Love the people that work there and they are very helpful
We are very pleased with both the quality of our water softener and the customer service weve received from Commers. The staff is very responsive. Chris came out the same day to provide a quote and kept us updated every step of the way. Even after installation Chris assisted us though our dealings with our homeowners insurance company. We will recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks Commers!
All of the folks at Commers have been so great! Very friendly and accommodating! Excellent service from Terry Fleming, Carmen, Wayne and Tony. You’ve made buying a new water softener and drinking water system easy and hassle free. I’m unable to lift the bags of salt so the home delivery and filling of the softener with salt is awesome! I would recommend Commers to everyone!
They load up the salt for us and my mothers softener has been working without issue for many many years and still produces great soft water. I believe they still do some incentives for your first year at least but you would have to check with them to be sure they are still offering them
It was good. But they need to put a location on the east side of town. I dont know how much longer I will keep going over to the other side of town.
Chris is knowledgeable and very helpful. This is the kind of person to engage customers. Patiently answered my questions.
Got a water system from Commers 2 years ago - still loving it & always appreciate the helpful people at the Burnsville location. Stopped by today to pick up replacement filters, & Eddie was great to talk to today with giving me tips on how switch them out with ease. Thank you!
Out of salt when I stopped by to get some. Thats what your business does right? $1100 on a nice water softner & no support after the sale. Processes need to be reviewed for better customer satisfaction.
Helpful and professional
I agree with Alicias rating. Negative stars! I purchased the Evolve series 4 OHE G2 for $1500.00 on 3/11/16. On 12/21/16 it needed servicing because the brine tank was full of water - not draining. The tech stated it most likely was the seal ti spacer kit. He emptied the basin of water and replaced the seal ti spacer kit. This is on a brand new water softener! Luckily I was still under warranty at the time. Since then, the water softener has stopped working at least three times due to the basin filling with water and not draining. So most likely it was not the seal ti spacer.I emptied the basin myself because Commers will charge $115 for the first 15 min. of service and the tech would do the same thing (labor warranty is only one year). The water I removed was dirty and the remaing 2 inches of salt was a sludge consistency. I have done this each time my basin was full of water. The dirt is coming from the salt. Commers salt. I only use Commers salt. The service dept. will tell you it is the City water, not their salt. That is not true. I bypassed the water softener and ran water through the faucets for a while and the water was clean.I called the City public works and told them that Commers is stating the City water is dirty and the public works guaranteed that it was not the water. I agree it is not the City water (Prior Lake/Savage). Once again,I emptied the basin myself and removed the remaining sludgy salt and ran a regen on the system. This typically works until it chooses to stop again due to the basin not draining because of the dirt in the salt. Do not waste your money on Commers water softeners. You will get better results from a Home Depot purchase! I have never ran into any issues with a water softener prior to this purchase. 😠
Offers reasonable water softner prices with installation. I have owned a Commers softner in two homes, and never had an issue. It can be difficult to make it to their store during open hours, which makes repeat items such as salt and softner fluid a challenge to keep purchasing from them.
Best tasting water!
I have been around this company for years. Just moved back to Burnsville wife had Heart Transplant drinking water very important to us commers has be come our suppliers helpers and loader great company with honest knowledge of water
If I could give negative stars I would. In the past 3 months our water softener has flooded our utility room, which is where we do laundry daily and our cats litter box is. Both times it’s because of the drain tube coming off where it connects to the utility sink and now coming off where it attaches to the back of the softener tank. They’ve flooded part of our basement TWICE due to poor quality of securing the tubes and all they say is $119 for the first 15 mins. Wow. BBB complaint is next on the list. Thank god these are owned. Leaving this company ASAP. Where are your ethics and morals? Shame on you.
Very engaged in meeting our needs and answering our questions....The staff were knowledgeable about thier products.
Good crew of folks here - theyve come to know my name, because I drop by every couple weeks to fill up my 5-gal water bottles for the cooler. I also buy salt there and they help me load (if I need help). Good pricing on salt and water: salt is 6 bags for price of 5 if you buy on Saturday; and I bought a water cooler and they gave a a bunch of water free (bought it over a year ago and Im still not all they way through the free water). My daughter will ONLY drink Commers bottled water because she doesnt like the filtered water dispensed at the fridge. I havent purchased a softener here, but would if I werent renting.Wish access were more convenient: If approaching from the west I have to cross over 35W and make a U-turn to get to the parking entrance. Approach from north off the freeway (turn right onto hwy 42 at the top of the exit ramp) or from the south off Buck Hill Rd (next to Burnsville Center - turn left onto hwy 42) if possible. When exiting you have to turn right whether you want to or not.But I think the inconvenience of getting there is worth it for the quality of service and product.
Called set up an appointment with Joel to do a water analysis. Unfortunately he never showed up.
Been coming here since 2008. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Not much to say since its bottled water. But at $100 for 500 gallons on the account and how friendly they are, Ill never go anywhere else.
This is the place you need to go for water softener and fill up your 5 gallon water bottles
Very helpful
This is where I get my 5 gallon water.
Terrible unethical company!
