I’ve been a customer with T-Mobile for over 10 years, never had a problem until BRAD started working at the butler pa T-Mobile store. I’ve reported him two separate times. I don’t know how he has a job here. He is very negative and not friendly at all.Edited:Brad that is not true, I did speak to T-Mobile. My first name was correct. And all the other info was correct. Besides my last name. I’ve NEVER had a problem with that until today. My mother who’s the main person on our account did try to speak to you. Stop lying for google and to make yourself look good. This is the 3rd time I’ve dealt with you being rude. What’s your excuses for the other two times? Loyal customers should never be treated this way!!!!!

I love t mobile the staff at this location os very rude. All i did was asked questions about a phone i wanted to purchase the woman and a kid there named johnny had a very poor attitude seemed as if they didnt even want to be there and rushed me and my girlfriend through our questions got so bad i said we will just order the phones online and left the store lost 2 sales because of poor attitudes we successfully purchased them today no thanks to the useless staff at this location... Very poor people skills for a job like that they definitely need fired amd to find something mayne other than customer service or working with people at all for that matter

Rela was so fantastic. We were there for maybe 10 mins but she was so helpful and entertaining! I’m actually really sad she didn’t get our sale only because they were out of stock and suggested which store I could go to to get the phone I wanted. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was your top seller in the store, she’s great!

Markus was an incredibly helpful rep! Rest assured if I could do what needed done online I would have, but he was super understanding and got us taken care of very quickly.T-Mobile as a whole is definitely the best customer experience Ive ever had with a carrier. From their pricing to their general mentality and mantra as a company, Ive always found their commitment to consumer rights admirable. No carrier is perfect, but T-Mobile is certainly the closest.

I called the T-Mobile store in Butler today and although they said were unable to fix my screen, the gentleman, Brad, was very helpful. He was very polite and offered solutions and I appreciate the good customer service at this location.I do hope in the future that T-Mobile will implement phone repairs into their stores.

The store has a new manager and theres a new area district manager. The new store manager is tasked with playing clean up to some mistakes which were made in the past and has done a very nice job. He worked very closely with us to honor some stuff which was made over 18 months ago by the original store manager. Very very happy with the customer service. One thing I can say about the store is theyve always worked very closely with us to keep us happy. The new manager is a phenomenal guy

We went in to price shop. After 10 years with AT&T we were fed up with the huge bills. The staff took their time to explain everything, put us on a small business plan and upgraded out phones. Reception at our home wasnt the greatest so they recommended a Cell Spot. OUR BILL WENT FROM 250 TO 115.00 AND WE UPGRADED 2 PHONES TO S8 AND S8 PLUS.PHENOMENAL SERVICE. Be patient with the staff as many are new and meeting but they will get you a great deal and great service.

BOTTOM LINE: Great service with friendly, patient and knowledgeable employees!! Cut my bill in half and I can get weekly freebies!!LONG VERSION: I visited this T-mobile store because I wanted to switch 3 lines from Verizon. The store was staffed with Holly and Nicole at the time of my arrival. Upon entering, Holly greeted me with a friendly hello as if we had known each other for years! I had many many questions prior to switching the phones to T-mobile, ranging from coverage maps for areas in two different states, monthly TOTAL pricing, applications, backup and restore process, referral program, T-mobile Tuesday and demonstration of how to use a flip phone for one of the lines. My priorities was the pricing and for any military member/veteran YOU CAN NOT BEAT T-mobile unlimited everything pricing plan. I have cut my bill in half (plus I got an additional surprise savings for Black Friday), i was able to just swap the SIM card to keep our iPhone and Galaxy note and I GOT NEFLIX free! Holly and Nicole were just superb! I wish Iived in the local area so I can visit with them on T-Mobile Tuesdays! What a GREAT first impression!

They made us feel welcome when we enteted. Disappointed only two workers and we had to wait about 20 minutes even though we had an appointment. But once Christian was free from his customer he immediately helped us and did an AWESOME JOB. Thanks Christian.

Excellent customer service. Went in (apparently after they were only open for about a week) to upgrade 2 phones to the Galaxy S8. They had what we wanted in stock, and made the process as quick and painless as possible. They presented many different options to us (about buying out my old phone as opposed to trading it in), and presented all the costs involved. I liked the transparent and honest approach. The store manager was there and made a point to greet and thank us for our business. Of course, like any brand new business, there are some growing pains, but I am confident that this business is well-equipped to handle whatever is thrown at them to provide the best service. I am glad they are there, and glad to have a good T-Mobile store near my home for when I need it.

I am a really stickler when it comes to customer service just can’t find folks passionate about there job or they just don’t care well that is not the case at this location T-Mobile location at Butler Crossing the on duty manager and the young lady helping my mother and I was so nice and helpful,very professional and just all around pleasure,her name was Holly and I hope T-Mobile realizes how valuable she is to that stores success. I switched from Consumer Cellular to T Mobile last week and the help Brad gave me was remarkable .The only problem I had was keeping the same phone number, because it was my late wifes number, and I wanted to stay with that number.Consumer Cellular would not release it. Brad made calls to them, and they just would not cooperate. .As it turned out I made a call from home and got a very nice lady, and after telling her that they would not cooperate with Brad, and told her why I wanted to keep my old number. She immediately made the number available and with Brads help I once again had that number on my new phone. Thank you Brad for all your help.It would have been so easy for you to tell me to except a new number, but didnt you understood my reason and went after it...thanks again BradJerry
