Had an appointment and got put into some queue. I waited 15 minutes and it never said it was ready, so i walked in and the worker and co-worker were just talking and laughing and I asked when my appointment was ready and the worker that was working the thing said, what time and I told him, 15 minutes ago. They put me in another queue. The workers are inexperienced and shouldnt be working there.

The absolutely worst place to try and deal with. They are snake oil salesmen there. Will tell you you get a free speaker for buying a new phone and then you find out they charged you $800 for a $200 speaker. Stay away. Went in again because my phone broke, told me I needed an appointment to purchase a phone... how am I going to call you?

I was looking to upgrade my device and also get a smart watch. I had an appointment for 3 and was taken it around 3:07.. not bad!! Kathy was more than helpful and answered all of my questions I had. She also helped me get the best deal and walked me through my options and steps that were needed to be taken! Thank you so much for all of your help, Kathy!!

They couldnt & wouldnt help me. I wanted to return my iPhone & they wanted to charge me for another iPhone. I am disabled & have difficulties . Too much involved for someone that is 69 years old. You need better service.

If you’re a veteran looking to get your discount applied I’d stay away from this location.. family bought new devices there, they came back to apply the vet discount was lied to and was told to call customer support.. I told them to go back in the second time because I KNOW that location can add the discount and was lied to a second time and then called costumer support for customer support to tell them to go back in to that location.. they went to another location in north hills (same as this butler location) and were able to do it no problem

I have been a Verizon customer for years. Yesterday I went to this store for help on switching one phone to another phone that I had purchased and brought in with me. There were 4 employees that I could see and only 2 customers. A lady came over and asked me what I needed. I explained what I needed and she said it all had to be done over the phone. She gave me a number to call with NEVER asking any other questions. I left and traveled back home only to find the new phone took a different sized sim card. If that employee would have at least asked about the phones she would have realized I needed something different but she didnt want bothered. I then had to drive back to Butler but this time I went to the Verizon store that is independently owned in Bob Aire Plaza. That employee was extremely helpful even though he was the only employee there and had another customer. He helped me with switching the phones. Corporate Verizon needs to teach their employees to actually help the customers instead of being lazy

Although we purchased our Hum car locator here they couldnt fix the problem I had with it. I actually had to call Hum to try and get problem resolved. #2 I called them did the try this try that They were to call me back still waiting.. Guess I will cancel service..Hum Tablets and Phone? We will see.

We did not have a good experience at all. The woman who was waiting on us had no interest in helping us, basically told us to go home and do it ourselves online, didn’t give us any information on the phones, and had a horrible attitude with us the second we walked up to the counter. I have had positive experiences with other employees there in the past so I was extremely disappointed with this experience and we walked away empty handed..

The associate was very professional, however,Do not buy unlocked phones. Took it to Verizon to fix a Sim card issue and now I cant receive text messages at all. No fix except to call Motorola, then why do we go to the stores.

Horrible service. Got better service with AT&T and straight talk. They LIE. When your bill comes and you call to correct it they refuse to uphold the original price and if you try to cancel you get slammed with $150 in fees. Do not sign on with Verizon! RUN! Wost cellular company i have ever delt with.

Got my phone on their website and had it shipped to their store. Guy handed me a bag and shipped me out the door. Gave me a number to call and set it up on while people beside me were having their new phone setup. Had a glass screen protector in my hand to buy and had to ask to purchase it after he threw my new phone at me so quick. Will not be another chance given in the future.

I stopped in to buy my mother a new phone today. Shes had her current phone for the past 7 years. We arrived around 10:18 AM, I believe there were 5-8 customers in front of us.A fine gentleman by the name of Christopher E answered all of our questions quickly and skillfully. He even informed us of a few details regarding other devices in us on our plan that we werent aware of. He made sure to double check and find an otterbox case, screen protector and car charger for this new phone. That way we wont have to make any other stops or wait on shipping times for these items.We wrapped up the transaction and were out the door around 11:40AM. Total time spent in the store was about an hour and a half despite stopping in shortly after the store opened. The length of this visit was due to what I imagine is a holiday rush on a weekend. Despite the large amount of customers Id say the staff did their absolute finest to provide excellent customer service to each individual in the order they came.

Had the worst experience of any transaction ever. The staff was very rude and aggressive. I am thinking of dropping Verizon after 17+ years of being a customer to go someone who knows how to treat customers. Not that they really care if they loos a customer.

Good company. This is a corporate store so they can take care of everything. One thing I have discovered is that you should never buy from a, Verizon franchise. Stick with corporate. If you dont warranties and insurance may not carry over. Corporate stores have what you want or can get it sent to you or ordered in to the store. They have improved customer service and normally your wait is smaller. It one time it was bad

We stopped in to get a new phone; this process proved to be rather simple. While purchasing the phone, the Verizon employee explained that I could get $100 dollars off an Apple Watch, and all I had to do was pay $18 dollars in taxes. When I got home, I pulled up the bill, and there was a $40 dollar “activation charge” on my next bill. The employee never mentioned anything about this $40 activation charge. Additionally, there was only $50 dollars taken off of the watch instead of $100. As a result, my monthly payment is higher than the employee told me I was going to be paying.This is nothing short of a scam. I do not know when it became acceptable to be promised one price only to be charged a completely different one.

This location is disgusting, a very sour environment, and the lack of training is unbelievable. They charge 7$ to tell them when u will pay if u are late and they dont mention the fee...Some would see that as theft. If you have more money than brains & you love teenage attitude, this is the place for you.

