Im giving safelite 2 stars because I had a rear window replaced in my 2013 f150 on April 8, 2021. Truck has been parked since the end of April, get in it July 3rd and the window is shattered again and they wouldnt honor it. So I got stuck making a new claim through insurance, unreal.. So they get 2 stars because they actually did a good job installing, no damages to interior or exterior.

Couldnt be happier with the service I was provided. They were able to come the same day I made my claim and look at the damage. Robert was very quick to get out and help set up an appointment for a replacement and it only took like 10 min. Super happy with the service it was amazing !

Not happy the fix of my windshield I think is not good

My windshield needed replaced and I paid for the early bird special to get it done as soon as possible. Haleigh arrived 5 minutes before the earliest scheduled time and did an absolute amazing job! Her professionalism, precision, shining personality, and overall demeanor were nothing short of outstanding. I initially did not need my inspection sticker as I was going to get a new one immediately after the appointment, but I hit a small snag there and needed my old sticker asap. So I called her and as soon as she was done with the client she was taking care of at the time, she cut it from the broken windshield and brought it back to me. She is an amazing technician with an amazing attitude and willingness to help. Truly outstanding. Thank you, Haliegh! You are a star.

Put new windshield in car, fast service and great service

Installation was smooth. Haleigh was great; however, my rear hatch is now broken. Tried to talk to John about it today. He was dismissive and unwilling to listen. Apparently, in my report, there is a note that this was a pre-existing problem. Haleigh and I had a conversation about how the hatch had stopped working in the past (and been repaired), but was fully functional at the time of service. They are hanging their hat on an untrue report. I cannot recommend a company unwilling to even listen to a customer about a mistake that they made. The car is being evaluated at the dealer now. I will pursue reimbursement for the repairs through legal action if necessary.I will update this review if things change.Update: got through to Safelite corporate. Dealer fixed hatch, corporate says they will reimburse. Will update again upon receipt of reimbursement.Update 2: Safelite reimbursed, it took a while.

Had Safelite replace my auto glass and they damaged my vehicle.When the damage was discovered, both myself and my insurance attempted to just have them fix the damage. In short, the manager/director was unhelpful, rude and unprofessional.Discovered that the tech who worked on my vehicle was in fact fired for poor workmanship and Safelite knew the fired employee worked on my car. Another tech was scheduled to take a look at my car but was called by the manager and his job was threatened if he did meet me and look at the car.

Stone chip in the windshield. Made a repair in just a few minutes.

Great place to get your crack fixed if its not to bad! But you know just like I do. Might just be better to get a whole new windshield that doesnt have all the scratches like you get from a junkyard.

These guys gave some wonderful old fashion business ethics in helping us replace my 88 year old mothers passenger window on her 2006 Mountaineer. Carl was one hour ahead of scheduled. Then explained with care regarding why the window couldnt be fixed that day and on sight. He called his boss Erin who immediately said they could continue to assist us in fixing the problem. They ordered the part and set an appointment within half hour. We took car to their place in Butler. Upon reviewing the project, once the part came in and opening up the door panel, they realized they could work with what they had and did not use or charge us for the part. Erin and Carl both had a wonderful easy going attitude and great sense of humor. Our family was thrilled with how it all worked out with no hassle from the initial contact to the final payment. We hope not to need new glass for any of our cars but if we do or a friend needs a referral we know what our recommendation will be. Thank you guys!!!!

Happy with the work done on my car. I did have a long wait, which is totally understandable, the techs were very nice and really seem to know their stuff. But I have to say Melinda at the front desk is absolutely fantastic and is beyond amazing at her job. This company is very lucky to have such a wondeful employee!!

I have had 2 great experiences here. The second time I was there the tech working on my windshield said he didnt think it could be repaired but he was still willing to try. I appreciated that. And what do you know.... HE REPAIRED IT!! Very grateful he went out of his way to at least try!!

I was able to get same day service for the replacement of my truck back power slide window. Ron did an excellent job all around from bringing the truck into calling 30 minutes before completion so that I could arrive at the exact time the truck was finished. He then went over the warranty and gave me his card should I ever have a problem.

They didnt have a molding needed top foot a new windshield to my car, so I ended up waiting 45 minutes for nothing, BUT they gave me some great discounts and even came to my house to replace it, no charge! Unfortunately it was raining so they picked up my car, took it to the shop, replaced it and brought it back free of charge!Sometimes things go wrong, it all depends on how you make it right! Great job guys!

Needed a full windshield replacement for my 17 GTI. I dealt with the lead tech (Ron) had my car in and out in less than an hour and a half. Went to pick my vehicle up, paid, told me what was covered for the future and with a handshake I was on my way out, with a properly installed new windshield. Thanks again for the great hassle free service!

Im late on this review, but no matter. My son was in Afghanistan and his Mustangs windshield cracked - probably from a hidden stone chip and the summer heat mustve caused it to run from the corner out to the center. His car only had Laid-up insurance (Theft, fire, etc) as it wasnt being driven. For an original Mustang logo windshield, the price was very competitive. The young man who came to the house to fix it did a FANTASTIC job - I asked if he minded if I watched just because I was interested in how theyd do it with one guy. He had no problem with that, and it was interesting to see his skill at removing the damaged on and setting in the new one. PERFECT job by a very professional young man.

This is by far the worst service iv ever had the unexperieneced kid they sent to me removed the windshield from my truck destroyed it refused to put the new one in left my truck got rained on it damaged my interior and they refused to come back out and my truck still has no windshield this place is a joke i recommend going to a legitimate auto glass business
