Store was nice and clean but.... I was the ONLY one in the store the staff didnt approach, say hi/bye or, *anything* to! Which is very disappointing because every other location Ive been to has great customer service. At first they were all busy, and it was a Saturday so I didnt mind, but once the crowd died down... It was just me, my mom and another customer in the store and NOTHING! There were two women behind the counter just grabbing away, while I was probably walking around for a good 15 minutes looking for stuff. There was no excuse for them not to see me because it is a small store. Maybe I wasnt approached because I didnt look like a rich, Burr Ridge teenager spending Daddys money🤷🏽‍♀️, idk, but it really doesnt matter.I was planning on buying nearly $200 worth of product, and I was about to ask for help, but at that point... I was irritated! I dropped my basket, left and gave my $$$ to Ulta.The store being sanitary and clean is the only reason I gave any stars.

Excellent. Staff is very nice n welcoming everytime I go...I ordered few lip colors online which I didnt like so went to burridge location and it was very smooth n pleasant. No question asked they helped me to find new colors and exchanged ...love this location
