Read offerings there on time beautiful bouquets and they taste great!

Avoid this location if you can!! I placed a valentines delivery order for over 150$ in merchandise. I didnt get anything I ordered. Just a small sleeve of someone elses strawberries. And even that didnt show up til after I was in bed. I shouldve read the reviews first. Dont give these people your service. Im yet waiting on a refund, or email response.

Friendly and fun staff, they show obvious dedication and care for the customers and the products, i love this store! I just hope the employees are well compensated for all of there great work and dedication.

Updated: the manger did get back to me and very kindly offered a few options in which to rectify the situation. Very kind, thank you. The only reason I gave this store two stars instead of 1 is due to the quickness of their service. I however am extremely disappointed in the fact that they used moldy fruit. I gave this to my sister for her birthday and she kept tasting something weird. After a couple more weird tasting bites she took a better look and found mold. I have been trying to contact the store of your phone and email but they have not returned my email and the phone doesnt have an answering machine. Updated above.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. arrangements were very creative. Great for gifts, for all ages.

Poor service and communication. Twice they tried to deliver after 10pm... I paid for same day delivery and 2 days later it still has not come. All but one phone call attempts went to voicemail. The delivery logistics need vast improvements, we waited at home so we would not miss the delivery and wasted time in doing so. Update: Changed to 2 stars. They contacted me after leaving a voicemail to cancel the order and were able to help me with that and apologized for the trouble.

This is my Go-To place for a gift, for that person you just dont know what to get. Their bouquets are absolutely beautiful, all different types of fruit. Its got a little bit of everything. Anything chocolate dipped is always a good bet!!

Awesome establishment. We have been here several times to get arrangements for birthdays, and anniversaries in the past. Customer service is always up to par and the arrangements are made with care. 5/5!

Needed an order done for a holiday party last minute and they were able to get it together for me same day! Awesome customer service and I would highly recommend these for any occasion.

Just called to place an order and was told, “I don’t mean to be rude but can you place your order online? I’m really busy and falling behind on orders.” Seriously? 😲

Update: please be cautious. The new owner had her friends give 5 star reviews to give the store a better rating once she purchased the business. She is extremely disrespectful to employees as well. Not much better than the previous owner. Id still go out of my way to purchase elsewhere.Be careful of placing orders closer to holidays, especially inside. The past few holidays they’ve said things are on sale when really they’re not. Especially add on items such as balloon bundles. False advertising to get you to buy more when they’re not even giving you a sale price.And Brenda, the owner, isn’t a very kind person.Edible arrangements are great, I’d just go out of my way to find a different store run by someone else.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. When I called the store to ask if they could add some delivery information to my online order, I felt like the associate really cared about my order. Even on Valentines day they were super helpful! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Not sure what type of operation this is, all they are good at is dodging phone calls & emails, well over 24 hours, no delivery, did not even start making until after 26 hrs after original order placed...& today Valentines Day, no delivery...will never use eddible arrangements again @ any location, FTD is way to go... at least it’s delivered the same day...they really do not deserve the 1 star

Sent an arrangement from this location while I’m in another state. My 8 year old granddaughter dug into it immediately when she got home from school. It was small and appropriate for a youngster.

DO NOT go to this location! Highly disappointed after placing an order for Valentine’s Day just to not have it delivered or even made at all! After driving to the store location to check on the order, all I got was empty apologies and a refund. Severely disappointing. Sticking with flowers next year.

I made a purchase from this location. They attempted to deliver it however the driver was missed by 15 minutes. I called the store asking what other options I had, they said they could redeliver it same day, just make sure to be home. After waiting around for 3 hours, they called back and said they wont be able to deliver that day so I ask again what my other options are. The women was not helpful at all, She would not provide me with other options. After calling the store back 3 times, a manager finally returns my call and says his employee is giving him a different story, so he basically believes what she is saying. Very rude and unprofessional! I asked for my money back at this point and would not recommend this location. There are plenty of other locations near by that have provided very good customer service.

Kelly at Edible Arrangements in Burnsville was every so kind and accommodating. If I needed an employee I would hire her! Great customer service!

Unbelievable customer service at the Edible Arrangements in Burnsville. Went there on 8-18-2012 only to find that it was closed, but the dude came to the door and let us in! He had everything all cleaned up but still served us a smoothie! Where can you find this kind of customer service anymore! I tell you, you can find this kind of customer service right at the Burnsville Edible Arrangements! Go get yourself a smoothie, or a arranged fruit bouquet, the taste is awesome!! And with great tasting fruit and that kind of customer service, you cant go wrong...headed back there tomorrow!!! Thank you!!!!!

Horrible experience! I live in Phx AZ and sent my mother an edible arrangement and unfortunately selected this store in Burnsville, Mn instead of the Edina store . Big mistake! Arrangement was delivered on requested date . However the arrangement looks like a toddler put it together. I wish I could show the picture on this review - email me if you’d like to see the horror that I paid $123 for . I called the store to rectify the situation on 12/26 I spoke with Emily - who was extremely friendly and listened attentively to my concerns- I emailed a pic of the arrangement and she commented twice on how my arrangement was one of the best she’s seen! I was blown away and her only recourse was to remake the arrangement. Now why 1. Would I need a Xmas arrangement a day after Xmas 2. You just commented that I got the best you produced, so please send me another hot mess ! NOT! . As I figured w this franshise I wasn’t going to get anywhere. I then contacted corporate and they asked for the pic of the mess.. I knew the rep really couldn’t comment .. as she opened the email her comment was 😮 wow! N I said would you send this to your mother for $123? Her response definitely no. I am awaiting a call back or I will doing a chargeback — horrible customer service at this store .. definitely do not appreciate your business . Go elsewhere.

Walked in to your store looking to get something for my girlfriend but there was no-one in the store. I waited around for a few minutes and walked out. I guess your store doesnt like taking money. Ill stick with the online companies. What a joke of a place.

They offer unique and fun alternatives to the run of the mill flowers and candies. Friendly staff. Ive been here before and be back again.
