I had my iPhone Xs max screen replaced due to a minor crack in the top corner, and they definitely used an extremely cheap screen to replace it. The colors are washed out and my battery now drains extremely fast. After being on my phone for an hour my battery will go from 100% to dead, and before my screen was replaced my battery would easily last all day. I should have went to Apple and spent an extra $100 to get the correct screen put on my phone. This place ripped me off and I would not recommend it.

I took my IPhone XS Max to get my cracked screen replaced with a new one, facial recognition didn’t work before. Friendly, helpful, fast repair and the facial recognition works now. Happy customer !, And would recommend them to others.

Took my tablet to get get the screen replaced. They did replace the screen. While doing it THE PERSON REPAIRING THE SCREEN broke the LCD screen. They said they would take care of it and fix it again.... when I took it back in the guy says oh no we didnt break it ... you broke and would not repair what they broke. So Im stuck with a broken screen and they will not take RESPONSIBILITY for what they did. THEY ACT NICE AND THEN BAMMMM... DO NOT HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN..... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ANY WAY. I WOULDNT TAKE ANYTHING HERE TO BE REPAIRED OR FIXED..... THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICED. I DO NOT THINK THEYLL BE IN BUSINESS MUCH LONGER. I know a few other people that have the same issue. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE FOR REPAIR.

-100 stars.went there to get the home button fixed on my iPad he told me 2 hours.after 1-1/2 hours he called me to come pick it up.when I got there it was all taken apart and he told me HE broke the LCD screen and he couldnt fix it till Tuesday and i have to pay $60 more for the LCD screen.i found someone in monroeville CPR REPAIRS.i told him what happened and he said Ill help bring it to me .not only was screen and the LCD display broke but the guy at mobile nation also broke the harness that connects them together so if I was to wait till Tuesday it still wouldnt have been fixed.i asked the guy what the LCD screen costs and he said 60 bucks.i said ok you broke it so give me 60 so I can take it to a guy that will fix it .he pretty much told me to f-off . places like this should not be in business especially in a big mall.shadey dont go there.going to call the better business bureau tomorrow.

Got a case for my Galaxy s6 about a year ago and I absolutely love it. Its held up great, rhinestones still intact! I went back a few days ago because my screen got cracked. They fixed it quickly and for a much more reasonable price than going through my insurance!

I would like to give this store less than one star... Please think before going to have a screen replaced or repaired here. My daughter needed her iPhone screen replaced and we had them do it and she immediately had problems. We took the phone back, the guy checked it, showed us him replacing and checking the phone and it still was glitching. It didn’t glitch before the screen was replaced ever even with the cracked screen. The screen didn’t feel right at all. Before you waste money just go to your cell provider. I wish we would have just went to Sprint. I would never recommend this Mobile Nation.

Went in for an $80 battery change, left with a phone that doesnt have GPS and a junk screen that cracked within a month. No dropping. I left messages three times. Never got a call back. Only needed a replacement screen because they broke mine replacing the battery. Total bs. I feel bad for anybody forced to use their service.

Not sure why others have had a problem here, as I never have. Ive been shopping here for years and everyone is always polite and helpful. They can be pretty busy during the holidays and tax return season, but that is to be expected.

I stopped and asked what the price of a screen for my phone would be they said $150 and they could have it done the next day. 2 weeks later stopped and the price was $180 and it would take 6 days. When I said I would think about it all of the sudden the price change to Well he said the best we could do was $170 if that makes a difference. Well why was I quoted $150 2 weeks ago then $180 but you can now do it for $170. They are scam artists and I would not trust them!!!

I was looking for a pop socket for Christmas and they charged me $10. I went back to buy a charger for my tablet and the guy said $21. Before I could make a decision he popped the security tag off and told me to pay. He got impatient with me and I was rushed. Then I gave him too little and he basically yelled at me. On top of that it only worked at a certain angle and all ready broke. Youre better off getting one at Walmart or even 5 below!

Took my I phone in for a battery and he destroyed the mother board in my phone and said it was not his fault. I would never take a phone there for any repairs. This business should be shut down.
