Beau was super helpful when I arrived to switch my older phone over to a newer one. He was able to multitask and still give me personal attention and excellent service. My phone fell in the river I had an iPhone 11 wanted to up grade to the 12 he said theres no difference gave me the 11 again, and then just hand me the iPhone in the box and that was it I was still out a phone for two days... luckily we found my other phone in the river and after 24 hrs it still worked. It wasnt until I came home where I had internet that I could get the phone to work

The on the phone personal was very helpful. In the store personal was also helpful but when I decided I wanted an iPhone 12 they gave me a iPhone 12 Pro. I didn’t realize this till I walked out of the store. When I went back to ask they said they must have grabbed the wrong one. They then said it would be about $45.00 to undo & reprogram the other phone. I declined but just upset that I have to pay the extra money per month that I wasn’t planning on spending.

Well,I was told I would receive my phone on a discount, and ended up paying $30 more,then had to drive back to the store later,40 miles,because my phone wasnt set up properly...even though I paid the $15 set up fee. Not a very good first experience with AT&T. But,the manager talked to me and made everything right,so a good experience in the end.

Went to this location to do an upgrade today,usually I hate doing things like this because they take for ever and not fun .Bailey help me out, she was awesome and quick …lowered my bill took, my phone in as trade, transfers all my data to new phone and feee HBO max, it took her 90 min which is unheard of, definitely recommend her .

Our experience at this company was a complete nightmare my boyfriend and I went in and got 2 new phones iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 both traded our phones in to get these 2 new ones! The employee Chris that “helped” us put my boyfriend’s name in wrong so my boyfriend had to call and get it changed, chris also put that we wanted insurance which we specifically told him we did not, he also did not give us the right plan both plans were different prices and completely not what we asked for, the account got flagged as fraud then it was reported as stollen also mind you we went into the store personally and had our account set up!!! My Boyfriend had to keep calling AT&T to keep getting his phone back on until it was taken off the blacklist, we went and got our phones on a Thursday his phone was off and on until Tuesday and then they tried to charge us 280.00 Effin dollars today, only one week after we got our phones!!

If I had one thing to say is; always come in and talk to these guys with anything they are fantastic and wonderful to work with. I have yet to come in here and not leave completely satisfied.

Managed to mess up the activation, taking down a family members phone. Now I’m on the phone with support which is what I tried to avoid in the first place.I really don’t know why I continue to use this carrier.Update: it took 3 calls and over an hour to resolve the issue they created. To top it off, I still have to pay $30 for an activation that was messed up.

I went to the AT&T store at Butler Commons in Butler, PA. To get a new IPhone. There my wife and I met with Amanda who did a great job answering questions, setting up my phone and transferring my wife’s phone from a former carrier.Amanda was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient.I’m very pleased with this experience. Don’t go to this AT&T store if you can help it. They tried swindling us out of a promotional deal claiming that “they don’t honor online prices” and that “the online prices are wrong” and “this seems off” while reading the fine print. We literally read the fine details of the promotional deal to them and they said it wasn’t correct and “good luck talking with customer service” when we said we would order online if they couldn’t do the deal. We were doing a trade-in and decided to cancel(to get the online promotion), and during this, the other sales reps. were speaking ill about previous customers they have dealt with. We could all hear what they were saying and made us feel uncomfortable. We knew they were going to start speaking about us when we left. They canceled our trade in and we didn’t walk away with a new phone. During the whole transaction, they were complaining about how versed we were on the fine details. End of the day, we got the promotional deal without spending double what it would cost. Come prepared knowing the facts. Awful customer service.

I had a terrible experience at one of the other AT&T’s this morning. Decided to stop at the Butler one and had a wonderful experience! The guy (I don’t know his name) that we worked with was so helpful and explained things to us and was able to get us out of there with the phones we wanted! Great experience to end on, with a terrible experience to start the day.

I would highly recommend Chris to anyone! He was able to help me find a great phone at a great price along with the perfect accessories to go with it. Excellent customer service!

My wife and I stopped in to get our Son’s phone issue resolved. Cornell was awesome! It went very well, and quickly..While there we decided to also upgrade another of our kids phones as well as my wife’s. Cornell handled all of the conversions and upgrades with a positive attitude! As each of the phones were pulled into our account Cornell searched and applied every available discount that he could find!In the end we ended up with 3 new iPhones: 2 - 11’s and 1 - SE.. With all of the changes and trade-in our monthly bill only raised by $10(ish)..I highly recommend the ATT Butler store @ 280 Butler Commons! As well as for exceptional service ask for Cornell!!

