Not a full service experience. Also I called beforehand and asked in store if as a plus size woman I would be able to fit into the dresses to try on. I was told of course and then proceeded to be shoved me into dresses that were so small I couldnt even really see what they would look like on me. They also hurt, and dug into my skin. Our sales person was nice enough, but not really that helpful. She didnt talk us through each dress, or help pick things out.

I could not have had a better experience at Bridal accents Couture. I worked with Michelle to find my perfect wedding dress. They have such a wide selection in a variety of price ranges. Michelle was attentive and made me feel comfortable the whole time.

Bridal Accents Couture is amazing! Its very clean, stylish, and has lots of stock. Leigh Ann was absolutely fantastic! Shes very knowledgeable and helpful and I found my dream dress with her help! I called later that day to purchase my dress and the lady who answered was also very nice and helpful. I ordered extra material and lace to make sleeves. They called back to let me know that its not lace that Im getting but actual lace appliques. They talked to the designer and wanted to let me know which was very very nice of them. A lot of other places would have just gone about ordering it anyways without informing me. Im SO pleased to have gone here! They definitely set the bar high! I even got a cute card in the mail hand written by Leigh Ann congratulating me on my dress and wedding!

Bridal accents is wonderful in so many ways. It was my first and last stop of 7 bridal shops and it was by far the best. The shop itself is absolutely stunning. It has great lighting and large mirrors for the best viewing. They have tons of gorgeous wedding dresses, I had so many favorites! I had the pleasure of working with Carole and Michelle and they were both so kind and helpful. I did not feel any pressure to decide that day, they were truly helping me find my dress. They made my experience of wedding dress shopping so fun, grand, and special. I highly recommend Bridal accents to all brides, grooms, and bridal party!

I had such a fabulous and positive experience! Their dresses range from affordable to high end. The quality of the gowns were fabulous. Michelle was super accommodating and patient with me. She let me take my time trying on and selecting a dress. My wedding is on the fast track, which made me very nervous about finding a dress. But this store carries a selection of dresses by designers who have them readily available in stock. Each dress I tried on was better than the first store I went to. The lace was pretty and didnt feel like a doily. Then I landed on the dress. I cant say enough good things about the store! Brittany was a terrific help and didnt panic over my timeline. The dress selection was wonderful and full of good quality, unique dresses. The store had a lovely design and atmosphere. We went shopping there for my sister’s wedding dress and had THE best experience with Lauren. Bridal Accents Couture was our last stop after a long day of not finding anything. My sister was feeling a little discouraged, until we met Lauren. She MADE the experience! My sister was treated like an absolute princess and Lauren made sure that she was having fun and that she felt a bride the entire time! She answered all of our questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she was quick to find them. The selection of dresses was also super impressive and they were all beautiful! I had an amazing experience at Bridal Accents Couture. From the moment I walked in, Michelle took the best care of me. I had a wonderful experience picking out my dress at Bridal Accents Couture! The showroom is beautiful and has a variety of dresses. I did not have a budget in mind when I went dress shopping. I just looked at what I liked and found the perfect dress!.Everyone was wonderful to work with. My dress arrived when I was told it would and I only need minimal alterations. I was able to get my shoes, jewelry, handbag and veil from here. I also rented the tuxedos. I highly recommend brides to shop here!

I had a blast here during my bridal gown try on! unlimited mimosas and the ladies were great! I found my dream dress and the dress came in on time and it fit perfectly!! barely had to do any alterations! The only downside I would say is the groomsmen suits here. They dont have any suits in stock, they have to order them specifically for what you want and the groom only gets to try on one style otherwise you have to pay. Also, the shoe sizes run very small for the suit rentals!!

