I love this store for their bargains. Always seems organized and clean. They do have minimal shoe selection for children. If you are looking for a bargain, make sure you allot enough time to spend here. I never spend less than an hour, nor do I rarely spend less than $100. But the amount I save purchasing here rather than other retail stores is outstanding.

I found a lot of great deals for my 8 year old son here and got a really nice luggage set for a really great price! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the store was clean. They also sell CBD products!

0 stars. I loved this store until today. Why you might ask? Well that’s because I was looking at clothes with my mom and my grandma and I decided to go to the car. Well they checked out and my grandma came out before my mom and said well before you go in your house everything gets open and shaken out. I said why she said they have cockroaches I was like are you serious she said yeah on the Halloween decorations. I’m never shopping here again. That’s nasty.

The store itself was decent but we were there at closing time n walking. Up to the counter n stopped to grab something off the shelf and one of the staff members very rudely and loud said excuse me we closed 4 minutes ago and would like to go home...I want to believe she was the manager at that...was not impressed ignorance gets u nowhere in life

I was very surprised with the prices and the selection of items at this store. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Handicap accessible. Ive been to the store quite a few times and at different times of the day and the bathrooms have always been very clean. The store itself is very bright and clean as well. I am very happy Gabes has moved in.

Horrible management skills. Manager Melissa (Butler, PA) broke my credit card and then threw me out after I told her off. She had no right to destroy my property. She proceeded to kick me out. I will not be returning to this trash store again.

This is a BIG Gabes. Lots of selections on many different things they carry. I havent been to a Gabes for a few years, prices are much higher than they used to be. Still found some great bargains. 😊

I really enjoyed this store. Takes me an hour to get there but it is most definitely worth the trip. Prices are awesome. They have a good selection of clothes for larger women which is hard to find around here. Really wish the store was closer to where I live but I am thankful that its reasonably close.

I love Gabes! The deals I find are always amazing and save me so much money than going shopping anywhere else! I am a thrift store shopping fanatic, but find I love the deals I find at Gabes for which I dont have to wait till half price day and the clothes are new! Lol! Also, the customer service is great, everyone is friendly! I could literally spend all day at Gabes just for the sheer size and selection within the store!

I would give this place a 5 star but they aren’t really enforcing the mask mandates. I understand that this virus is like a flu to most people. However, there are elderly and at risk customers/workers that they need to protect.Lines are super long but it is a new store so there’s a ton of customers and not enough employees yet.They have a very good selection for EVERYONE. Also, their prices are very fair. I got a pair of nice slippers and a pajama set for 23.00.

Ive been going to the Gabes in Monroeville for years. Its a great store! This new one in Butler is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! SOOO much to choose from! Clothes, shoes, purses, housewares, name brands and its very neat and clean. Its a definite MUST on a day out shipping!!!

The workers are super nice but none of the clothes are in the correct spot. It was very frustrating.

Horrible customer service. Went to buy area rugs with my 90 yr old grandma and I had to hunt down someone for help, took over 25mins to try and find someone to help!. When I finally walked all over the store to find someone he had no idea what to do about helping me get a rug off the hanger. He said that they dont even offer tape or nothing for large area rugs basically you have to roll it yourself and hold it yourself and hope an 8x10 rug dont unroll on you while you try and carry them to the front yourself. Like it was crazy!! He was very rude! And expected us to carry 2, 8ft rugs up front not even tapped by ourselves..so I did what I could myself! If it wasnt for my grandma wanting these items I would of left immediately! Took over 30 mins to even check out. Its worse than Walmart! First and last time I will shop there!The app is also a joke. The lady told me we would have 4 coupons and the purchase on the app, we didnt get a physical receipt. Then the app dont even show that we purchased. Even though we used the rewards card on the app like she told us too.. So I reached out to IT. And they told me that my email is not the same as the app. But yet it is and I can log in on, I used it to make the purchase! All around the store is horrible! The customer service is horrible! My family and I will take our business elsewhere!

Took my niece school clothes shopping and found so many cute items for her and the prices were outstanding. Was on a budget and from shopping there we stayed in our budget and then some. We will always shop her for the kids clothes.

Name brand clothing for very cheap prices. But it can be hit or miss sometimes.

I heard they have scrubs so I go see what I can acquire and low and behold the entire scrub section is female only. Not a single unisex scrub. I find this appalling that being a Male nurse. I wasted so much time there looking only to find all female scrubs. I will never enter or give this company my business again.

Have shopped at Gabe for years Washington Pa, Greensburg Pa, Boardman Ohio, Erie Pa, So happy Butler Pa is finally in the loop .Everyone working there is very helpful and kind .Store is clean and organized!

Great prices for great quality items. However if you go with the plan of browsing and taking your time be aware there is a HUGE line but dont let it discourage you they have plenty of great employees ready to help move the line along and checkout doesnt actually take to long.

I went to the new Gabes for the first time with my wife today, and we were pleasantly surprised. The quantity of things they have for sale is T.J. Maxx times 3 - just a massive store. Theres a lot of different sizes and brand selections for clothing and accessories. We will definitely be going back.

No local phone number! Cashier left theft device tag on my bras and I never even dinged going out the door! A second trip out tonight when I have to be to work in the morning made my evening...

The biggest Gabes Ive ever seen. Nice inventory!

If i could give them a zero totally would! Line was outrageously long. They had maybe 3 people cashing people out countless others walking around the store. Had to be somewhere so I could not wait any longer in that horrible line. Asked if I could just stash my cart somewhere and come back and was told no rudely. Ive been to other gabes and they were fine this one blows. Go figure because its in butler.
