Been here a few times, they are usually pretty busy, but I feel when you get in they treat you well and are pretty up front.

I GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 5 STARS Call them to set up appointment to put brakes on my truck i showed up the day of appointment said they had guys call in sick couldnt fix my truck that day said he would call me the next morning never heard from him so i called him again said he was finishing up a job and he would call me back waited the whole day and still waiting for them to call me two days later so i called sterns m15 garage said they could get me in same day so took my truck there and they where $40.00 cheaper GOOD LUCK PRECISION TUNE ON CENTER RD BURTON YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER

Did the work they promised, but had surprise charges that werent in the quote. Also, had new issues that never happened before it was serviced by them, though they are just minor annoyances.One big problem may be the blowers in my truck arent working now that its getting cold though they worked before being serviced and Precision installed a new fuse box. Ill have to check the fuses to see.*Update*Checked the fuses. The blower fuse was missing even though I paid them, $200 more than they quoted me, to replace all fuses and the fuse box. I cant go back there.

When you find a shop thats honest, tactful, professional and timely, You stick with them! I knew from talking on the phone with the shop manager, I dont remember his name that they were going to do a good job. I took one of my work vehicles to them and received top notch service. They answered any questions I had and made valid recommendations. Im a car guy and know my stuff and so far Ive seen nothing but professionalism from these guys. Ill be taking my other vehicles to them going forward. They also have good prices on tires! Forget Belle tire, Im sticking with these guys!

I have been a customer for over 10 years, after trying dozens of other auto repair shops the previous 10 years, and invariably gotten screwed over by poor, unnecessary, or overpriced service. Have not had any of those problems at Precision Tune.Great service at a fair price, from a locally owned business! I Trust Marty and Matt and the rest of the crew to take care of all my vehicles.

Absolutely the highest priced repair shop in the area

I had my cooling system serviced here and noticed my vehicle running a little hotter than normal when I got it back. After inspecting I noticed the bleeder screw had never been touched. I then burped the system removing air from it (as you should) and now everything seems fine. I called the shop before I did anything and the guy I talked to seemed more concerned with checking components of the system rather than going over the work that had already been done. Not sure if they would have made the simple fix or not....

Staff is absolutely amazing and they make sure the clients are leaving happy.

Find another mechanic.....this place will go out of their way to find things to charge you. I brought my car in for engine problems of which I was charged $500 dollars. Im quite I was over charged based on previous encounters. After getting my car back they told me that my tie rods were shot, my spark plug wires and spark plugs were corroded. All this was false and made up to charge me something not needed. I had personally changed the wires and plugs one year earlier. As far as the tie rods, this too was false! In addition, I needed a blower fan, they were going to charge me $500 of which I replaced myself for $ 113 dollars. Do not take your car to this place they will be rip you off!

Guys were very nice and thorough. After paying $45 for an inspection the quote they gave me seemed very high. My brakes were in bad shape when I brought the vehicle in but when I tried to leave with the vehicle the brakes were locked up and I had to tow it.

When I bought my car in it ran just fine NEVER STALLED ! All I wanted was a diagnosis to see why I wasnt getting as much performance as I should. Told me I needed fuel pump and gave me a quote for 850.00 ! Before I even made it out of the parking lot my car STALLED 3 times and several more times on my way home. First thing I noticed when I opened the hood is they redirected my vacuum lines . I put them back where they were before they touched it and it stopped stalling. But now its misfiring so bad I cant even drive it to another shop ! Very disappointed !
