Weve been to the Kohler Spa in Burr Ridge twice- both times were for the Massage for two. The employees are terrific. They are friendly, professional and skilled. The massage tables are some of the best Ive every seen- fully electronic and heated. The treatment rooms are very serene. The hot tub is really big and the perfect temperature. Now the bad- When people enter the spa, they immediately enter the relaxation area- which makes the relaxation area not so relaxing. It gets really cold in there in the winter and its loud because people dont keep their voices down because they dont realize they are immediately stepping into the inner sanctum. Also, when you are in the pool area you will strangely notice their are no lounge chairs and no benches. There are two obscure hooks in the back. Most people leave their things on the floor. Its pretty awkward. Same for the lockers - they have one hook so with a wet bathingsuit, your coat, and the clothes you came in with, the lockers just arent accommodating.

Ashley was my esthetician, and she performed a body treatment on me. An excellent rating is an understatement! I highly recommend Ashley and all of her services, you will not be disappointed. I will be going back here regularly!

I wish I could say the service was bad. Problem was there was NO service. And when I did break down to ask Amy a question it was met with such disdain I had to take a few steps back. My question? What is the name and color of the tile in one of the demo bathrooms. One that is featured on the front page of your website. Will NEVER be back!

My wife traveled to your store in Burr Ridge today and were shocked to see a sign stating that the store was closed. Surely, you realize that sophisticated individuals use Google Maps for navigation and it would have been an exceedingly simple task to delete your Burr Ridge store the moment you closed same.The door was open, so we walked inside so as to ask your new location and were both greated by an extremely rude, lower class gentleman with a beard, who said, We are closed in a loud condescending voice. I stated that it would have been nice had the store notified Google maps of the closing, whereupon he snarled, That is not my responsibility.We are planning a complete renovation of two bathrooms plus our kitchen and I can assure you that we will never, ever under any circumstances ever purchase anything from your store and in fact will never so much as purchase a Kohler product from any retail source in the future.We are notifying Kohlers corporate headquarters of this fact as well as all radio stations on which you advertise.In addition, we will be sure to notify our friends who are planning bath and or kitchen renovations in the future to never even think of patronizing your stores or purchasing Kohler products.Dont bother to apologize, it is too late.

My husband and I travelled there (about 40 minutes) to purchase a few items for our bathroom. After entering and browsing around for over 15 minutes we left. We were not greeted or said hello to (actually not even looked up at) for the entire time we were there. No service and will not return.