If i tried on a dress outside my price point it was my decision).I had a destination wedding in Italy, so that meant I needed to have my final dress press after traveling. She helped me try on SO many dresses over several sessions and when I started leaning towards a different style she went and picked out a dress that was so close to what I wanted that we ordered in the sister dress to that one which was THE DRESS! I don’t know if it was because we are Latina, because of my size, because what they thought I could afford or all the above, but from the minute I walked in with my mother we were treated very coldly and offered very little assistance (I did have an appointment by the way).I had the absolute worst experience here.I was excited to try on dresses for the first time but within 5minutes I was ready to cry and we left.We were told to just grab dresses off the rack and not asked about my preferences in style ( ONLY PRICE) then I was supposed to just try them on. Except I’ve never tried on dresses before so I didn’t know how exactly I was supposed to do that, but I figured no big deal right, it’s just a dress. I undress and I quickly realize the dresses are all super tiny. I can’t even put the dress over my head. I ask the lady if they have larger sizes and I’m told the largest sizes are 8-10 (remind you that’s like a size 6 and smaller in street clothes). She wasn’t even nice about it and didn’t give me any suggestions about what to do from there. She just walked away. I look at my mom and ask her, how am I supposed to know what the dress looks like on me, I’m feeling super self conscious so I get dressed quickly and the lady comes back and merely suggests I look at their accessories....This was the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping in my life.

This was the best Bridal experience. This is the only location that actually made me feel like a bride and offered the whole experience. The plush carpets, displayed dresses, and viewing area all made you feel special and really experience the wedding dress shopping experience.I didnt end up finding my dress here but I would still recommend this location.

I was very underwhelmed by my experience here. My bride and I had a very Pretty Woman encounter with the women working at this couture bridal shop. I think their perception of us influenced how we were treated. They stood and stared at us as I tried on a dress. Offered little help, no other options. No couture atmosphere. Needless to say we went to another shop after and were met with very an extremely friendly and accommodating sales staff. Willing to get us several options, try out other dresses to make us comfortable and even order in other dresses/sizes so to try. Happy to say we will be taking all of our business to this other shop that didnt judge us.

My experience at Bridal Accents Couture was above and beyond! Michelle was amazing! I was looking for a very specific dress, I knew exactly what I wanted and 4 bridal salons I visited prior to this salon did not have what I was looking for. When I came to Bridal Accents Couture for my appointment and described what I was looking for, Michelle right away pulled out THE dress I described. I looked at some other options but that was definitely the one! Dress was very expensive in comprising to other shops I have looked at (but so worth it!), so just to be sure that dress was the one I wanted, I decided to check out one more salon over the weekend. On a Saturday went to another bridal salon and it was a disappointment yet again. So then I knew that Bridal Accents Couture had my dress! However, I was not able to make it back there before they closed. Michelle was kind enough to stay hours late, keep the shop open so I could come in and get my dream dress! She was so helpful, never rushed me, was very helpful with all the adjustments I wanted to make to the dress to make it one of a kind. I loved everything about my experience there. Atmosphere is great, salon is beautiful, dresses are gorgeous. At the end Michelle gave me a little bag that included my receipts with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate the purchase! Very cute touch! I received so many complements on my wedding day, that dress was perfect! Thank you Michelle for being so helpful and this amazing experience! So many gorgeous dresses to choose from! Their selection is wonderful! Plus, their team is so friendly & welcoming! As a wedding photographer, a number of my brides have found the dress here and they all had nothing but wonderful things to say! Ive also done styled shoots with Bridal Accents Couture and they always seem to have the most perfect dress to go with the styled shoots theme!

I had the absolute worst experience here. It was honestly pretty laughable. The consultant who helped me couldnt have seemed to care less about her job or myself. Upon arriving at my appointment I was told that their gowns actually start at $2000 and not $1200 like their website states. Um why do you even have that listed then? The experience continued to go downhill from there. She took me to one tiny section and told me to look there.That was all the guidance I received. She didnt help me find ANY dresses at all. Needless to say the selection was terrible. While I was looking at dresses the consultant was on her phone. I picked a few gowns to try on. She took me to the room and told me that their policy is to have brides try on dresses by themselves. She pointed to a box of clips and said I can help myself. LOL! Is this the full service experience that is stated on the shops website? There wasnt even one second during my appointment where I received an experience of having friendly, attentive consultants work personally with each bride to find the perfect dress. I simply decided to talk out at that moment. I should also mention that I heard an older sales woman talk negatively about two other guests who simply wanted to look. She also implied that they couldnt shop there or afford the prices so she redirected them elsewhere. Ive been to several shops in the Twin Cities and this shop is hands down the absolute worst. The staff dont even care to help, will immediately judge customers, and falsely advertise. I dont understand how this store can be an award winning full-service wedding boutique. The only awards they must be winning is Best Referral To Other Bridal Shops because thats what theyre doing with their terrible service. I WILL be telling everyone in my circles about how terrible this shop is. Bye!

