Very pleased with the purchase and install of a Quadra Fire wood burning insert. First everyone at their show room was great in understanding our wants and needs and spent considerable time going through the various wood burning insert choices they offer. We put a down payment on May 7, 2021 and it was installed on June 4th...pretty quick turn-around. They arrived on time and worked as clean as possible doing the install. Installation took 4 hours from start to finish and were very happy with the work Randy and Dave performed. Would highly recommend their services!

I ordered a hybrid grill from another company on 5/13/2021, the order status at first was labeled back order for several weeks, then posted as being processed. Status remained the same for over a month and a half and after several email and phone communications with the company I was finally informed they could not support my order. Bad customer experience from that company. I was then put in touch with Adam owner of Martin Sales & Services Inc on July 6th and it was determined that they in fact could get the grill that I wanted. Order was placed on July 8th and was delivered to my home and installed on July 24th by Adams team. Two very nice and polite young men who did a tremendous job putting the grill together and ensuring that it functioned as designed. They contacted me prior to arrival to ensure I had everything needed for the install and showed up at the time they said. Yes, there were issues with the grill by the manufacture but they used their skills to troubleshoot and correct before they would leave. I was quite pleased with Martin Sales & Services, Inc and highly recommend them as a partner. After doing a little research I decided to use Martin’s to buy a wood stove and have them install it. My first contact was with Luke at the store. He spent lots of time answering all of my questions so I could get the right product. Unfortunately when the hearth pad arrived at the store it was damaged. Luke expedited a new one and the installation was completed the following week. I was a little concerned because the room had a fresh paint job and a new floor. The crew lead by Randy was very careful and nothing was damaged. The guys were very friendly and professional answering any of my questions along the way. All in all the process went smoothly and I am looking forward to using the new stove.

We could not be happier with the people, product, and workmanship from Martin Sales and Service. It was well worth the drive to get to their vast showroom in Butler, PA. We were able to actually see and feel the exact products that we were going to buy instead of just seeing them online or in a brochure. The Martin people are REAL people who know their business and treated us with respect and patience! All aspects of the scheduling and installation were right on time. The installation techs were extremely skilled and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. They took time to answer all of our questions and did not leave until we understood the operation of the new insert and its remote control completely. I strongly recommend Martins if you are in the market for any of the many products that they sell and service.

Old houses with empty fireplaces makes for uncomfortable living. I just bought a grill and I couldnt be happier. This is the second grill I have bought from Martins, the last one lasted me 14 years. I got a Napoleon P500RSIB natural gas model. This is an incredible grill! I can use gas, charcoal, or even smoke on it. The extras I bought like the cage that goes on the rotisserie is perfect for grilling vegetables> i bought the smoker box, and charcoal tray too. The side sear station is incredible for steaks. I love my Napoleon, and Adam and everyone at Martins took great care of me. Thanks!

We purchased a Napoleon gas grill a month ago and love it! The grill is very well made and grills everything to perfection. We typically purchased a grill at one of the box stores and had to replace it or parts in a year or two. This Napoleon has a 15 year warranty! And if we need service, we just have to call Martins. We should have done this years ago!

This is my second gas fireplace from Martin Sales and Service. The first was purchased and installed over twenty maintenance-free years ago (a Regency fireplace). When it came time to install a fireplace in my new party barn, I knew who to call. There are many fireplace companies online, but a gas fireplace is a big investment and its best to purchase from a company who stands behind their products. I received great technical support from Adam due to some unique installation requirements, and the installation by Randy and Jamie went without a hitch. Highly recommended.

Very nicely displayed units of varying types, Wood burning, Gas, Pellet and Hybrids. Large selection of fire-proofed pads and wall tiles. However; no prices anywhere, like buying a car without any sticker prices. And be prepared for sticker shock as well. Small wood burning unit, with installation estimation, blower and site review inspection,... $6,000 rough estimate. Very surprised by cost,.. no real short term savings on utilities possible. Excellent Staff, but I would recommend shopping around for best deal.

Martins have done two projects for us. One was a fireplace door about 7 years ago. In May they installed a wood insert for a fireplace. In both cases we have been very happy with the work they did. The installers were very respectful and cleaned up afterward. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

I was very disappointed to bring home a ton of pellets, which were the more expensive pellets, only to find inside their plastic cover they were wet. The cardboard on top of the pellets was wet and there was water and moisture throughout the ton of pellets. I opened a few of the bags that were on the top and some of them were mushy. After some conversation back and forth they did agree to take the ton of pellets back. When our truck was in the back and the guys went back to check the pellets, the employee came in and smugly said I dont see any wet pellets. I asked him if he saw the wet cardboard and the bags that I had opened that were in the backseat which were mushy, he said no. So I showed him.Of course I had to transport them to and from. The management never apologized for the fiasco. A very simple Im sorry that you had to bring those back would have been nice.

I recently bought a Harman absolute 63 pellet stove from Martins....the sale and installation were excellent...they went abve and beyond to insure satisfaction on all levels...I Highly recommend them....

We just got a Daniel Boone Green Mountain Grill. It is awesome. We got a great deal, and it is already proving to be worth every penny. Good selection of smoking pellets. We started with applewood. Cant wait to try them all.

I ordered a hearth rug that came in as a completely different color than the catalog showed. I really wanted to buy one from them, we get our wood pellets there and they have maintained my sewing machines for years, so I know their service is excellent.They tried, but eventually ended up refunding my money. They were very courteous and helpful. I will shop there again and I recommend that you shop there, too!

We bought 2 wood inserts. We had some product issues with one of them. To the credit of Martin Sales, they completely backed their work and got everything working. I would give 5 stars if it wasnt for the multiple trips to make everything work.

Its a great place to look into for a variety of different items. I myself have gotten service work done on my wife and my mother- in- laws sewing machines. Ive purchased a vacuum and a rug scrubber with many accessories. Everything was always in stock. Ive also purchased a green egg and everything I needed for it. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer my questions.

We recently had our pellet stove cleaned and repaired by Dave Boyle, a MartinTechnician. Dave was very professional and courteous. Dave diagnosed the problem, fixed and cleaned our stove within an hour. Called for chimney service and liner for my wood burner I could hear someone in the background relaying information to the person I was on the phone with. I was told that only “customers” get services this time of year. I was told since my wood burner wasn’t purchased new from them, I wasn’t getting service until next spring?? Well I thought when I called to purchase items/accessories I was a customer. Not anymore. I’ll drive a further distance to spend my apparently not green enough money at another establishment.I called early September.

I drove from Sharpsville, PA to Butler- approx 1 hr drive to have my Singer fixed- this gentleman is meticulous with the care & repair of my Singer- Reasonable price- Had my machine back in a couple says-I will be a return customer- 5 stars

Not happy with their customer service or how they back the products they sell. I bought a pellet stove from them and paid for installation as well. They sent out a sub contractor who did not install the unit right. They did come out after having issues with a brand new unit. Stove has a broken USB port and they told me that I had to buy a new screen and roll the dice with the manufacturer if they would cover it under the warranty keep in mind this is a BRAND NEW UNIT!!! Not happy with Martin’s and Harmon customer service. Wish I would of shopped around.