Worst experience ever. I should have just upgraded online but my daughter could not wait. Mike was really nice until I told him we were buying our cases on Amazon for a mere fraction of the price. He then said why dont you buy your phones off amazon, I mean really! Making it sound like he was waiving activation fees but in reality this was already a deal, because I had the email stating it from Verizon. All I wanted was to upgrade, I told him from the beginning I was not buying cases there due to the price. 90 price tag for the same thing on Amazon for 1.99 and 2.99 shipping. Now that he is all pissy that I am not biting on this and hum, something for your car which I dont need. He never offer warranty protection for our phones, I had to ask. Then mine was on back order, He preceded to tell me instruction will be in box and if you come here to transfer contacts we will charge you for that. Complete jerk, should not be working in public. I so wish I would have walked out.

I went here yesterday angry after a less than spectacular and extremely frustrating experience with Verizon and Asurion phone customer service. The associate who helped me was extremely polite and helpful even though I was obviously agitated and probably rude. I spent less time in the store than I already had on the phone and he and his manager solved my problem right away. I definitely have to give 5 stars.(My review is of the store, not Verizon itself.)

This Verizon has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I spoke with the store manager on the phone he did not care to help me and was not concerned about my problem at all. He hung up the phone on me. This place is absolutely pathetic. I would advise no one to use their services. I have never been so disgusted with a store ever. I will never be going back to this store again. I would rather use the gas to drive somewhere in cranberry that will actually know what customer service is.

Updated to one star, I told the girl my phone is broken, she goes well call you when its your turn. Um did you not hear my phone is not working at all. She didnt hear a word I said. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. She was rude, unprofessional, and could have gave 2 craps about helping anyone.Update: went to the cranberry and bought a new phone, the one 19 is quick and easy and super professional! Avoid the butler store, cranberry was worth the drive!

My wifes 5S quit, stopped in to see what we could do. Instead of wanting to sell us a new phone, they told us to take it home and see if we could reboot the phone on I tunes. Well, this didnt work so went back in to get a new phone. My honey wanted a IPhone 7Plus and this is where Craig Gillis stepped in, he reviewed my old plan we have had for years, came out with a new plan, new phone with insurance, case and presented it to us. We had an old 3 gig plan, he upped it to 8 gigs, added the new phone insurance plan, and our bill only increased by roughly 9 dollars a month! I sat there dumb-founded! Just blown away by the help and kindness of the staff. A BIG thank you to Craig Gillis for coming thru for us!!!!!

This Verizon store is the worst one I have ever been to! Representatives were nice but poor quality service. We needed a phone to be replace, so the sales representative put in an order for a new phone for us. Waited 2 weeks the phone never came, so we went back to the store and told them about it. They then placed a new order in again and waited 2 more weeks and the phone never came. Went back for a THIRD time and they were going to put in a new order AGAIN, but we wanted to leave with a new phone, which was also a hassle! Then we find out the reason why the PHONE never came is because those sales representative at the store DO NOT know how to do their jobs and follow up on the phone order to make sure it was shipped!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A VERIZON STORE!!!

This store is bad the lines are long and the service is terrible and they are unkowledgae on there products! I signed up for Verizon 10 months ago and got the iPhone 6 on the edge plan and the lady I spoke with told me it is physically impossible to have gotten the iPhone 6 10 months ago they wernt out and then I explained to her this is my only phone I had with them and she basically called me a liar. I have had it with Verizon I would rather go to sprint AT&T and pay more or whatever than to deal with complete ignorance!

Went in to upgrade. We had an employee named Travis. My husband and I were so mad we almost walked out! He trys to upsell upsell upsell. We politely said, No thank you, we would like to buy the phones outright and not pay monthly payment due to us researching the prices and its cheaper for us to just buy them. Travis Well! Y do u think that? Y do u think thats cheaper! (duh cuz it is!) Then he shows us a price to buy phones outright and once again tries to put $89 charge on both phones for a case, protector, and charger.. Once again we say.. No thank you we would not like to get the protection package ($90! U kidding me!). Travis Well are you going to protect ur phone? (Yes) Well how are u going to protect it?? My husband we plan on buying our cases etc threw third party Travis Well! Do u just want to just buy ur phones Third Party since u might find them cheaper there!!! ( in a very rude tone!) If my husbands phone wasnt acting up we wouldve just walked out! It was the rudest encounter I have ever witnessed! Not once were we rude, all we wanted was to buy the phones and buy whatever cases we chose to buy! Not once were we ever rude! This is totally uncalled for. I wish I could give this rating 0 stars. To start off. I had PRE-ORDERED a phone from this store. When I received it. The bottom of my screen had a few cracks in it from rough handling during shipping. So I went in and got the screen replaced, no big deal. About a 10 days later, for no apparent reason my LOCK/POWER OFF button AND my VOLUME DOWN stopped working. Once again, I went to the corporate verizon store in butler to get a new phone seeing as I was still within my 14 Day worry free gaurentee (not only was this stated on my contract, but several customer service representatives told me as well) I was scolded to my face by the GENERAL MANAGER (Nicholas) that he did not ship phones out already cracked and that he will not replace my phone. (Sorry, I wasnt aware that Nicholas himself packaged each and every individual phone and hand delivered them to assure no damage.) Just because I am a 25 year old female, does not mean I deserve to be DISCRIMINATED against, and treated as any less than the next customer to walk into that verizon branch. Nicholas is completely unprofessional within his work, he is rude, incompetent, and HE DISCRIMINATES AGAINST AGE, BUT MOSTLY GENDER.
