Ive been a customer for several years & needed a new phone. I went to one location & walked out due the the rude employee but luckily my boyfriend suggested we go to the cricket store in Butler. It was the best discission! Greg at the Butler location was extremely helpful, so nice & answered all my questions even though he was the only one working and there were other customers waiting! I got the phone I wanted, had knowledge how it worked & he had it together and ready to use by the time he was done ringing me up.I wasnt rushed or talked into a product I didnt want like the other store was trying to do & had done in the past! Great phone! Great customer service! Will be a Cricket Butler location customer for life! Thank you so much Greg!!

As far as prepay cell service goes... Id have to say that Cricket is one of the best. I never have problems with dropped calls

I went to check out because friends were telling me its cheaper than at&t. Upon arriving at the store was one employee working that wasnt as pleasurable for being in customer service. I felt like I was dragging answers out from him. In the end it would be cheaper but to start out for 4 phones I would need about 700 to pay for plan, activation fees and cost of phones. Also even though they are part of AT&T if towers are full would be last ones on and first ones off.

Sold me crappy phones. Said they were the greatest. Drop calls all the time. Phone rings twice and hangs up. Cant hear out of the phone. Dont recommend getting the ZTE Grand X 4 at all. I have called this Cricket store in Butler so many times and no one seems to ever pick the phone up.

Been trying for the last 30 minutes to try to get ahold of someone in this stores location even if i would have been put on hold or told to call back ok but your store is open till 7 and it seems as though no one is there or just doesnt want to do there job. First problem Ive had hopefully the last i will have.
