Truck showed a message that it needed an oil change and we were due to leave on a trip towing a trailer. They were able to schedule the service the next morning. Ease of mind for the trip.

Took 16 Explorer in for 3 safety recalls, broken door lock, inoperative active cooling louvers, and state inspection. Dropped off Monday, they diagnosed louver, and lock issues, called me ask how I wanted to proceed. They ordered parts, called my third party warranty company and they covered the 2 items, finished inspection and recalls, picked up on thursday. Very professional and kept me in the loop.
