This is one of those mall stores that I hope never goes out of business. You cant buy soaps and candles online; its just not the same experience. I went there this weekend and they had a ton of products. It was their semi annual sale. The store was not crowded and there were plenty of items to choose from. As always, the sales associates were friendly and helpful.

Colorful store, new ideas, but sometimes the smells are overwhelming.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.. With the pandemic the closest store to me doesnt carry as much stock as they used to, so that was the only reason for 1 less star.

I stopped in on candle day and everyone working was so helpful & kind! I know it’s a super busy day/weekend for those employees but they were all so awesome! This store is the only reason I go to Burnsville center anymore.

I went during black Friday. I only gave it 4 stars because while waiting in line it was so hot that people were trying to find things to fan themselves and some lady was calling her husband to come stand in line for her so she wouldnt pass out. There was a pregnant woman in front of me seating. They had fans behind the counter on the floor. They should have put them up to push the hot air out. It is like this every year there so they should know better by now.

Busy as all get out on Black Friday of course. But the store was organized, staff was helpful, and though the line was long (how could it not be with the deal they had going on:), people kept their cool and we got through it. Thanks folks!

Walked in and was greeted instantly by Dominique! Sje was super helpful in finding something for my boyfriend from the mens section. She also pointed me toward some deals that are going on so I could save some money! Awesome service and will be coming back to this one!

Nice store. A bit pricey but they have great products.

It was very busy with a sale. The biggest problem was it was boiling hot in the store, long lines that were not moving. Maybe they could not ask everyone to put in their email etc, when it is so busy. They should move the registers to a side, not the back of the store, where people are trying to shop around customers trying to check out. I set my purchases down and left. Big bummer.

My best friend and I walked into Bath and Body Works and we were greeted by Kim. She was extremely pleasant and very helpful in suggesting coupons and discounts we could use. Everyone we spoke to in the store was wonderful, but Kim really made the experience enjoyable!

Staff was quick to answer our questions and we were in and out in no time.

Service was very good. I was looking for particular fragrance and wasnt able to find it. The sales person found what I was looking for.

They have the best scents and products ever!!! :) The people who work there are amazing as well!!! :) Extremely Amazing and Awesome place!!!My 8 year old daughter, 13 year old son and I all ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING at Bath & Body Works!!! :) There are scents for men, women, girls and boys!!! :)I go there quite often and it is always very clean and taken care of!!! ;) There sales are quite amazing and the email coupons and coupons on retailmenot are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!... I get lots of free products from them!!!Can you tell Im totally in love with Bath and Bodyworks? They have won many awards for different scents I am told!!! :) and have essential oils, etcetera in their products!!! :) I just bought the MOST AWESOMEST Rose Candles today (buy one get one free!!!)... that TOTALLY smells like roses... smells too good to be real... but it is real!!!... And some other goodies like shapeable soap that my daughter will ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! (normally its $16.50... but, only $3.57 today!!! with coupons... how could I go wrong!!!
