Best Customer Service Ever!!!, Relief from that Zoo that they had in Pullman square. Love the new butler store. Isnt hectic and isnt trying to rush me out either. Ive had nothing but good experiences with all the workers.
Employee was very helpful, helped my mom separate her number from someone.
The CSR was very knowledgeable and helped me with my Sim card issues. Got it fixed and taken care of in about 20 minutes

Had to get new sim to update to t-mobile, since thats now the new boost mobile. And it was easy w/no hassle!!!! Love my ph service, hopefully w/t-mobile my service will become even better!!!! Cant wait to see!!!
