After--no exaggeration--over an hour on hold, I had to fight with staff to get a single prescription refilled for a non-controlled substance. The original prescription had been closed (not by my doctor, and certainly not because I got the medication). They pulled another prescription for the same medication out of my profile (how? from where?) and decided theyd deign to give me my medication by the end of the day. From experience, what that really means is Ill be able to pick it up tomorrow.This is after two failed attempts to get the prescription filled over the automated phone service AND online.I just want the medication my doctor prescribes me.

This Walgreens and their pharmacy are terrible. Prescriptions are never ready when they say their going to be, wait times are terrible, you wait on hold on the phone for 20 min and still no answer, you wait in line 30 min before 8pm then once you get to the window they say their closed. After using this pharmacy for almost 5 years, I’m done with them and plan on changing Walgreens. I do not recommend this Walgreens one bit.

Your average Walgreens experience, store was mostly empty, employees helped me find what I wanted and I checked out, all within 5mins.

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever been to, there is barely any staff and the ones that are there are rude. They always mess up my medication that I have to take weekly and then say it’s my doctor who is messing up when I know it is not because he specifically puts notes in for how long and how much I need and then if I tell them that they say “oh well then it’s insurance” no honey it’s not my insurance, I’ve talked to them about it as well multiple times. I basically have to force them to give me my medication that I need weekly and if I don’t then I have to miss my weekly dose. Crazy how you’re in the medical field but won’t give medications to someone who you see literally every single month for the same thing. Do not recommend and their prices are somewhat high unless you catch them when they are doing deals.

Ive only had good experiences here... I mostly shop for deals and pick up photos at this location but its always quick and kind service here!

Edit --Unfortunately, as Ive been going here for a while some Pharmacists have difficulty with the computer locking up and arent able to fix it. However, Josh always knows just what to do, is really efficient and very helpful. Hopefully, the problems are now resolved.

I thank all workers for their service as I am in the same field but the Cashier was not clear when I asked her a question which led me to just clarify, she was rude when she had to repeat it and even rolled her eyes at me.

The staff are rude and lazy. I had to drive to another pharmacy to get the simple services I needed. I would never recommend anyone to go to that specific Walgreens.... I kinda seems like there is no one in charge

Patty seemed to be the only one working! Every other employee was walking around on their phones, chatting with each other and ignored every single customer in the store!! Would have given 2 stars but Patty kept licking her fingers when touching the bags!!+

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Every single time I try to get a prescription, for me or anyone in my family, there’s always an “issue with insurance.” Um no there’s not!!!!! Nothing has changed with our insurance, you have the most current and up to date card. IT’S AN ISSUE WITH YOUR SYSTEM!!!! The people are nice, but obviously something is terribly wrong with production and communication in the system.

Ive been with Walgreens for YEARS, but recently became a customer of walgreens in burnsville mn. This is the worst Walgreens store Ive ever been to. The staff is rude, theyve no idea what they are doing & very slow. At first I thought well maybe some of the staff was new but same issue for a year now. After reading the rest of the reviews I know the staff is the problem. Fyi.. weve been in Walgreens parking lot waiting on medication since 9:30a its 11:19a right now.

Every time I go into this store they are always rude and then when I ask to speak with the store manager the associates tell me that they don’t have a store manager I will never go back into this store I will go to another Walgreens

Terrible pharmacy customer service. Terrible.On our THIRD trip back for a prescription that was supposed to be filled hours before (were told to come back the previous two times over the course of 3 hours or so - for a simple child’s antibiotic) the lady at the window actually said “well, it’s not like we don’t have anything else to do today.” We’ve had no less than 4 other poor experiences here (only pharmacy related, the rest of the staff has been solid).I’m so disappointed. I really like Walgreens as a company. However it’s time to clean house with the customer facing staff at this pharmacy. We’ll begrudgingly be filling all of our prescriptions at CVS across the parking lot (at Target) going forward.2 stars for the location because if you’re not going to the pharmacy it’s a fine drug store with great holiday clearance, cards, and general selection.

Lost my prescription four times before I finally gave up and switched to CVS.

Great selection when im looking for what i need.. Very hard to find someone who speaks English to help when you ask a question about the location or an item description.

The female pharmacist--not the sweet older lady--is ardently against harm reduction. Quite ironic for someone in the medical field. I wouldnt trust her to fill any prescription given her stance against the oath to do no harm.

Walgreens Photo did a very poor job printing my standard/average photos. There were obvious colored streaks on every photo in my photo order. I suggest sending your photos elsewhere for printing.

Obviously their pharmacy is super slow. But great drug store prices so I dont care. Im never in a hurry so I have no reason to complain. Basically dont go to this pharmacy if you cant wait in line 20 minutes. Sorry that 1st world problem is so inconvenient for you. Haha. Get them shipped to your house.

I held off leaving a review because I thought it might have been a one off or fluke. Im always waiting here for long periods of time. Even when its not busy. This isnt my normal pharmacy but one that I use sometime thats near work. Im probably done now.

I fill my prescription three months at a time here. I cannot fill it early. On the final month of it needing to be filled, they told me they were out of my medication. This wouldnt have been a big deal but I am supposed to take a week-long trip tomorrow. I now have to reschedule my flight, reschedule a meeting, and risk upsetting a client. I wish I could give this place a negative rating because they have f***ed me.

Im am usually shopping off a short list for items from the weekly circular. Most food items I would not buy here because they are so much cheaper at a regular grocery store or SuperTarget, but sometimes their sales are good deals. Offers ShopKick scans and rebates.

Pharmacy is extremely unprofessional! Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes because some idiot from Missouri was having insurance issues! There were 4 cars behind me. Wouldnt tell her to come in or anything! Went in and complained and a black male at the front counter was rude and disrespectful about the situation and told me move on. Do you have a prescription to pick up seriously?! Then he yelled in front of customers at his coworker. She was clearly upset about it as well. Just completely disgusting people here. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Theysaid we will back date Your insurance and get you your money back if you pay cash..... but it’s a lie! They won’t back pay if you purchased your stuff and they make it sound like such a hassle..... I’m a mom of four babes so of course I would like my cash back! Oh and she was swearing in the phone!! Lol I don’t get offended by it but it’s VERY unprofessional lol

I am only giving one star, but wish it could be less. The worst pharmacy location ever! They received my prescription over night and it is now 2:40 in the afternoon and it is still not ready. I called to see if there was a problem and was told there wasnt, it would be done shortly...TWO HOURS AGO! Every time I go to this location, the service is sooooo slow and incompetent.

Frequent line waits at drive-thru around 20 minutes - thats if there are only a couple cars ahead. Excruciatingly slow, understocked, and they swear up and down they put my prescriptions on auto-ship but somehow Im always having to pick-up in person.

I wish i could rate them 0 stars, service is very rude. I was told 20-25 minutes to pick up a prescription, come back half an hour later and i am told 20-25 minutes again. When i push back and say no i want it now because how is 1 of my 2 prescriptions is ready why is it another 20-25 again I am told my options are to skip the medication or wait. Please go anywhere else.