I wish I could give this store a 10 out of 5 stars and that is not something I do often. I am very picky and very in tune to customer service and this shop exceeded all of my expectations. In total, I went to over 10 bridal stores (Minnesota and Wisconsin) while searching for my dress and was under impressed at every store besides Bridal Accents Couture. It was here that I found an incredibly relaxing environment that made me feel like a special bride to be. Michelle is by far the BEST consultant that I have ever witnessed. She paid attention to every detail, offered her opinion, helped me feel at ease and really solidified my dress decision. I could not be happier with my experience here. If you are debating whether you should visit this Bridal Store, the answer is YES. They are absolutely incredible and you will not be disappointed.

I had checked out several bridal shops before I came to Bridal Accents Couture (where I found THE DRESS) - I had something very specific in mind and knew exactly what I was looking for, but at the other shops I visited, the attendant brought out the opposite style of what I was looking for. I also felt a lot of pressure to make a quick decision and choose a dress that wasnt quite perfect. I was starting to lose hope that I would find what I was looking for, and afraid I was going to have to settle for something that only slightly met my expectations. I then booked a last minute appointment online for Bridal Accents Couture and went with my mom and sister. We met Michelle at the front desk who checked us in and asked me about the kind of dress I envisioned. I told her exactly what I was looking for, and immediately she brought out THE DRESS, and we all knew that was going to be the one. I also tried on several BEAUTIFUL dresses - I visited a lot of bridal shops, and there are a lot of ugly dresses out there - but if you really care about how you look that day and finding the right dress, this shop has the dress for you, whatever the style. Michelle instinctively knew of the perfect dress after I described it, and I didnt have to say anything more. She was SO HELPFUL, so patient, and so friendly. I said YES to the dress, and Michelle brought out some celebratory champagne and took our picture. She brought out a veil so I could see what it looked like with the dress, we compared color options, and she even brought out a bridesmaid dress in my wedding color to see what it would look like next to the dress. She is a true professional and so very nice! I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated her and how much I love this bridal shop. Bridal Accents Couture is also very spacious and comfortable, and the changing rooms are big and open with ample seating. Other shops I visited felt cramped and cold. After we took measurements, discussed sizing, and placed the order, Michelle gave me a beautiful tote bag with a bottle of champagne. A few days later, she sent a personalized thank you note in the mail. I didnt think I would have an experience as smooth as this - it completely exceeded my expectations. Dont waste your time elsewhere - this is the place to find your wedding dress!

Michelle was patient and pleasant to work with. They have beautiful gowns and can order in certain dresses from various states if they dont have them in stock. Ofcourse you pay the shipping but its definitely worth it.

The experience of the staff is on point and their willingness to go out of their way to make your shopping experience a good on is like no other. The store is beautiful as well! We were greeted with a smile and a mimosa, our rep was quick on her toes and there every second I needed her with help getting in and out of dresses. When I found the dress she was not all about closing the deal right then and there like most places are and I liked that no pressure style. I had some custom changes I wanted to make to the dress and they were promt getting back to me after speaking with the designer regarding the changes. I also liked that the designer I went with ONLY sells her dresses in this shop in the whole state on MN. With my custom changes it will be a one of a kind dress! I ordered my dress yesterday and I am sooo excited to see the final product. Though the dress was a little over my budget, I would come back here in a heartbeat. The service and staff are worth it.

They have a beautiful bridal collection, but if you are looking for prom dress or bridesmaid outfits; You wouldnt find a lot.

I have been to a few bridal shops and this place is by far the best experience i had. I went there by myself on a random afternoon during a weekday. The place was quite. The selection is amazing. I loved a lot of the dresses that i put on. The ambiant is high end and my consultant carole was very helpful. Some of the dresses are actually quite reasonable in terms of price for such a high end experience. I am going back with my future in law again this saturday in hope of picking out the one! Highly recommending checking out this place.
