I tried to go to this Sephora on Monday. The woman working was more concerned about doing her makeup than actually working.She was downright rude.

I had a very bad experience at the store in burton I walked into the store a girl was doing some ones make, she did not acknowledge me in any was I looked around and stood by the counter nothing. I am a senior lady. Then a young girl came in she stopped and assisted her went back to doing the make up on her client. I asked is there anyone who can help me she did not even answer me just kept talking to the girl. I walked out came home and ordered the things off amazon. I give this store no stars if they have a negative star that would be to much I was in the store 4-26 in the Am

Not only does the retail staff at this location treat dark-skinned customers differently, their management practices racial discrimination in their hiring process. Ive seen many customers, and myself, say that for this reason, they only shop online. If Sephora defends this stores management, I will eliminate my online shopping as well. And it is so convenient that my city is getting ready for an Ulta opening. Just in time.

There are no women of color in this store and the way women of color are treated when entering is a disgrace. They are very racist and rude. They need a new staff. This is not how a Sephora visit should be.

The staff at this store are always quick to help, and are very nice.

Something is wrong with this Sephora, snooty, rude girls who lack customer service, they too busy chatting away to help customers and god forbid if you ask them for help, especially if your a woman of color, they dont want to touch your face.
