I am giving Lezzer Lumber in Butler 5 stars. Ken was great. I ordered custom windows for an addition to match current windows. Ken worked wonders with me on this order and made sure I double checked everything before submitting to the manufacturer. Well, I was wrong. I ordered the wrong size windows, even though I double checked. Ken was great in responding promptly to my request, called the manufacturer and was able to change to the correct size before production had started. Ken was very responsive during this whole process and even took care of my mistake! Thank You for such great customer service!

Best customer service every. Ordered a kitchen counter top from Kelsey. Happy with the way she managed my order. Will be getting two bathroom counter tops from her in a month or so. Ill post photos when installation is completed. Many thanks.

Very unfortunate that I received the service I did, I dealt with a salesman named Scott, and he wont return your calls or try to accommodate you after lezzer sends garbage wood or beat up drywall, dont trust them, never use them again.Just trying to look out for the next person that wants to use lezzer, do your homework, there is much better product elsewhere and better people too...hell, I hope there is better people out there

They had exactly what I wanted they knew everything about the product they sold and the yard men knew where it was and loaded it for me. I didnt have to get help finding it I didnt have to look for a cart and I didnt have to load it myself and the foam board that I bought was $9 a sheet less than any other store
