This is the best place for mulch, both low price and good service. There is always someone to load those big bags into my car. Worth the drive.

My wife and I were doing a DIY retaining wall project and so we decided to go to patio town to get the materials we needed. Due to a miscommunication we ended up with the wrong materials. The next day we called the manager Mark to let him know what happened and tell him the specifics of our project. He assured my wife on the phone that we would be taken care of and he would see to it himself that our project got done correctly with the right materials for the job. He stopped by our house after hours to check it out and greet us personally. Wow. Just wow. If only all businesses and businessmen in our day were like the Burnsville patio town and Mark. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers and was clearly a genuinely honest good person. After it was all said and done, we got everything we needed and had a wonderful experience. This kind of work ethic and personal care is one of a kind and we will certainly be returning for our future outdoor needs.

Staff is very knowledgeable and kind, especially the young woman named Elise. She is very efficient and wow she knows her stuff! It was really busy and she still took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend her and Patio Town as a whole. I will be coming back!

They had a large selection of outdoor maintenance free furniture. It was busy as heck but everything was pretty much in one area so comfort could be tested.

Stopped to pick out pavers for a project. The 4 associates behind the counter were unfriendly, disinterested and unhelpful.

My daughter and I went to Patio Town on Monday to look at furniture. Every employee we saw stopped and asked if we needed anything. They are very knowledgeable about their inventory!!. We had an awesome experience, ordered a dining set and cant wait to go back in the spring and buy more!!

After shopping the big box home improvement stores and then comparing, I found that Patio Town product was in line or better on pricing and the service is out of this world. Everyone I have come in contact with here including Mark and Mike made my project as enjoyable as possible. The Versa-Lock system of blocks is very easy to work with and far less putzy than the well known keystone type blocks with the lip on the back. Great selection of product for many different projects to create a unique patio, wall or outdoor living space.

Best place to get what you need to complete what your doin.

Nice shop, lots of great displays. The young teenagers running the entire shop floor were useless. Couldn’t answer any questions and instead of going to get the answer they just stand there staring at you. Went across the street and had the best, most knowledgeable service I’ve experienced in a long time. Hire people who actually know your product patio town. That was embarrassing.

One star for the store being clean, aside from that the staff is fairly useless. Not helpful in assisting at all. Had to approach the counter to ask for assistance after nobody greeted me, was then greeted by blank stares from the young lady up front. Couldn’t answer my questions about changing out the landscaping rocks we have or about additional product availability. Unfortunate.

Needed rock for landscaping. They had the color I wanted. Paid for a yard but Im sure they gave us more then that. Good pricing nice people.

I went to Patio Town to get information on building a fire pit at our lake place. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions no matter how trivial they were. In the end they made sure I had enough material to do the job start to finish as our place is 250 miles north. The project came out perfectly. I cannot thank the staff enough for there expertise in helping me to complete this project.

They were really quite helpful. I had a project where I was rebuilding the stonework thats next to my front steps in front of my house and they helped me figure out the details that I did not know. They were very patient with me and now since I finished the project I am really glad they gave me the tips and advice that they did. It looks really beautiful and the tips they gave me really made a cosmetic difference for the better compared to my original plan.

Great product and helpful staff, a must go-to place for landscaping masterpieces

Came in the Burnsville location around 6:30pm Monday 7/29, we were the only customers there, about 4 workers inside the main building with one on a lounge chair. None of them said hi or asked if we needed help, they just carried on their conversation about getting together tonight, as if we werent there. None of them did talk to us so we left and looked at the displays outside.

We ordered all of our backyard pavers from patio town. Customer service while in the store was great. After we paid for what we wanted that changed. Not only did we not get enough material to finish the project based on their estimation but delivery was a hassle. We specifically discussed getting materials delivered on pallets as we live in Minneapolis with an alley. A dump truck showed up and didn’t fit. When I called I was essentially told I didn’t know what I was talking about and that I should put my husband on the phone. The driver corroborated my story but I was never apologized to.Our patio looks great but the experience could have been improved.

Bought awesome rock. You guys need a configure price quote tool like Axonom PowertrakI ended up with a lot more than I needed but found places to use it. Delivery guy did a good job leaving several piles spread out to load from.

It was a horrible experience I stood around for 20 minutes no one asked me if they could help me, 2 guys on the phone talking about what theyre gonna do at their cabin this weekend, So after 25 minutes of not being helped me and another customer walked out the door never go to the savage patio town horrible experience no one there to help you
