Floor Fashions by far exceeded my expectations with our new floor. I am in LOVE with it. From picking the right floor type for our needs, to scheduling and installing no issues and no delays. Everyone that walks into our home loves how it has changed the entire look of our home. It’s warm and beautiful. It was a nice place for flooring. They have a lot of different type of flooring. They did a good job putting my floor. The people were very nice.

Cory and Butch and nice guys but we had a terrible experience with them. They left the doors off the hinges because they wouldnt fit with the new carpet and I had to pay another contractor to come in and trim and remount the doors. I asked specifically for a nice low profile trim between the new flooring and the bathroom tile flooring and they just caulked it and it looks terrible. There are buckled sharp gaps throughout our dining room floor. Ive called up there 6 or 7 times and Cory assures me someone will take care of it and no one ever calls me back. I feel bad for my girlfriend. She put $3000 on her credit card for this. She was trying to help me fix up the house and this is what she got.

Our experience with floor fashions was a good one. It took them 2 days and 3 hours to complete the job. The installers Paul and Paul were very kind,always on time and very professional. They literally worked their butts offmoving all of our furniture with care and placing it back where it belonged.We love our new Shaw carpet!!! Ok job on 1st floor, although they left a mess ..lousy workmanship on stairs .. used calking to fill large gaps.They are creaking loudly!I’m regretting not doing the stairs myself! Offered to come out and fix it, but never called .. never showed. Will not recommend him! A horrible investment!Butch is a hack !
