Could go either way when you go here. The workers are nice and seem knowledgable, but you should always know what you want before you go in.

I bought a set of Andis hair clippers from here. They were quite expensive ($80), but I didnt mind. Then when I got home, I opened the box and the clippers were covered in hair. I couldnt believe it. Especially with all this Covid-19 stuff going on. So I had to clean them myself and disinfect them before cutting my hair. Other than that, they worked fine. Just couldnt believe the store wouldnt clean them after someone returned them. Kind of disgusting.

It was good would have been better If the gift card Sallys sent me for a warranty on my hair would have worked

Needed 2 items not realizing store closed at 8 and cashier rudely says “I hate to tell you we close at 8” Retail use to want sales, and you politely would say “we are closing is there something I can help you with?” Well hopefully you close permanently...