Majority of employees where very nice except for some of the male employees. Also whenever we do a call in to make sure items are in stock please don’t lie to us and say you do when you don’t even have anything in stock this has been going on for 3 months now

We were at the butler store today buying my daughter a new phone. Chris waited on us and was very pleasant and answered all our questions. Cam was helping an older customer understand his new phone and it did it pleasantly and he had a lot of patience with him. I was very proud of him. Abby and Justin were in the store also and they were very friendly and eager to help their next customer. All in all it was an amazing experience. Stay safe guys and be super proud of yourselves.

Came back to edit for 5 stars 06/11/2021.Went with my wife to get a new phone last night and Sly and Bailey were working. Sly was a great help and wealth of knowledgeBailey apparently is Pixel fan... So ma I. Had a great conversation and she showed me features that I absolutely underused on my Pixel.Both stayed after close to help us get all my wifes info transfered to her new phone.Everyone was more than kind and understanding.I asked for a phone to be held for me and they did what I asked.I showed up and gave them my Wifes phone # and couldnt understand why I had a pay off on an S8.Might have been because I gave them the wrong #.When I called the store back they laughed with me and held the phone again for me.Kind, helpful, courteous.

As much as I want to be excited to have the new iPhone 12 I can’t. They messed up my transferring details for Apple ID and now I can’t use the phone for anything more than making and receiving calls.

Was at this location to change cellular carrier from Verizon to AT&T. Amanda was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She was able to upgrade me to a new I-phone 11 pro with only paying the taxes on the phone. My coverage plan is cheaper and very happy that I decided to make the change! Would highly recommend this company and definitely this store!

Beau was able to fix my phone in a matter of seconds. My phone quit working and he completely helped me without being rude. A totally kind person and I’m so thankful he did it kindly.

Called into at&t and asked about there firstnet option for first responders. Josh answered the phone and said he was the one that actually does them and to come on in and he would finish explaining it to me. Went in he scheduled a time slot with me and answered every question I had. He is former Leo so it made the process easy cause he could talk in my novis language. Any Leo or first responders thinking about first net besides saving a lot of money Josh is the guy you wanna talk to. Nice guy and makes the process un painful.

I just completed a flawlessly-executed customer experience with the team at the Butler, PA AT&T store! Abbey was super friendly and very helpful with upgrading my new device on my current cellular plan. In addition, her colleague Josh helped answer all of my questions during my store visit yesterday. This entire team seems to be very knowledgeable and know how to treat their current and potential customers who walk in the front door. Ill be recommending them to anyone I know that needs some helpful advice.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. They’ve (Beau) been taking care of my family & business needs for years. Today was one of the best visits. Busy place & still no wait. Maybe a bit bigger would be nice!

Great experience. Everyone is so nice. But as someone thats older, its disappointing seeing them let so many people in the store without masks during this time. Especially when us higher risk people would like to be protected. They are still required in PA for businesses. Upon entry, I overheard someone tell them masks were not required. They still are! Would like to see peoples safety coming first!

I went in to the Butler PA store with an old iPhone 5s that was destined to be hit with a sledgehammer to relieve my frustrations of much time wasted trying to reset/by pass a parental code that was set up by a unknown person. Store Manager Beau Perry was cautiously optimistic that he might be able to help. With his expertise, he succeeded! Note we have been an AT&T customer for many, many years and this old phone was one of theirs. Best service!

I was waited on as soon as walked in the door and Chris helped me add data to my phone. He also told me how to reset my password for my voicemail. He also said that if I still had trouble he was only y phone call away and he would try to help me resolve the matter over the phone. He also helped me save money . Im so glad I switched to AT&T

I went here yesterday to talk to someone about changing our plan after someone used all of our data. I tried to call AT&T the night before and waited on hold for an hour between 2 calls before finally giving up. Christina was so nice and helpful and steered me the right way. I had a bad experience at the store in cranberry and was really glad that I got Christina to help me at this store.

We went in an hour before closing to upgrade 2 lines and add a new line, which I know can be a lot an hour before close. But, Josh was PHENOMENAL! He was super friendly, we laughed and joked a lot, and he got everything set up for us - he even put our screen protectors on our new phones too. We have been AT&T customers for 15 years. The staff at the Butler Commons store are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Many if them know us to see us. We are also happy to see promoting within the store. We have seen Beau start as a tech and move up to store manager.
