I found the one while shopping and had that bridal moment where I teared up and knew it was it. I really didnt think that would happen for me after I had tried on dresses at other shops. Im so glad I was able to support a small business and I highly recommend Donna and DI Bridal Boutique. She made me feel comfortable and was super knowledgeable about the whole process. My visit to D. I. Bridal Boutique began with a phone call inquiry to ask if they had the color samples for a designer mother of the bride dress I had seen on the internet. Donna, the proprietor, not only had color samples, but had the very dress I was seeking! She graciously invited me to stop in - that very day. I went here in 2016 to get my Prom dress and I found the perfect one. They ladies that helped me were all very friendly and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I went back in December of 2020 to get my wedding dress and it was even better than before. The shop has expanded and there were so many options. Donna helped me find the perfect dress and made it so enjoyable for me and the ones who came with me. I can’t wait to get married in my beautiful new dress. I cannot share enough good things about this business– I don’t even know where to begin. The owner Donna is one of the kindest, warm, and fun people you could ever hope to have during the experience of trying on dresses. I found this business is a moment of desperation, after the original place I intended to shop for my wedding dress canceled my appointment and demonstrated terrible customer service. Needless to say, Donna made up for my unfortunate situation. Without hesitation, this woman opened up her store to me, six of my bridesmaids, my mother, and future mother-in-law ON A SUNDAY, a day her business is typically closed. Like WOW!!! She accommodated all of us, during a pandemic, on a day she is typically closed because she is an outstanding person and business owner. She also had her seamstress in the store with her this day to help assist all of us. These women are a dynamic duo, and they made all of us feel incredible. We were all laughing and crying together and it honestly felt like I was surrounded by family. I swear, no one could regret shopping at this store. Even if you don’t find your dream dress, you will leave this store with a smile on your face– because these women are just that exceptional. The dress selection at this boutique surpassed my expectations for a smaller boutique and the two women working there were very easy to work with. At my bridal appointment, I was worried that I would have to try on small sample sizes, but to my surprise they had dozens of dresses in every size which made it so much easier to find the perfect dress that flattered my figure. They also have a large selection of discontinued dresses if you are looking for a beautiful dress at a great price!

We stopped by D.I. Bridals on Saturday to look for Mother of the Bride dresses. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store. We had not made an appointment, we just thought that we would browse around the store and look for and elegant and modest gown. They immediately helped us and help guide our choices, they were extremely helpful and patient with gown selection and fitting on different gowns. Very educated in their gowns and very attentive to my style desires. Once we finally found the perfect dress, we were checking out and I noticed that the time was 5:15. I apologized for keeping them later than 5, their closing time and she said, No worries, we close at 4:00. I felt so bad. They went above and beyond the call. Professional and courteous staff! I would highly recommend them. They blessed me!

My cousin and I came in for a dress and we both walked out pleased with both of them. Good prices, great sizing (my cousin is a 2 and Im about an 18 and we had an equal amount of choices), and friendly staff. They know what they are talking about and make your shopping experience easy and pleasant. Being a bigger girl, Ive always hated shopping because I never like the way I look or its hard to find sizes for myself and they made my experience just wonderful.

Tux Rented, Paid in Full. Business closed and refused to provide product. Had to borrow from a friend for prom pictures AND still paid for the item. They make you sign a contract and then do not provide the product. We are out the funds AND the tux we paid to rent. You state you returned my money, but you still didnt return a penny. You never returned any calls. Option to get tux in June, he left for the ARMY. We needed it in May. Tensions are high because you took the money in full and refuse ANY refund or phone call to remedy this.

I had been to one bridal store prior to coming to DI bridal. I did not find what I was looking for at the first store, so I made an appointment with DI Bridal because it was close to home. My consultant was Donna, and she was very patient with me while I narrowed down styles of dresses that I liked. She listened to my opinions, and picked dresses out that were similar to what I described. She was not pushy at all, and she sat back and let me decide what I liked or did not like about a dress that I tried on. If I did not like something, she took that into consideration and gave me something else to try. After trying on quite a few dresses, we found the dress! When I picked my dress up, Donna had steamed my dress perfectly. I was very satisfied with my experience with her. She and the other consultants at the store make you feel very welcome while you are there. I have met the store owner as well, and she wants to ensure that every bride (and customer) is satisfied with their purchase. I would purchase from this store again. My sister is getting married next, and I’m sure we will be there again in the future.

The ladies that worked here were very nice and as helpful as they could be. Things happen with wrong sizes showing up upon delivery, or missing pieces. However, that happened a lot with the wedding I was involved with last weekend. Grooms dads pants still didnt fit properly after two fittings, the ring bearers ties were adult ties, not kid-sized ties. Everyone tries to provide some grace and flexibility, but when some of the tuxes dont arrive until Thursday before a Saturday wedding, theres not a lot of room for error. For the amount of money spent, it just makes it frustrating.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at D.I. Bridal. My sister and I both bought our wedding gowns here. Donna was phenomenal. She went out of her way to make sure I had the dress of my dreams. She was kind and patient when I was overwhelmed with dresses, and really took the time to figure out what I was looking for, even when I didn’t know myself. Great dress selection, reasonable prices, and wonderful staff. Alterations are out of house, but they recommend seamstresses that are local. I definitely recommend!

