We were disappointed with Butler Floor and Carpet. They told us they could get the carpet in quickly as we were wanting to sell our home.We decided to go with them and ordered carpet then we found out it would cost $1000 more than originally thought, unfortunately they had already ordered it.They got carpet into store quick but didnt have installers available for A MONTH. When they did show it took 2 days for 1 room which when weve had done prior took only 1 day. On day 2 they only worked 6 hours since they didnt bring materials to do more. Day 3 the salesman came to help the one installer. Day 4 only one installer so it took him 6 hours. I will say the installation looks good. We moved 90 percent of the furniture and although originally had told them we wanted basement stairs done we told them not to do steps. I was surprised that labor for moving furniture in 4 rooms and labor that would have been used on steps was only $250 difference. I will say Harry the installer did a great job. I will never use or recommend as I felt we were misquoted on time and price so they could get our business!

We love our new carpets! My wife and I visited the store and explained what we were looking for in a new carpet. They were very helpful to us in selecting a brand that would work for our needs. The installers were very professional. And, now we have a new carpet that we are really pleased with.

The best installers we ever had. The sales dept. was just as professional and helpful as one could expect. Butler Floor and Carpet had a great selection of carpeting to choose from. I was easy to find a carpet to fit our budget. They answered all our questions and concerns.We had shopped at other carpet stores including the big box stores. Not one of them matched up to Butler floor and carpet.While we where there we took notice of the hard floor coverings. We will be going here to do our next project. Kitchen and bathroom flooring. It makes no sense to us to shop anywhere else for new flooring.My wife and I were extreamly pleased with the Butler floor and carpet experience.

We have creaky expensive wood floors because the installer did not use enough nails. You can feel it move under your feet. Shoddy work. We used Chuck’s Flooring for another part of the house and it is perfect. No freaks and no movement. Weigh your decision carefully when dealing with this place.

The entire staff was knowledgeable and kind. Everybody was lovely, the lady who came to the house to get colors and measurements was really helpful, she helped me figure out what worked and what didnt work. Who knew there was so much stuff to choose from. But it was a big decision so I appreciated her input and expertise.

Im pretty excited about the work Im having done and Im thinking about doing more rooms now. The woman who came over to pick everything out brought a ton of samples and was very helpful with selecting things and coordinating all of the colors. My kitchen will be getting a much needed facelift!

The crew at Butler did a great job at moving my furniture and replacing the trim in my living room and dining room. Everything was kept clean and I didnt have to worry about my furniture being ruined or anything. Very impressive.
