I like the fun (think adventure) of shopping here. I enjoy the international culinary tour and have purchased new foods frequently that Ive never tried before. Its Costco so always crowded n busy, expect it to be that way and youll be good.

I relied on this store in 2020 and early 2021 because they had good Covid 19 mitigation policies. However, when we went on 10/27/21 very few customers were masked and staff had masks dangling under theirs noses or chins. There was no effort to distance. It felt like everyone had given up. I cut the shopping short and left.

Usually busy so be prepared, they have great products, great prices, lots of samples to try. Also a great place to shop so much fun.

Most any costco is going to be great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only slight negative thing I can think of is that the bathroom floors are wearing out, and could stand to be redone. Though, this is typical of an older store, so it doesnt constitute a loss of any stars. Keep up the good work!

I had ordered a replacement for my sunglasses on Tuesday and was told is should take about 10 days. Three days later I got an email saying they were ready. Really great 👍 👌 service.

Always Great...Auto department saved me. I had a flat that I noticed when I was getting gas...It was late and they so kindly fixed it. It was under warranty too, which was nice...Great group of guys there...

I love Costco! Pretty busy per usual. The gas lines are Rediculousness. There should be a system. There needs to be more check out lanes open as well as more boxes available to carry your items out to your car and into your home. Overall all of the workers are nice.

Costco has good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Their meat is excellent quality although a bit higher priced than other local supermarkets. Their special sales save you a lot of money. The samples are back giving you a chance to try new items. The pharmacy has the lowest prices in the area.

Recently switched to Costco, from Sams. Selection is much better at Costco. I really like the fresh baked goods.

I think they have great selection. But they need better signs for the isles so that you know where to find things. It is always a hunt to find things here and you literally have to go down every aisle to look for what you want. Other than that pretty good pricing and great cleanliness

Costco might be my favorite business... pro tip... bring large tote bags... I found some that fit perfect in the huge over sized carts... loading the car and unloading at home is easy peezy now.

Bought a 65 LG TV. Better price an better display than Best Buy. We shop at Costco for staples but this is the first time for a major appliance. I recommend coming here first and view tvs side by side.

Always our go to location from Richfield. The store Wasn’t busy when we went during the week. The staff was helpful and the store was clean. Was able to find things easily and find deals. We didn’t have to wait in line very long when we checked out. Even though we went late and the store was closing, we never felt rushed out of there. You can find really whatever you’re looking for from clothing,books kids toys and much more.We bought pizza and a drink before we left and it was very fresh, which is surprising since they were going to close. We weren’t complaining of course. Pay them a little visit and see what deals you can catch.

Purchased 4 all season Michelin tires from Costco Burnsville. The service center guy, Greg, was extremely helpful in helping me choose the correct tires for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was able to get a discount that I could afford! Thank you Costco and Greg!!

I came here with a friend who has a membership just to check it out. While checking out our items, an associate ran over and tried to upsell my friend on their executive membership. She told me this has been happening a lot lately and is very annoying. I should have known this was a sign.I came back a week later on my own to get a membership at the counter in the store. I mentioned the gold star membership for $60 is what I want, and the guy went into a spiel about the executive membership and their credit card. I politely listened and waited for him to finish. Then he gets another associate (maybe manager?) into the conversation. They keep mentioning they’re not commissioned but they keep pushing hard on the executive membership. I say again that I want the Gold Star, so the 2nd associate just walked away.Then another lady came into the conversation and talked about insurance benefits or something for an extra $20. She and the original associate pushed hard on this to go along with the executive membership. I had been at the counter for FIFTEEN MINUTES at this point, and still NO MEMBERSHIP. My politeness was disappearing fast. They finally get the hint and started processing my Gold Star membership.When I was finally done and started to walk away, I heard the 2nd associate say “Great work on that, guys, great teamwork” like I was some kind of challenge to overcome. I was extremely offended, more than I already was. When did Costco start treating NEW customers like this?I’m already considering cancelling this if possible because of this awful experience. If I can’t, I for sure will not be renewing my membership as I do not want Costco to get more money from me.

I love costco. Not covid. Went to food court and it was dirty. Nothing to wipe down the order kiosk. The lady at the pick up window was having a bad or something (her name badge read Heather) she was not changing her gloves thru several transaction, held the cups with her fingers inside the cup. As my order came up I called out to her to changer her gloves. You would of thought I asked her the worst thing you can imagine. I am luckily just visiting here because I wouldnt eat here again. Costco, train your people in health and safety and then watch your team members.

Enjoyed the bigger selection available at this location than what Im used to in the smaller metro area of another state. For going on a Satirday afternoon the store did not feel overly crowded and lines for fuel went surprisingly quickly.

Snowy, Monday afternoon so it was slower, which was nice. Always have what I am looking for and then some which is great for our large family. Good COVID protocols in place, but I do miss when they used to box things for you

I hate that they are constantly moving things around. It definitely has some good prices, but there is no such thing as getting in and out quick.

It seems that Costco is great in both Canada and the US. We visit there every time we are visiting family in MN. Every time we shop there it is clean, well-stocked, with a great selection of products.

