We had a phenomenal experience working with Embroidery Central. Arlene was a huge help in getting our items ordered. She was extremely helpful we brought coats to be embroidered by them and they not only had a quick turn around for us but they also were able to think on their feet when we had an issue with the company the supplied the coats, they quickly found us a new vendor that was close by and within 24 hours they resolved it. They were extremely helpful and understanding. Its hard to find good customer service these days but if you need anything embroidered head over to these guys not only will they do a good job on your embroidery but they will be fun and easy to work with. Thank you for all your help Embroidery Central.
I dropped 3 jackets off to have 2 small embroidery pieces done to each jacket. That was on 11/20/18. Today, 12/28/18 (38 days later), the owner calls me to tell me that not only do they not have the equipment to do one of the embroidery requests, but also that they had lost one of the jackets I had dropped off. He stated he realized it before now, however it had slipped his mind to call me and tell me this.He then proceeded to tell me that they had lost one of the digital files I had previously paid for to have created to the proper format. When I asked him how it happens that a file gets lost, he stated that one of the staff usually delete’s the files when they’re done with them; Wait – I paid for the file to be created in the first place and you delete them leaving me only one option - to pay to have it created again?!?When I asked why it’s taken so long to get back to me, he told me “We got really busy with some big orders and yours fell through the cracks”. No apologies, no “I’ll give you a price break since it’s taken so long” – nothing. He called me at 1pm. I asked how long they were open so I could stop by and pick up my items to take them somewhere with competent people and he told me they were closing at 3pm and won’t be back until 1/2/19 and I could come by then and pick up my, now 2, items since they have lost one of them. Apparently only “big orders” are a priority for Embroidery Central.Who runs a small business like this?? I went there specifically because they were a small business and I like supporting non-corporate businesses. I own a small business myself and I WOULD NEVER treat one of my customers like this.
Arlene is great to work with! We have given Embroidery Central several large projects, which were delivered as ordered and ontime.
These guys always get my stuff done fast and the quality is the best I have seen. If you need anything done, I would definitely give them a try!
Rick went the extra mile to have a jacket embroidered while I waited! Awesome work, done fast!
Love, love this place. Arlene makes it very special and shes so creative with ideas to help market your business.
Never have I ever felt so mistreated and uncomfortable by an employee let alone the owner. How someone can keep a business running and treat their customers the way she does blows my mind. With every condescending question she asked she just kept talking to us like we were stupid. We didnt even last two minutes in there before walking out. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Arlene and Embroidery Central have done promotional items and uniforms for the company I work for for years and has always done a top notch job. Shes never been late, competes aggressively with online retailers, and offers the small business attention you just cant get online.
Walked in and out in about a minute because the owner was rude and condescending. We went in just to browse and look at materials to get an idea of what we wanted and when she found out we wouldnt be doing the embroidery there she made it so uncomfortable to be there and asked why we were even there.
I got a spare tire cover for my parents camper, for my moms birthday. They couldnt have been more helpful during the design process.
Staff is great and super easy to work with!
Would never recommend this unprofessional small business to anyone I know!