I found my wedding dress at D.I. Bridal. They were great to work with! All the women are so kind and accommodating. I told Donna the look I was going for, and she pulled something off the rack. I tried it on amongst others, but it ended up being the one! There were some issues with the designer sending the wrong size (this was in no way the stores error). They went above and beyond to get everything corrected and make sure I could walk down the aisle in the dress I loved! I would definitely recommend :)

Cindy is the best bridal shop owner I have ever met! I went to several other stores prior to this one and it was the same routine at every one - after describing what you like, your attendant goes to the back to bring out a few dresses to try on. Most of them are not what youre looking for because the price is too high, or the dress is just not what youre looking for. This was NOT my experience at D.I. Bridal! Cindy has an open floor so you can pick out the dresses that YOU want to try on, while still encouraging the spontaneity of trying on something you wouldnt normally think you like. Their prices are VERY reasonable and they have a great selection of different kinds of dresses, including ones youve never seen before. Cindy and her team are so kind and fun and my MOH decided to get her wedding dress from there too! We had a blast at this shop and I highly recommend anyone go there looking for wedding dresses, groomsmen outfits, mother of the bride, bridesmaids, prom, or any formal event! They are the best people in the area!

We have gotten my daughter last two proms at D.I., they have a great selection and great customer service. The ladies are always so caring and offer suggestions.

I ordered my sons prom tuxedo from here, $209.88. We were told it would be in on Wednesday but it didnt come until 3:30 on Thursday. When we picked the tuxedo up at 4:00 on Thursday the white shirt was dirt at the neck, which I had to clean. The vest was pink and we ordered silver. Of course they said I didnt and the pink looked much better. I said I wanted to see the original order form, which they wouldnt show me. I also ordered a handkerchief to match the tie, it didnt come in. There was no time to correct any of the mistakes that had been made because their delivery is between 2:30 and 3:30 the following day. His prom was Friday, the students were told to be at the school at 4:15 on Friday for the grand march. So in my opinion I wouldnt order nothing from this place. Oh, yes I ordered buttons and cuff links, which I paid for, we were shorted on those as well. Folks save yourself a lot of hassle and stress and go somewhere else.

When the bridal shop I’d originally used (closer to home) suddenly declared bankruptcy, leaving me wondering if I’d ever see my dresses, I emailed D.I. Bridal (they carry my vendors and I was asking if they had my styles in store). Within the hour, I received a phone call back from Donna. She didn’t have my styles, but she contacted the store’s vendor representatives on my behalf. Within days, my dresses had been located and were shipping to their store. Donna made sure to update me frequently, as well as update her coworkers about my predicament in case I had a question if she wasn’t working. I am very grateful to the staff at D.I. Bridal for helping my bridesmaids and I get our dresses!

If I could give them a zero I would.To anyone in butler looking to get married NEVER go to D.I. Bridal. Not only are the employees extremely rude but they messed EVERYTHING up but they are not sorry for their mistakes. They ordered one of my bridesmaids dresses wrong but did nothing to help me fix and told me it’s my fault and problem that they screwed up. Next I went to pick up everything of mine after they told me it was all steamed. My veil was in a grocery bag all wrinkled up, my moms belt was missing from her dress and they tried to blame our seamstress. When I asked for the owner to call me everything miraculously has been steamed and ready to fix. I said I would still like to talk to the owner considering she never even called me about my bridesmaid dress the owner then proceeded to tell her employees to tell me she refuses to speak to me! Such poor management and people skills. I will never step foot in that establishment again.My wedding day will still be beautiful and wonderful but no that’s to this business. I have never been so offended in my life!**To add more since I can’t find how to respond to you I’ll add it here. How inappropriate for you to mention any of my girls names or business about my wedding. You messed up my bridesmaid colors because the color you messed up was NEVER supposed to be that color. How shameful of you to run a business that way. And the only reason I had to raise my voice is because Donna is so rude. Not only to me but to my bridesmaids about weight and getting a dress. How dare you claim that it is all me when you never gave me the time of day to call and try and help me. How unprofessional and rude of all your staff!

I brought 3 of my bridesmaids to this store to help me find a wedding dress. Donna was our consultant and was rude and pushy. Every time I did not like a dress, she rolled her eyes and brought back even more of the same styles that I continued to say I did not personally like. The only dress I liked was one that I had found myself. She even yelled at my 3 bridesmaids when they tried to find a dress for me and said This isnt how we do this here! You need to sit down. She would not even let them browse while I was trying a dress on! She smacked her gum in our faces and hardly spoke to us. I feel like another consultant would have been a much better fit for me, but I will not be returning to this store.Sincerely,The bride and 3 bridesmaids.

I got my bridesmaids dresses here and my mothers dress. Good price and color choices. I have no received my dresses yet but they are due to come in June. I can update if Im disappointed but I dont think I will be.

Awful service. It took 4 months for bridesmaid dresses to come in and they blamed it on the Chinese new year. The color selection was not very good either but since all of my bridesmaids were there I had to settle for a color that was not what I wanted. They also did not have any flower girl dresses so my flower girls did not get to try on dresses. The girl didnt even measure my bridesmaids she just told them what size dresses they tried on so they all had to be altered. I would never go back there.

Their sales woman Donna is incredibly pushy. Doesnt listen to half of what you have to say and will continue calling you for almost a year after you stopped in.