I TRIED to get a membership, told the gal I wanted the basic membership, she was doing her job and trying to upsell the membership, I said no thanks just the 60$ one, then a guy cuts in and tries to convince me, I again said no thanks just yhe 60$ one as Im trying to get my moneyto pay, he kept going on the upsell, i AGAIN said no thanks, he KEPT GOING... so I walked out. Back to Sams club I go. Its like the wouldnt let me get the basic period! I asked for what I wanted and they wouldnt let me buy it! I also felt bad for the initial lady that was helping me, she was doing her job just fine, and a guy cut in and took over, she was perfectly capable of doing her job, she was embarrassed, and I was embarrassed for her! Sorry Costco, if someone tells ya multiple times what they want, give the customer what they ask for! 😡

I was looking for potted plants 12 or 13, with geraniums, but they only had that size in hanging planters. The next size was a 16 planter, too large for where I want to use them... :I looked for another nice pillow, which I had purchased there previously-a Stearns & Foster...but it was not to be found.

Love coming to Costco in general. Please open one up other than Burnsville. Horribly busy and packed like sardines. Other than that great buy

Horrible experience. On a business plan. They couldnt figure out for 20+ minutes how to renew. Okay fine. Get in line After shopping find out they dont take America express. Never in my life have a ran in to this. Normally not an issue but bank card got stolen. Person ring up my stuff didnt try to help just said okay bye.

Great prices on meat, good meat, fresh fruits and veggies, and everything in between in bulk! Get two weeks of shopping out of the way in one trip and save some money on things while your at it. Good products on all kinds of other things like clothes, electronics, even furniture. Our family loves this place and they have some wonderfull kirkland brand things as well!

It is an awesome store to shop. Everyone is extremely helpful. They usually have a lot of people shopping when we are there. It seems like no matter the time of day you are there they have a lot of people shopping. I like the store. Wish there was one in Apple Valley. We have Sam club. We have membership at both. There are a few items at each that the other warehouse does not have. I highly recommend CostCo. We recently purchased tires there and they use nitrogen instead of air. To havethem check the tires you pull up to their stall and someone comes right out. Very good service all around.

Quick and efficient staff but needed more cashiers

Parking lot could be easier to get in and out of on the one side but other than that enjoy Costos in general.

I was forced to wear a face diaper. I was followed around and harassed about wearing my face diaper correctly. Meanwhile their own employees were not wearing their muzzles correctly. I felt very discriminated against.

Costco has the best gas prices around the Twin Cities. Yes there is a membership fee but you make that back and more with the savings.

Unlike Sams club this Costco consistently has plenty of cashiers working. Well done management!

Would not recommend this Costco. Walking in with my dad to pick up his new glasses, we were instantly profiled. Keep in mind at least 5 other people were walking in as we were and they DID NOT have their card out. The person at the door waved us over and asked if we were members, we both said yes. Apparently that wasn’t enough, he asked to see our card. I pointed out he didn’t ask anyone else for their card and he just shrugs. This was completely unnecessary, and embarrassing. Won’t be coming here again, did not feel welcome. Hope the door guy feels accomplished.

While I was checking out, the cashier scanned my card and yelled rewards and then a very pushy sales rep came right up next to me and began to repeatedly push for me to upgrade my membership. I politely declined 3 times and he just kept pushing and pushing, he was standing less than 3 feet from me and would not leave me alone. Finally on the 4th no thank you he began to patronize me and said, very condescendingly, I was just trying to save you money! Meanwhile, the cashier rudely prompts me to finish paying when this entire time the sales rep has been trying to add $55 to my total. This whole interaction was embarrassing, frustrating, and high pressure, like a car dealership. I am considering cancelling my membership that I just renewed at the beginning of March.

Costco, in general, is a nice wearhouse store. What I like most about Costco is their Kirkland brand of products. Especially their grilling sausage and lasagna.

Great items, prices and friendly staff. Im just disappointed at how crowded it was, with not controls of numbers at the doors. I also, wish they would all a scan and go option on their app (Sams Club has this.). That would cut down on lines and congestion in the store.

I love me some Costco first time at this one and let me tell you the parking sucks here and it’s very busy or at least when I went it was but stores clean and well stocked.

Costco is definitely my go-to place for groceries and some home improvement items.I love the variety and ever-changing selections.Some of our main go-to groceries include organic eggs, peanut butter, uncooked tortillas, Kirkland brand butter, and organic meat. Some of their produce can be priced a little bit higher than other places, but sometimes its worth it to save me another trip.Ask for their home improvement selection, it rotates quite frequently. They used to sell a great toilet (WaterRidge) but have sensed replaced it with something less appealing. I recently purchased some thin LED lights for the ceiling. Those things are awesome! Ill be sure to update this review as time goes on.

Its a pretty busy costco but we were in and out prettyquick.

Costco one of the best places to shop. Went in around 630 or 7 and there were very few people. No waiting for checkout. Nice friendly staff and found in most major cities so good when traveling.

Regardless of the time of day, this store is always hopping. While it is always busy, the service is always amazing. You never have to wait long in line or wait long while leaving the store. Everyone is always genuinely friendly and helpful.

Really like this store because the quality of the produce here. The only problem I have ever had was when we wanted to buy a TV. The website said that they carried the one we wanted but the availability button didnt work. Called Costco and they said yep, we have it here got there, and they didnt have it there...ugh. otherwise a great place.
