David was amazing! I’ve gone to him before at the Verizon in Bon Air Plaza and when I found he moved locations I just had to go where he was. He’s always given me his best. He goes over everything so I know how the phone works and everything I need. Including a charger because the new Apple phones don’t come with one. I always recommend every one I know to go see him. He is always nice and has a smile. I used to hate walking into Verizon stores because the salesman come across as trying to push for sales but and not listen to what you want, causing me to leave empty handed. David makes the experience easy and with my phone I also decided to get the new Apple Watch. Thank you David!

Went to the mall today to get moms new phone and had such a great experience! Jeremy Felder and Dave Brison were both there! They help us get her new phone and made sure to help us with several other things we were asking about! They were very friendly and very helpful! This is the only verizon that we like to go to in the area! Thanks guys for all the help!

Roslyn was very good and helped us out with everything. We went to the Verizon main store by marine point plaza. But currently they are closed due to the Corona virus. So we ended up finding this at the Clearview mall. She introduced us to the new jetpack which is a hotspots that can have up to 15 devices on it. Since we got the jetpack we no longer need the plans with the hotspots on any more. Roslyn switched our plans for two of our phones, Since we no longer have any need for the hotspots on those phones. She also left us know what we are paying every month and About auto pay for billing. If we do that we save $10 on each line. We will return to this store again in the future. We will not go back to the main Verizon store 😒. Thank you Roslyn for your time.

I want to say thanks so much to Dave Brison from Complete Wireless at Clearview Mall in Butler, PA. He took the time to solve my issues with my phone, needed updated, along with helping my wife to fix the issues she was having with her phone.First met Dave at the end of April, when he was working at the only Verizon store open in Butler. He was doing the work for three stores and he was the ONLY employee there, do to the COVID-19, to handle customer inquires, sales questions and activations for three stores! Handled the influx of customers very systematically and diplomatically. Dont know how he did it.Showed us new products and plans available, but, without the pushing that you get and from some salespeople that make you want to leave or change plans.When I am in the market for a new phone or plan, both my wife and I will make sure to go see Dave! Thanks again!

Moved here from Wirelesszone, no setup fee and better service. No tricks and 100% service from order to setup to follow up. For same price Brandy was able to set up my account with a watch and a tablet.

Walking into verizon goes a multiple of different ways but today was a really cool and unique day meeting Jeremy Felder, and Brandy Ramer they did excellent held perfect conversations kept me completely satisfied both of them are some really and cool and interesting people not only did they get the problems solved fast they showed me what I was missing out on in Verizon 12/10 is my rating...!

Great store, plenty of merchandise on stock, knowledgeable staff who are on the ball and ready to help whenever needed. No question went unanswered and no one tried to steer me towards buying some idem of the month that I didnt really need like so many stores do today. Very refreshing. Will definitely be back. Verizon is good to new customers, but doesnt give the same savings to current customers. Most stay because the customer service is above average and the service is the best around. If it want the best service and dont mind paying a bit more, Verizon is a good option.

While I was browsing the mall I came across this Verizon store. A true gentleman named Mike Schmidt was the employee that helped me and he treated me as if I was a king. Bent over backwards to accommodate and answer any question I had. As a former disgruntled customer of straight talk, a current and almost former disgruntled customer of cricket, I was in the hunt for something better. Having been married to a former Verizon employee, I knew all the bs that people sling to make that sale. Well this store has a zero bs factor, and I highly recommend to anyone in search of great service.

Been going to this location for almost a year now. Had a few problems as of late with the newer employees not seeming to be as knowledgeable or helpful as those in the past. Would reccomend either visiting the Bon Aire location just down the street, or the actual corporate store near Wal-mart.

I took my toddler into the mall to see Santa, and noticed the verizon store right there and wanted to see about upgrading my phone. Was greeted at the door by Michael who was very welcoming and friendly with my daughter. She struggled to sit still as most two year olds do and him and his coworker made what could have been a very stressful and frustrating situation, easy and relaxing. They not only upgraded my phone but adjusted my plan to one that better suited my needs. Found me the perfect case and screen protector, and had us on our way happy and satisfied. I will make the 40 minute drive back to this store for the customer interaction and the time they spent explaining the step by step transaction. Thank you Mike and jason!

AUTHORIZED RETAILER: Do not use this location. They were barely willing to accept my return even though I followed their rules and that was after they tried to extort and threaten me for hundreds of DOLLARS. This was after a corporate location already cleared it but sent me back to the store to finish the return. DO NOT USE

I must begin by saying that I had a wonderful experience at this store when I bought my phone from the manager. However, this past Thursday I had a very unsatisfactory experience. When I entered, I was greated by a seemingly disinterested youngman. When I told him that I wanted to disable the adaptive brightness feature on my phone and was having a problem doing so, he told me to call the manufacturer. I explained there was nothing wrong with the phone and again stated that I just needed to disable the adaptive brightness feature. I dont think he was really listening to me. He again told me to call the manufacturer. He could not have been more disinterested. At this point, I turned and walked out. I immediately drove to the Bon Aire Plaza Store, where I always receive excellent service. There a courteous, very friendly young man resolved my issue in less than two minutes. I should have bought my phone there as I had bought others in the past. I will use the Bon Aire store exclusively in the future, even though the Clearview one is more convenient.
