I had a few questions about renewing my registration and they were amazing

My wife paid for plus for 2 years and today at 2:30 needed to be towed less then a mile. It is 7pm and she is still stuck in truck on a very hot day with my daughter. This service is a complete joke and they are very unorganized. They are saying that since she purchased in Florida its not valid in Pa?

I called ahead for pricing and was given one price. I went there and ended up getting charged alot more. Quoted 5.00 and charged 59.00. This was notary work. A little honesty upfront would have been nice.

Doing a change of coverage seemed relatively easy. We have mostly good luck with AAA regarding travel, maps etc. Liked the old style triptics a bit better, tho. Needed to use the travel books more. The old ones had descriptive material next to the maps.

They don’t even deserve one star. We placed a call for assistance at 8am. I talked to 8 different people over a period of 10 hours who did nothing but screw us around and kept canceling our service calls. They never did show up and were super ignorant. What a waste of money and they definitely do not follow through with any kind of service they claim to offer. Stay far away!

I am giving them 2 stars; one for having the air conditioner running and the other for one of the girls working there. I observed the 40 something receptionist making faces at the customers behind their backs when they were told to sit and wait, very unprofessional and rude. The other women who worked there were less than polite. There was one lady who was very nice and stepped in and assisted the woman who was originally working on my paperwork.

They have changed so many rules like if your car isnt street legal they will not tow it
