I had a recall for the airbags now the lights are on not happy

Scheduled my first oil change after being told it would be free for the first one, when I arrive on the day of oil change I am told they have the wrong make and model for my car booked and that because it was the wrong make and model I now have to pay for it. Just a lot of confusion and misinformation being given.

As a person in sales and service I value all of the above . Since I bought my 2013 Kia Sorento at Kelly in Butler I had it recently serviced . Greg Mccreight in Service Dept went above and beyond to help me and explain what was going on . The professionalism in him and kindness was top quality.
