothing is loading/ saying error for loading a site and my music is skipping or just stoping all together.I enjoy drinking my coffee with the ability to work and listen to music, not stress about a connection.

For being a brand new Starbucks they are friendly and quick. I have been inside and through the drive through so far and experienced the same service both times. The drinks were made to my expectation, vanilla latte and pike place.

Took a little while for someone to greet me and wait on me. I had planned to sit and read for a little while, but there was music blasting, and it wasnt calm music. The coffe and scone were good though.

Overpriced, super strong, bitter coffee. Breakfast food is just frozen packet type food you can buy at Sams Club or Schwans and pop in the microwave. If you like chewing coffee beans you will love it.

I stood at the counter with two people behind me for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. I was then overcharged for a drink I buy daily at other locations and the barista didnt seem too happy that I kindly corrected her.Probably wont come back.
